She hates working out, so what’s her secret? Michelle Keegan tells all

Michelle Keegan is well known by now for her enviable body, which she showed off countless times recently while on honeymoon in the Maldives and Dubai with her new husband Mark Wright.

Last night she shared some of her workout and diet secrets with fans, and it all sounds pretty doable – we reckon there must be something she's keeping from us in that case.

The former Coronation Street actress was speaking as part of a Hello Mag Twitter chat, in which users could post questions for Michelle to answer. Asked how often she hit the gym, Michelle admitted it wasn't as much as you might expect.

"When I'm busy prob once or twice a week when I'm less busy 3 to 4 times a week," she wrote.

As for her favourite type of exercise, the svelte star revealed she hates working out, just like the rest of us, but that she'll hop on an exercise bike if she has to.

"I'll be honest I don't really like any workout," she answered. "But if I had to choose, a spinning class… It's hard but u feel great!"

Michelle and Mark both went down the healthy eating route before their big day last month, cutting out the crap in an effort to look as good as possible on their big day. However Michelle says she doesn't like extreme dieting and prefers to simply be sensible about what she eats.

"I love food so I'll never not allow myself to have something that I love… Just everything in moderation" she explained.

The 28-year-old has spoken before about her attitude to food, saying, "I watch what I eat. ­I eat what I want but in moderation, apart from salt. I have it on everything from sandwiches to pizzas."

Okay, so that's the diet and fitness part sorted. Now if Michelle could just help us to get our hands on her amazing wardrobe and a Mark Wright lookalike boyfriend, that'd be swell.
