Shocking video shows Kim Kardashian assaulted in Paris!

A shocking video obtained by TMZ shows Kim Kardashian almost getting knocked to the ground by a man in a crowd during Paris Fashion Week.

The footage shows Kim emerge from the car when she is seen struggling as her mother Kris also attempts to get out of the car.

While it isn't clear if the it was an individual who pushed her or simply a surge from the massive crowd, Kim almost falls to the ground. 

Kim manages to stop herself from falling but we still think this is a truly scary thing to happen to her – what if baby North was in her arms?

Hopefully security can be a bit more vigilant after this scare. 

UPDATE: It has now been revealed that Kim was actually pushed by red carpet prankster Vitalii Sediuk, the same man who punched Brad Pitt at the Maleficent premiere. He is said to have pulled Kim's hair, causing her to almost topple over. 

How have they not found a way to keep him AWAY from celebrities yet?!
