Pickets have been lifted and services are set to resume ‘ASAP’
Dublin Bus, Irish Rail and Dart services are resuming as Bus Éireann pickets have been lifted from certain stations.
The transport chaos is set to be on the mend from lunchtime.
Almost all transport services were cancelled this morning due picketing associated with Bus Éireann.
Irish Rail has tweeted to say “we will resume services ASAP but there will be a knock-on impact until at least lunchtime.”

The updated rail service statement reads as follows:
DART – DART services are resuming -expect knock-on delays/cancellations until lunchtime.
Maynooth – All Maynooth/M3 services cancelled.
Drogheda – Services are resuming -expect knock-on delays/cancellations until lunchtime.
Portlaoise/Kildare Commuter – All services cancelled .
Athlone/Dublin commuter – cancelled
Sligo/Longford – all services cancelled in both directions
Cork commuter – Cork Midleton services from 11.00hrs.
Cork/Dublin – Service are now resuming with first service 11.20 Cork/Dublin.
Tralee to Mallow/Cork/Dublin – all services cancelled in both directions
Limerick/Dublin – all services cancelled in both directions
Limerick/Galway – all services cancelled in both directions
Westport/Dublin – all services cancelled in both directions
Waterford/Dublin Heuston – all services cancelled in both directions. Update: 10.15 Heuston to Waterford service will operate.
Galway/Heuston – all services cancelled in both directions
Rosslare/Gorey/Dublin Connolly – limited service operating. 09.40 Dublin to Rosslare. cancelled.
Belfast/Dublin Connolly – limited service operating. 06.30 Newry to Connolly, 06.45 and 08.00 Belfast to Connolly are running. 09.35 and 11.20 Connolly to Belfast are running. 07.35 Connolly to Belfast was cancelled.
Waterford/Limerick Junction – all services cancelled in both directions.
Limerick/Nenagh via Ballybrophy – all services cancelled in both directions.

Dublin Bus has also tweeted to say that the pickets have been lifted, and that services will return to normal.
They have advised customers to expect delays.
"Please note it will be mid morning before full service resumes and RTPI information is available," reads a Dublin Bus statement.
