Gardaí found a lost piglet yesterday and brought him all the way home

Imagine going about your daily business and coming across a little lost piglet!

Well, that's what Gardaí from Greystones found yesterday while they were out on patrol.

The officers found the piglet in the Kilcoole area yesterday and took to social media to see if he looked familiar to anyone.

The FB post said, "Suspicion 'He was on his way to the Market (sic)'."

After a trip to the vet, Ziggy the piggy was reunited with his owners by 7pm, and if this story doesn't put a smile on your face today, nothing will.
