Could this possibly be the most exciting news we've heard all week?

The Devil Wears Prada is being made into a stage musical. 

Broadway producer Kevin McCollum told The Hollywood Reporter that a partnership with 20th Century Fox means many films will be turned into musicals, starting with the 2006 film that starred Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep.

The actors have not yet been confirmed but we all know Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway are well capable of singing, lets not forget Mamma Mia and Les Misérables. Anne even won an Oscar for the role. 

Both Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt have said they would consider returning, if a sequel was on the cards for the second book by Lauren Weisberger: Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns.

When asked about the possibilty of a sequel, Emily said: "I think I would do it. We all were told to go on these skinny diets for the first time, but I'd be up for it."

Even if they don't get a part in the musical, we're sure it will be equally as good as the movie, if not better. 

We can't even deal with the excitement…

We love stars who are able to make fun of themselves, and it seems Hollywood A-Listers, Anne Hathaway and Kristen Stewart are no exception.

Anne and Kristen happen to be the stars of Jenny Lewis’ new music video – Just One of the Guys.

But the actresses weren’t just singing and dancing in the video – no, they decided to dress up in drag too.

Both Anne and Kristen are dressed up in track suits, wigs, caps and moustaches too.

All the stars dance and sing along to Jenny’s track but nothing quite compares with Anne’s moves.

It’s just been revealed that the author behind the books will release another instalment, filling us in on what happened to Princess Mia after she joined the Genovian royal family.

Beloved tween author Meg Cabot will publish the newest addition to coincide with the original release date of the very first book back in 1999.

That’s right – it was 15 years and 16 books ago when The Princess Diaries first came into our lives.

The 17th book, called Royal Wedding, follows the now-engaged Mia who is fighting an attempt to steal the throne from her family.

Well, The Voice judge has collaborated with a lot of big names, from Cheryl Cole to Britney Spears. But, now Will.i.am apparently wants to record a duet with none other, than Anne Hathaway.

Yes, you read that right. Apparently, the former Black Eyed Peas singer was “blown away” by her singing performance in the film, Rio.

Will was speaking of Anne’s performance in the film with Ryan Seacrest and openly invited the Oscar winning actress, to record a duet with him.

“I want to make music with you. From Rio 1, I was like, ‘She sings like that?!’ … It would be so amazing to do music outside of an animated film. That would be freaking dope.”

Both Hathaway and Will.i.am starred and sang in the children’s flick, Rio and the sequel Rio 2.

Anne of course heard about Will’s invitation, but believes the singer would change his mind, once he hears her in studio.

“I am blushing so hard right now. The thing is, he’s going to get me in the studio and then he’s going to hear me for real, and he’s going to be like, ‘Oh, never mind.’ He works with Fergie! That’s like his 9am meeting. I can’t beat that!”

We aren’t going to lie, we would love a collaboration between these two. Just to see, what they would come up with.

Anne Hathaway proved she has a heart a gold, when she decided to give these children at a Tennessee hospital, a surprise screening of Rio 2.

The Oscar winning actress is a regular visitor at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and decided to pop in on Wednesday, for the fun surprise.

Anne was in New York earlier that day for work and decided to visit the hospital, on her way back to L.A.

Poor Anne Hathaway always seems to get a terrible time and the Les Miserables actress is well aware of her “Hathahaters”.

The Dark Knight Rises star admits that she got “a beating” online after she won several awards, including an Oscar, last year. The 31-year-old was picked on for her seemingly long speeches, as well as her dress sense.  She confesses that her critics made her shy away from the limelight as she felt like “people needed a break” from her.

Talking to MTV at the Sundance Film Festival about her new film Song One, the actress says that the low budget film couldn’t have come at a better time.

She explains: “We had been working on the script for almost two years before we actually started shooting. All of the elements came together in that moment.. I don’t want to bring up a sore subject or anything — I think my publicist is probably like ‘No, no no’ — but I had just taken a little bit of a beating from the Internet.”

Aw, don’t worry, Anne – we love you!

This story is both is both sweet and slightly disturbing.

While caught in a rip current in Oahu, Hawaii, Anne Hathaway scrapped her foot on a reed.

While the Les Miserables actress was saved from the rip by a nearby surfer, her husband Adam Shulman also proved to be a knight in shining armour.

The 31-year-old’s foot injury was clearly causing her a lot of pain. So, in order to clean his wife’s wound, Adam put it in his mouth to clean it with his own saliva.

The couple obviously came prepared for such incidences, as he also whipped out a bottle of what looks like antiseptic.

After sucking the wound clean, Shulman added a dab of the ointment to the area before covering it with a plaster. The Love and Other Drugs star gave her hubby a peck on the cheek to thank him. How sweet.

The injury was clearly minor though, as the adventurous Anne had a go at boogie boarding that very same day.

Now if that’s not true love, we don’t know what is.
