So, there’s a GoT themed Halloween party in Dublin this weekend

As the Bank Holiday weekend fast approaches, the search for the perfect Halloween plans begins to intensify.

But, as always, we've got you covered.

If you remember your primary school history correctly, you'll know that Halloween marks the end of the harvest season and thus, the beginning of the “dark half” of the year – and what's the best way to celebrate the arrival of winter? A Game of Thrones-themed party of course.

The Back Page in Phibsborough, Dublin 7, invite you to join them for their Game of Thrones Halloween Is Coming Party on Sunday October, 29.

Expect a host of GoT drinking games, quizzes and games, as well as screenings of classic episodes and prizes for the best costumes on the night.

Oh and be sure to indulge in some Westeros-inspired pizza and Brewtonic 'Hair of The Dragon' beer.

The timetable for the day is as follows:

2.00pm – 12.00pm – Top 10 episodes Marathon on the Big Screen (Upstairs)
7.00pm – "You know nothing Jon Snow" GoT Table Quiz
8.00pm – GoT games and tunes w/DJ Stitch
– Archery Contest
– Pin the tail on the Dragon
– Send a raven to another house
GoT drinking games
– Prizes for best GoT costumes

The best part? This is a non-ticketed event with free admission all day.
