Yesterday she drew scores of fans to le Zénith – the Paris stadium where she performs this evening – for her sound-check, but this afternoon Ariana Grande has some well-deserved down-time before her big performance.

She posted a picture online of the Arc de Triomphe, while earlier this afternoon she also took to Instagram to offer fans a sneak-peak of her opulent hotel suite, decorated in a traditional French style.

And while she and her boyfriend of a year, Big Sean, may have parted ways last month, Ariana certainly isn't lonely: Toulouse, her adorable beagle-chihuahua mix puppy – one of her SIX dogs – is visible lounging on the bed with the superstar singer.

Childhood BFF Alex Luria, who has also joined her in the French capital, couldn’t resist posting an additional snap of Toulouse – complete with a princess crown.

Ariana jetted into from LA early yesterday morning to kick-off the second leg of her Honeymoon tour.

She’ll play two dates in Paris before moving on to Germany and Scandinavia. She has five concerts lined-up in the UK, but sadly won’t be visiting Ireland on this occasion.

Yesterday afternoon, the 21-year-old singer was spotted talking animatedly on her iPhone. She wore a short white skirt, and oversized grey wool jumper, and accessorised with a small white leather bag, and white-rimmed sunglasses. Her hair was styled in her signature ponytail, and she also wore diamond stud earrings.

It appears that the break-up between Ariana Grande and Big Sean was messier than we thought.

Uh-oh…

A source told HollywoodLife.com: “Sean wants nothing to do with Ariana and has very strong negative feelings toward her. He has expressed to his friends and inner circle that he thinks she’s immature and selfish,”

“But the scary part is, it sounds like he really dislikes her so much now, that the two may never even speak again!” the source claimed.

The pair had been dating for under a year before they split.

Tensions began in February as Ariana failed to show up to one of his shows and began showing some PDA with Justin Bieber on stage.

Sources claim Big Sean probably would have stayed with her if she had put up a fight for him, but she didn't.

It looks like a reunion is definitely not on the cards for these two!

Ariana Grande and Big Sean have been a couple for under a year but they have already parted ways.

The news was confirmed by the pair's reps to Us Weekly today.

"They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends,” a joint statement from Ariana and Big Sean's spokepeople read. “We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time."

A source close to the couple says that the relationship has been over for at least a few weeks, although nothing has been mentioned until now.

As with so many celeb break-ups, the main reason given is their busy timetables. Ariana and Sean "made the decision to part ways because their conflicting touring schedules would keep them apart over the next year," an insider said.

Both have been quiet about the break-up on social media, although Big Sean did share a cryptic message of support on Twitter earlier this month, writing, "Just know I love you and care for ya."

Could it have been directed at Ariana? She definitely seems to have thought so, as she tweeted herself a few days later to say, "love u babes the most. you just can't imagine."

Before meeting Ariana, Big Sean was engaged to Glee star Naya Rivera, who is currently expecting her first child with Ryan Dorsey. Naya and Ryan married in a shock wedding last July, on the same day she had originally been due to marry Big Sean.

Although rumours of a relationship with Ariana began circulating as early as August 2014, the couple did not officially confirm their relationship until last October.

She is one of the most successful music stars in the world right now, but it would appear that Ariana Grande has another talent up her sleeve – impressions.

The Problem singer was appearing on The Tonight Show last night when she was challenged by show host Jimmy Fallon to give her best Celine Dion impersonation.

Rising to the challenge, the 21-year-old proceeded to give an uncanny – and hilarious – impression of the legendary diva.

Indeed, she had Jimmy and the audience in stitches as she perfected Celine's beloved nasal tone, with our favourite moment coming when she turns to the audience and says: "Shall we go for it?"

Ariana, we have even more love for you after this!

First it was poor Madonna who made headlines worldwide when she fell backwards at this year’s BRIT Awards – now it’s Ariana Grande!

Ariana was performing in Toronto when she began to run and inevitably fell. Always the professional and thankfully uninjured, Ariana got back up again and continued with the show.

We’re not surprised she fell in those platforms – it could have been a lot worse! 

The young singer did not acknowledge the fall on social media, writing simply: "thank u toronto!!!! tonight was such a fun show lol. y'all made me feel so much better! i love you&thank you so much."

We know that Ariana Grande has some pretty mental superfans, but generally they are all a bit younger than this… and female, too!

The singer posted an absolutely hilarious Instagram video of three grown men shrieking with excitement as the camera panned to them at one of her US concerts earlier this week:

We so, so wanted this footage to be real but it turns out the three guys in question are the brains behind comedy film company FND Films, so we're going to have to assume it wasn't 100% authentic!

The three lads, Aaron Fronk, Vinny DeGaetano, and Cooper Johnson, seem to be fairly pally with Ariana – on their own Instagram account they shared this snap of them posing with her after the show in a photobooth.

Whatever about wardrobe malfunctions, stage equipment malfunctions are really no laughing matter, as Ariana Grande proved this week.

The star revealed that she narrowly escaped injury during the first show of her Honeymoon Tour, when the platform she was supposed to rise up onto the stage on began rising prematurely.

In a backstage video, one of the Problem singer’s stagehands revealed: “She’s just dangling there and the thing’s going up. We were scared that she was going to get her arm caught or something. It would’ve been horrible.”

While the crew may have been terrified however, it seems that Ariana handled the incident like a total pro.

He added: “She kind of had to springboard herself up and I thought, ‘That’s it. Show’s over. We’re done’. She picked the microphone up, walked up the stairs and started singing. I was like, ‘Badass. Toughest person I’ve ever met.’”

Commenting on the incident afterwards, Ariana admitted that she was genuinely scared for her life.

“We did it!!!! I almost died once but other than that it felt pretty good!” tweeted the 21-year-old, adding, “Other than almost dying (I cannot get over it???) tonight was a night I’ll never forget.”

Poor Ariana! Thank God she was okay.

Ariana Grande might look sugary-sweet on the outside, but she can be fierce when she wants to!

We've heard rumours that the Problem singer can be a bit of a diva when it comes to dealing with the press, but it turns out Ariana was saving her best sass for a horrible Twitter troll.

The star shared some pictures of her recent night at the Grammys on Instagram, and one follower made a pretty in appropriate comment about the size of her breasts, writing "My 9 year old sister has bigger t*ts than you."

Well, everyone else can just give up because we have just witnessed the best musical collaboration of all time!

Last night Ed Sheeran appeared at a Stevie Wonder tribute concert in Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre to duet with none other than… Beyoncé!

The pair performed three Stevie Wonder hits for the audience – Master Blaster, Fingertips and Higher Ground.

How cute do they look onstage together?!

There's no denying that Ariana Grande has drastically slimmed down over the last two years, but her appearance at last night's Grammys sparked fresh concern for viewers.

The 21-year-old took to the red carpet before last night's ceremony wearing a chic white Versace floor-length gown, but it was her alarmingly thin frame that had some people talking.

Many on Twitter were quick to comment on the fact that Ariana looked "scary skinny" and "too thin":

The Problem singer openly admitted in 2013 that she had been making a concerted effort to lose weight, opening up about her decision to her fans on Tumblr. "Yes, I lost a bit of weight last year. It's because I stopped eating junk food and started making healthy choices. I was happy with the way I was before and I'm still happy now! Just healthier!"

Although she was never overweight, it's clear that the former Disney Channel actress' shape has changed dramatically since 2012:

"The reason why I lost so much weight as I did is because I used to live on junk food," said Ariana. "So I drastically changed my eating habits, started excising daily, and I'm all around a healthier me… I just wasn't taking care of myself at all. I was making really poor choices… This is about making sure the foods you put in your body will nourish you and be put to good use."

We're glad to her that Ariana is taking a healthy approach, but we hope she's looking after herself too.

Naya Rivera might be almost a year into her marriage with Ryan Dorsey, but the drama still continues with her ex Big Sean.

The rapper has blasted claims he stole from Naya after their break-up, saying she had caused "unnecessary drama" with her lies.

The couple split last year when Big Sean unexpectedly called off their wedding "after careful thought and much consideration," saying he wished Naya "nothing but the best." Shortly after the split, the Glee star posted (and later deleted) a tweet accusing Big Sean of stealing a Rolex from her house.

The tweet, posted on April 9 of last year, read "@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.”

However Big Sean says he never took any of Naya's property, and certainly not her Rolex. "First of all, why would I have to steal a Rolex?" he said in a recent magazine interview. "Second of all, every Rolex that I have, I have receipts for, papers for, certificates of authenticity for. I would never steal a Rolex from anybody. You see [Naya's] tweet got deleted in like 20 seconds."

Speaking about the accusations, the 26-year-old rapper said, "I felt like it was unnecessary drama because in my eyes it wasn’t true… Even though I didn’t steal anything, I wasn’t surprised by it.”

Since their shock split, both stars have moved on with other people. Big Sean is currently dating singer Ariana Grande, while Naya went on to marry her new fiancé Ryan last July – on the day she had originally been due to wed Big Sean. Ouch!

She may appear to be all sweetness and light, but that Ariana Grande appears to have a darker side that we never knew!

In a recent interview with Tiger Beat, the Bang Bang singer rubbished those diva rumours but admitted that she was, in fact, a very strange child.

“I was a very weird kid. I would wear masks from the horror movie Scream around the house, even on a normal day. And I would carry a hockey stick around for the longest time,” she said.

That’s not exactly how we pictured Ariana, but it seems that her obsession for horror movies led her to terrorise just about everyone around her – including one poor babysitter!

“I played a prank on one of my babysitters, and I tied her up and blindfolded her,” she added.

She certainly had a vivid imagination as a child, we’ll give her that much. Her level of intrigue definitely just went up a notch.
