The Duchess of Sussex has been voted the most unfairly treated person in the UK.

A survey, which was conducted by PlayOJO, revealed that Meghan came out on top when thousands were asked who they felt had a particularly difficult year.

Other contenders included Greta Thunberg, Ant McPartlin and Queen Elizabeth.

The actress has constantly been ridiculed by the public. Her every move has been scrutinised and every word twisted.

No matter what she did, she was attacked, insulted and slated.

She quickly became one of the most disrespected women in the UK, despite doing nothing wrong.

She supported the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire, became Patron of animal welfare charity The Mayhew, helped design a clothing collection in aid of Smart Works and became Guest Editor for the September issue of British Vogue.

Personally, Meghan became a mum for the very first time. She gave birth to her and Harry’s first child in May.

However, despite all of this, Meghan was constantly heckled and shamed by the public, even during her pregnancy.

She spoke out about the constant hatred in an interview with ITV: “Any woman, especially when they’re pregnant, you’re really vulnerable. So that was made really challenging and then when you have a newborn … especially as a woman, it’s really, it’s a lot.”

"So you add this on top of just trying to be a new mum or trying to be a newlywed."

When asked how she was coping, Meghan replied: "Thank you for asking because not many people have asked if I’m ok, but it’s a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes."

Let’s hope 2020 is an easier year for Meghan.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the WellChild Awards last night and it was quite an emotional event for the new parents, especially for Prince Harry.

The dad was delivering a speech when he welled up on stage.

According to Hello! Magazine, Harry fought back the tears as he spoke about the early days of Meghan’s pregnancy.

The dad said, “Last year when my wife and I attended we knew we were expecting our first child – no one else did at the time, but we did…"

Harry, who was overcome with emotion, had to pause his speech. He then continued, “I remember squeezing Meghan’s hand so tight during the awards, both of us thinking what it would be like to be parents one day, and more so, what it would be like to do everything we could to protect and help our child should they be born with immediate challenges or become unwell over time.

“And now, as parents, being here and speaking to all of you pulls at my heartstrings in a way I could have never understood until I had a child of my own,” he added.

Harry and Meghan welcomed their son Archie on May 6. The Sussex’s recently travelled to Africa for their first royal tour as a family-of-three.

We honestly never thought this moment would ever arrive, but fate has aligned the stars.

PRINCESS Meghan Markle and QUEEN Beyoncé met at the UK premiere of The Lion King last night, and everyone's hearts stopped from witnessing sheer excellence.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a rare public appearance at the premiere, looking like movie stars themselves. Such greatness, much power.

The new parents walked hand-in-hand down Leicester Square's red carpet, greeting fans and smiling for pictures before meeting the legendary Queen Bey and her husband Jay-Z.

The iconic entertainer voiced Nala in the Disney live-action movie, calling Meghan ‘my princess’ when they embraced. Jesus take the wheel, we've vacated the earth.

Apparently, the two couples exchanged talk over life with newborn babies, which is just adorable. They're real people too, see?

Many of us will remember the Brit Awards acceptance video for Best International Group, in which Jay-Z and Beyoncé created in the Louvre with Meghan Markle as the Mona Lisa.

"In honour of Black History Month, we bow down to one of our Melanated Monas," the Instagram caption read. "Congrats on your pregnancy! We wish you so much joy."

It's unclear whether the pair have met the Duke and Duchess of Sussex before, but they greeted each other like old pals.

"The baby, so beautiful," Beyoncé praised, about Harry and Meghan's newborn Archie. "We love you guys."

Prince Harry also asked about Rumi and Sir, The Carters' two-years-old twins;

"They are not here. They don’t come on every trip. We left them at home. They would loved to have been here," Beyoncé replied.

Jay Z then apparently offered the royal couple a parenting recommendation, saying; "The best advice I can give you, always find time for yourself," he said.

What a surreal meeting between two powerhouse couples, busy inspiring the entire world with their talents. What we would have done to have bagged a seat at that premiere…

Appearing in the coveted Vogue magazine is one of the most lucrative gigs in the media and fashion business, and it looks like Meghan Markle will be involved in the September issue.

The Duchess of Sussex will reportedly invite photographers into her Frogmore Cottage home for a photoshoot, but without Prince Harry and her newborn baby Archie.

According to the Sun, the new mum will be guest editing for the issue and will write about important topics which she holds dear to her. She will not appear on the cover, however.

The royal, philanthropist and global style icon will be joining British editor-in-chief Edward Enninful to create the most important issue of the entire year.

Enninful has been forward in his intentions to diversify the magazine, which is perhaps why Meghan arranged the collaboration directly with him rather than US Vogue boss Anna Wintour.

The British editor has been a long-standing fan of the Duchess. In an interview with The Evening Standard, he previously expressed his hope of her appearance in the magazine:

"Meghan is an example of how far we've all come. I'd love for her to be on the cover of Vogue."

An insider Vogue source told the Sun : "Meghan is going to write a piece on causes such as female empowerment and women’s education.

"Edward has been courting her since day one. Anna is massively miffed that she’s missed out. This is nothing to do with Archie, or family, or home life. It’s purely on women’s empowerment."

Meghan's editorial debut will also include an opinion piece and a list of female 'change-makers', who will pen personal essays within the iconic pages also.

The former actress appeared on Vanity Fair's infamous cover after her relationship with now-husband Prince Harry became known.

The Duchess of Cambridge previously appeared on the cover of Vogue UK for it's 100th edition, in partnership with the National Portrait Gallery.

We'll have to wait and see if Meghan's collaboration will resemble Kate Middleton's in any way. The new mum was recently named one of Vogue's 25 Most Influential Women of 2019.

Yesterday, the eyes and ears of the world were firmly rested on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and their new baby.

The couple debuted the first photos of their newborn, and shared the name at St. George's Hall at Windsor Castle.

Little Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is clearly adored by his royal parents, and Meghan chose to wear a very special trench dress by rising biracial menswear designer Grace Wales Bonner for the occasion.

According to Richard Palmer, the dress is intended to show unity between the two families. The royal reporter described the momentous event as, "A day for the couple to introduce their son to the family as well as the waiting world."

"It’s also my personal opinion that this was a good day for Buckingham Palace after the shambles of day one which exasperated British and overseas media trying to cover the story."

Archie is the first baby of mixed race in the senior ranks of the royal family since the 18th century, and the style of his mother reflected this wonderful merging of two loving families of two nations.

Meghan always embodies symbolism within her fashion choices, and she has chosen to send a vitally important message about representation while showing her first born to the world.

The pair managed to step in front of the cameras just 48 hours after welcoming a new baby to the world, but Harry and Meghan managed it with glowing smiles. Meghan's sleeveless, double-breasted trench dress was immediately noticed.

British designer Grace Wales Bonner runs her own namesake brand, Wales Bonner, and has won prestigious awards for her menswear collections. She was raised in Southeast London and has a Jamaican father and English mother.

It speaks volumes that Markle chose a biracial designer for one of the biggest moments of her life.

Meghan paired the beautiful dress with Manolo Blahnik BB suede pumps, and a gold and turquoise necklace by Jennifer Meyer. Her diamond stud earrings completed the look.

Markle has previously expressed a passion for representing her own racial background, and has been open about her struggles as a mixed race woman;

"While my mixed heritage may have created a grey area surrounding my self-identification, keeping me with a foot on both sides of the fence, I have come to embrace that."

Bonner has also expressed her emotions about her identity struggles, telling The Guardian in 2017:

“At school, I had some pressure to prove my blackness. It takes you a while to work out being ‘this’ doesn’t mean that you have to be ‘that.’”

The designer continued, "I have to be between places, because that’s a creative space for me. I guess that is the foundation of what I am doing, a meeting point and collision of cultures."

Bonner is only in her late twenties but recently won the coveted FC/Vogue Fashion Fund, which awards a £200,000 prize to a rising talent.

Grace is renowned for her menswear designs, but is known as one of the UK's most celebrated young designers. She was also awarded the revered 'LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers' in 2016, and graduated from the esteemed fashion school Central Saint Martins.

Each fashion choice Meghan makes is surveyed by the masses, and there's no doubt that she is aware of the ripple effect of her style. The Duchess is reflecting the diversity which the British royals must now embrace.

Grace welcomes gender fluidity in her stunning collections, as she told GentleWoman: "I love it when a boy puts on one of the embroidered jackets that the women wore and doesn't know the difference- my work is about being open to interpretation."

Bonner references black culture consistently in her work and draws inspiration from Nigerian writer Ben Okri and artist James Hampton.

We have seen the tuxedo/trench style on the Duchess on the tour of New Zealand in 2018 with Prince Harry, where she sported a navy blue tuxedo-style dress by Kiwi designer Maggie Marilyn.

In another fashion moment, Meghan wore an iconic striped tuxedo dress design by Altuzarra in as she attended a reception for the Commonwealth Youth Forum last year.

Archie marks a new age for the monarchy, with Meghan bringing positivity and genuine compassion to the royal family. The baby is the first biracial British-American royal, and is seventh in line to the throne.

Keep up with her apparel selections, and you'll be in for a symbolic treat each time she debuts a new outfit.

The historic image of the six members of the British monarchy gazing fondly at Archie has been shared across the world on social media, and offers a hopeful message for diversity in the UK.

If you are or ever have been a pet owner, there's a good chance you have, at some stage in your life, played dead just to see how your pet would react to the scene.

And if you haven't, you're really missing out.

But if you think this bizarre activity is reserved for us humans, think again.

Taking to Twitter to give the public an insight into the relationship between her dogs, Jack and Archie, Sam Mhull shared footage of a recent exchange between the pair.

Rolling onto his back and allowing his head to loll backwards, Jack pretended he had met this maker… purely to freak out his little buddy.

"Jack has discovered that by playing dead he can scare the sh*t out of Archie," Sam told her followers, and Twitter cannot get enough.

"WE ARE NOT WORTHY OF DOGS," wrote one social media user while another added: "OMFG! that is so adorably heartbreaking. He's so upset over his buddy and the other dog is internally cracking up."

Jack, your work here is done.
