We're all pure delighted over the news that Lizzie McGuire is returning to our screens in a reboot, but it's time to scope out what Hilary Duff's co-stars are currently up to.

The show will be shown on Disney's new streaming platform, Disney Plus, in 2020. Lizzie is now a 30-year-old trying to make a name for herself in Manhattan, and already we're hooked.

The original cast had a reunion in 2015, but Gordo was nowhere to be found. Miranda (Lalaine Vergara-Paras) and Matt (Jake Thomas) showed their faces, but not Adam Lamberg.

34-year-old Adam appeared in a couple of small indie movies following the end of Lizzie McGuire, such as When Do We Eat? and Beautiful Loser, but generally has gone off the grid.

Lamberg erased his social media accounts and stepped away from acting after that, and now Google autocorrects his name to Adam Lambert if you search for him.

Google have since fixed the awkward error, but Adam Lambert's successful pop career is far from similar to Adam Lamberg's life. He's living his best existence, working for New York's Irish Arts Centre.

After studying geography at UC Berkeley, he became a Development Associate at the arts centre, and has an MPA degree from NYC's Baruch College.

The 'Where's Gordo?' hunt got so big that the Irish Arts Centre got involved in 2015, which is simply gas:

Lamberg said in a Tumblr chat a couple of years ago:

"Life is fantastic, though I constantly have too much time on my hands and am constantly struggling to find intriguing and creative ways with which to fill it. Other than that, very little to complain about… (Who am I kidding? I'm a New Yorker. We love to complain.)"

He seems to be surviving and thriving, but will Gordo be involved in the Lizzie McGuire reboot? We won't know until 2020 unfortunately…stay tuned.

Rami Malek is a treasure who must be protected at ALL COSTS.

The 37-year-old won the prestigious Best Actor gong at the 91st Academy Awards last night, his first win and nomination, so his nerves are understandable.

The adorable, immensely talented actor was kissing his co-star girlfriend Lucy Boynton the entire night, and we don't blame him. It was basically Wezz. He declared his love for her in his speech, and pretty much everyone melted.

Malek and Boynton play Freddie Mercury and Mary Austin in Bohemian Rhapsody, which was the biggest winner of the night but failed to win Best Picture, and the world has fallen in love with them.

On stage, Rami professed his love for the 25-year-old English actress before falling off afterwards and had to be treated by paramedics, which will 100 percent make a great story to tell the grandkids.

He said, "Lucy Boynton, you are the heart of this film, you are beyond immensely talented, you have captured my heart. Thank you so much." AW. He also opened up about his Egyptian heritage;

Malek is apparently moving to London to be around his love, after totally falling for her. The poor lad even fell off the stage with the shock of his award, with People reporting that Malek was moved to a private area backstage.

"Paramedics appeared to rush to the actor's aide, who was photographed seated in the front row with his Oscars statuette still in hand. Malek was then moved to a private area backstage, where he received further treatment for possible injuries."

Malek was unable to pose with Mahershala Ali, Regina King and Olivia Colman, who also won big at the Academy Awards in the Dolby theatre. He was featured in a photo with them after the ceremony however.

Bohemian Rhapsody was the biggest winner of the night, taking home the awards for Best Actor, Sound Editing, Sound Mixing and Film Editing.

Spike Lee, director of BlacKkKlansman, was NOT happy when Green Book took home Best Picture, which has been controversially labelled a "white saviour" movie.

Queen featuring Adam Lambert opened up the Oscars instead of an opening monologue, as the ceremony went hostless without Kevin Hart.

You may be familiar with some of Robert Sheehan's earlier work… or you may have just been introduced to him via the thirst trap of Netflix.

The Umbrella Academy has us all binge-watching the show 24/7, but Sheehan's character provides some eye candy for Twitter users of the modern day, who adore Klaus Hargreeves in all his hilarious, flamboyant and substance-abusing glory.

The Irish actor garnered attention back in 2009 when he portrayed lovable trouble-maker Nathan Young in E4's hit show, Misfits. The memes of his character's funniest lines still live on…

A stint on Love/Hate as Darren cemented his rising star status, and he has recently hit America, playing Simon in The Mortal Instruments film.

Now he's catching more than his fair share of eyes in Gerard Way's new dark superhero show; The Umbrella Academy. My Chemical Romance's former frontman has some serious talents.

Klaus' power is that he can hear the dead, which partially explains his insanity. The lad is high or drunk in every scene, and it makes for VERY entertaining content altogether…

We decided to check out what Twitter had to say about our lust-worthy Irish export, and it's fairly hilarious. The thirst trap has caught it's prey, you might say…Here are our fave reactions from the general public. Enjoy…

1. We ADORE that this video found true meaning when related to Klaus' gift:

2. "Don't stan the crazy white boy": A novel.

3.  THE FLAVAH:

4. "I only want happiness for him":

5. THAT scene where he's jamming in his towel and Mary J. Blige rolls in:

6. Klaus and Ben together: the greatest combo of sass we didn't just need but deserved:

7. How oblivious Klaus is at ALL TIMES to any type of danger:

8. Lady Gaga-level of praise:

9. Official 'White Boy of the Month' category winner:

10.  His phone calls to the dead aren't exactly eloquent:

11. Klaus + Ben = Our Heart

12. Some fans would even, dare we say it, DIE for him:

13. His self-care priorities are in order:

14. We're just so thankful to Gerard Way:

15. We CRAVE the crazy:

16.  The scene with his father's ashes had us whEEZING:

17. We just want to show our support:

18. His fear of ghosts is so damn pure:

19.  The resemblance to his old character of Nathan Young in Misfits is uncanny:

20.  Finally, the statement we all know to be true:

Is that all the Klaus Netflix can offer us? We won't rest until we see more of his beautiful face and hilarious quotes.

The show, which is based in Northern Ireland and follows a group of school friends who get up to mischief during The Troubles, with hilarious results.

It snagged Best Comedy at the IFTA Gala Television Awards and Lisa McGee took home the gong for Best Writer for Comedy/Soap after creating the absolute gem.

Soon after the show ended, it was publicised that a second series of the show had been commissioned, and today the news broke that Ardal O'Hanlon will be joining the cast.

A release from Channel 4 claims that the Monaghan native will play the role of; “Eamonn, the awkward, middle-aged mummy’s boy of the Quinn/McCool extended family”.

Saoirse-Monica Jackson, who plays Erin Quinn spoke about the actor in an interview with RadioTimes“Ardal O’Hanlon joins our family this year, which is brilliant.”

Nicola Coughlan, who plays Claire, says that the character of Eamonn is “a real Irish stereotype” – but he’s “not a priest”. “I think it’s something that everybody will recognise, and he completely gets it so on the money,” she added.

“It was really surreal, just looking at him, because he’s such an iconic figure in Ireland, and he’s such a lovely man. He’s so good in it," Coughlan continued.

“There’s a scene where it gets quite physical, and Lisa McGee came over. She was like, "Don’t bully Ardal". And we were like, "We’re not bullying him, he’s like a national treasure!" ‘Cause we had to like go for it in the scene.”

Thank the Derry Gods, the show returns to our screens next month, and we finally got a sneak peak when Channel 4 released the trailer for season two a few days ago. It's gonna be pure gas, we cannot WAIT.

The Late Late Show is celebrating love in all its forms tonight with a show dedicated to romance and butterflies in your stomach.

'So who are the guests for their infamous Valentine's Day episode?', I hear you ask. Well, Tubs has a treat for everyone in the love-struck audience.

Reality TV star couple Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews fell in love while filming a TV show in 2017, and now they're married with little baby Theodore. They join Ryan Tubridy in the studio tonight, getting candid about their relationship.

Actor and director Kenneth Branagh will join The Late Late Show panel of guests to discuss his new movie All Is True, and will elaborate on why Ireland holds a special place in his heart, having moved to England at a young age.

The show has also carried out a search for 'The Greatest Love of All' nationwide, and the public will exclusively be hearing some of the most romantic tales of true love, and viewers who have found their soul mate against all the odds. SWISH SWOO.

Music from Whigfield and Mickey Joe Harte join Ryan for some music.. Is is because Mickey Joe's name sounds like Heart? Who knows…tune in to see.

Comedy dance duo Lords of Strut also pop by the Valentine's show to add to the hilarity, rounding up the guests nicely.

There have been some classic humour moments from the show, remember when one guest Colm had his mum asking him questions about his love life? We DIED.

The Late Late Show's annual love programme has long been one of the favourites with the viewers, and for good reason.

We can't wait to see what's in store tonight, the love episode is ALWAYS the best. Apart from the Toy Show, of course.

Why, you ask?

The actor said that he loves to give out advice.

He said, ''Don’t define yourself by one thing, take a look at a tool that can help you redefine yourself.’

Words to remember…we have a feeling that if Idris ever made it as a teacher, he wouldn't struggle to get the rooms attention.

Elba spoke about working with the multi-talented artist;

"Taylor and I have known each other for a couple of years and we’re cool you know. She’s a good girl; she’s a great artist and she’s got a really great heart," he said.

"I’m so excited to work with her in this film, she’s going to be amazing." Obvi?

Taylor has been candidly dating actor Joe Alwyn for the last two years, maybe she'll get some acting tips off her beau?

Trending

Joe Alwyn is a man of consistency, if nothing else. He pretty much explicitly refuses to talk about his relationship with Taylor Swift that we're all GAGGING to hear the details about.

Every now and again, we get a few tasters, but it's Swift-ly shut down (Yup, we went there).

He's continuing his award season run for his acting work in Boy Erased, Mary, Queen of Scots and The Favourite, meaning interviewers are once again clamouring to gather scandalous information.

He recently spoke about his notoriously quiet two-year relationship to one of pop's biggest singers, and commented on how his relationship is often perceived.

Alwyn's interview was with Mr. Porter's The Look magazine, and let's just saw he was less than impressed when his ties to Taylor were referred to as "strangely private".

They've managed to keep their relationship intensely secret, except for a few photocall opportunities during awards season (the Golden Globes, holla).

Whenever he's directly asked about his famous girlfriend, he essentially walks away or else skirts around the question, which is totally fair. It's his life, after all.

The actor was asked whether he feels he has to fight more nowadays for his privacy, given his relationship status to such a famous woman.

“I don’t think more than anyone else," he said. "I don’t think anyone you meet on the streets would just spill their guts out to you, therefore why should I? And then that is defined as being ‘strangely private’. Fine. But I don’t think it is. I think it’s normal.”

The lad's dead right, most of us wouldn't tell media giants about our love lives, for fear they'd twist our words or invade our space.

A post shared by Joe Alwyn (@joe.alwyn) on

To Vogue UK, when quizzed on the public's interest in him and Swift, he answered; “I’m aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully very private and that has now sunk in for people…but I really prefer to talk about work.”

British GQ didn't get much further; "Someone's private life is by definition private. No one is obliged to share their personal life."

And on whether he'd name his favourite Taylor Swift song: “I’m just not even going to go into that side of the world." He's good at the whole silent thing, we'll give him that.

Esquire asked whether he gets advice; “I didn’t seek out advice on that because I know what I feel about it. I think there’s a very clear line as to what somebody should share, or feel like they have to share, and what they don’t want to and shouldn’t have to.”

Entertainment Tonight's reporter ventured to ask if he'd act with his belle, but he sort of shot that down too; "It’s not planned at the moment, but who knows."

You do you, Joe. You don't owe us nothing, plus the lad is extremely talented in his own right.

Back in 2007, actor pals Benedict Cumberbatch (AKA Bumblesnuff Crimpysnitch) and Tom Hardy hadn't yet hit the big time.

When PopSugar found an old video from over a decade ago of their pair giving an interview, thank God they didn't keep it to themselves. It's gold.

The clip premeditates their media training, marriages and dapper outfits, and the pair are visibly nervous having a natter in a pub garden of all places.

Before we saw the video, we had major lust for Tom Hardy, but now it's reached dizzying new heights.

The awkwardness of Benedict is also more pure than our souls will ever be; the duo crack jokes with each other throughout the interview, which was to promote their DVD, Stuart: A Life Backwards.

They make an effort to try and explain the plotline of the flick, but pretty much fail, all in the cutest way possible of course.

Despite their apparent comfort with each other, Stuart: A Life Backwards was genuinely their first acting project together.

The acting pair didn't work together again for four years, until the remake of Tinker,Tailor, Soldier, Spy. Thank God that project had a bigger budget, is all we can say…

Age has been kind for Hardy and Cumberbatch, we desperately hope 2019 will be the year for their third collaboration. We want on-screen MAGIC, mmkay?
