PSA: The world’s first anti-aging gin has just landed on Irish shores

So, the world's first anti-aging gin has just landed in Ireland and we are very, very intrigued.

CollaGin's (wahey!) unique recipe stays true to that of a classic gin, but there's one major twist – and it comes in the form of pure collagen.

The unique drink is the brainchild of Liz Beswick and Camilla Brown, two PR girls turned 'gintreprenurs'.

The business savvy pair saw a gap in the market for a collagen distilled spirit, and quite frankly, we're just sad we didn't think of it first.

CollaGin's official website lists a number of serving suggestions, including something called 'The Elixir' which got us very excited.

Check out the recipe below.

• 60ml CollaGin

• 30ml lemon juice

• 15ml 2:1 sugar syrup

• 15ml egg white

• Top up with soda

''Combine the CollaGin, lemon, sugar and egg white in a cocktail over ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain into a small, chilled wine glass. Garnish with pink peppercorns and a sprig of mint.''
