Justin Martin was arrested after he allegedly got into a gun fight with police officers in Boston earlier this week.

According to reports, police officers from the Boston Police Department arrived at the scene upon hearing gunfire. When they arrived, they said that they found the 21-year-old High School Musical 3 star and another man armed and attempting to flee the scene.

TMZ reported that when police began chasing the suspects the actor, who also starred alongside Denzel Washington in Flight, turned and pointed his gun but did not open fire.

However, his fellow assailant did begin shooting which caused the officers to fire back. The Soloist actor was chased down and was eventually caught and arrested.

Justin was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, and two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

Zac Efron’s former co-star has plead not guilty to all counts and his bail was set at €32,000. His mother spoke to TMZ and said that she is going to try and bail her son out.

Jayceon Taylor, also known as The Game, has been arraigned and charged with a misdemeanour count of assault and battery, as well as one felony count of making criminal threats.

The charge is the result of an incident that occurred last March when the rapper allegedly got into a fight with an off-duty police officer during a basketball game.

Mr Taylor, who is one of the most notable protégés of hip hop superstar Dr Dre, could face up to three years imprisonment if he is convicted.

The prosecution claims that during the basketball match The Game committed a hard foul on the police officer and soon after “struck him and later threatened to kill him.”

The Hate it or Love it rapper has also just been ordered to pay approximately €180,000 in damages to a former nanny who sued him in what may be the first Instagram-related libel case.

The 35-year-old hip hop artist reportedly went on a rant about his children’s former babysitter, Karen Monroe, claiming that she screamed at his children, had sex with her boyfriend in his children’s room and a number of other terrible offences.

Ms Monroe’s attorney claimed that millions of people saw the post, causing her client to suffer huge amounts of verbal abuse as well as causing her to lose her job as child minder to singer Kelis.

The Game will make his first court appearance on Monday to answer to the assault, battery and making criminal threat charges.

Dustin Diamond, the actor who played Screech on Saved by the Bell, has been sentenced to four months in jail for stabbing a man during a bar fight.

The 38-year-old was found guilty and convicted of two misdemeanour charges connected with the fight that took place on Christmas Day in a pub in Wisconsin.

A jury convicted the former child star of carrying a concealed weapon and behaving in a disorderly manner.

The fight began when Dustin and his fiancée, Amanda Schutz, were in the bar and a group of allegedly drunk people started verbally harassing them.

According to reports, the actor who played Samuel ‘Screech’ Powers turned to pay his bill, and when he turned back around his fiancée was bleeding and two men were holding her hair.

The report said that “Diamond stated that he did not intentionally stab the individual in the bar but that chaos broke out and people were grabbing at him and that he swung his arms to break free.”

The victim of the stabbing was not seriously injured.

Dustin played Screech on the Saved by the Bell from 1989 to 1993, and the subsequent spinoffs that followed.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested yesterday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

The 45-year-old hip-hop star allegedly went after a football coach with a kettlebell on the college campus of UCLA.

The rapper was arrested on campus shortly after the incident. According to TMZ, the coach that was attacked was strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi, and they have reported that the event was caught on camera.

The head coach at UCLA, Jim Mora, released a statement saying, “I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation.”

“This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.

The music mogul was reportedly at the college to watch his son, Justin Dior Combs, play football. Justin had posted a picture of himself and his father with his team to Instagram to celebrate Father’s Day.

The 21-year-old was seen getting into an SUV soon after his father was arrested. It is yet unknown what caused the incident.

According to E! Online, Mr Combs bail has been set at €140,000.

John Stamos was arrested in Beverly Hills last night for driving under the influence. The report has been confirmed by a media release from the Beverly Hills police.

According to the report, police received a number of calls about a possible drunk driver in an area of Los Angeles. Officers stopped the 51-year-old and took him to a nearby hospital to treat a potential medical condition.

It wasn’t long before doctors discovered that the ER star was under the influence and as a result, Mr Stamos was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.

The actor was previously married to actress and former model, Rebecca Romijn. The blonde bombshell plays Mystique in the X-Men franchise, before Jennifer Lawrence took over the role to play the younger version of the character.

The couple divorced in 2005 after seven years of marriage. John has also admitted to dating Hollywood beauties Denise Richards, Heather Locklear and Teri Hatcher.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Los Angeles on September 11th to answer to the drunk driving charges.

Mila Kunis’ convicted stalker has been captured by police after escaping from a mental health facility.

Just four days ago, Stuart Lynn Dunn broke out of the mental health centre in Los Angeles where he was receiving treatment. Authorities believe he got out by jumping from a window and climbing over a barbed-wire fence.

Dunn was sentenced to six months of rehabilitation in January 2013 after he pleaded no contest to stalking the Friends with Benefits actress. He was also given five years of probation and was ordered to stay away from Mila and all of her representatives for 10 years.

He had already been arrested in 2012 for breaking into a house belonging to the That 70’s Show star, which (thankfully) was vacant at the time.

He was arrested AGAIN a few months later when he was caught waiting outsider the 31-year-old’s gym three days in a row which violated a restraining order. We can’t even imagine how nerve-racking that must have been for Mila!

With a baby at home, the new mother and her husband Ashton Kutcher, must be able to breathe easy knowing that Dunn is no longer on the loose.

The police had told the couple about Dunn’s escape warning that he may be dangerous, and although Mila made no public statement about the issue, we can imagine she was pretty shaken up.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer star, Nicholas Brendan has found himself in hot water after he was arrested on Friday night in Boise, Idaho. 

Police arrived to the hotel Nicholas was staying in, following reports of a disturbance between staff and the actor. 

Nichols reportedly showed signs of intoxication and “repeatedly refused officers’ commands to stay seated while officers tried to speak with witnesses.” The actor was eventually arrested on charges of “malicious injury to property” and “resisting or obstructing officers.”

Nicholas entered rehab for alcoholism back in 2004 and once again in 2010 for alcoholism and an addiction to sleeping pills. 

He was also arrested back in 2010 after an altercation with Las Angeles police for which he received a one-year suspended sentence, community service and extended probation. 

The most recent arrest comes only two weeks after Nicholas married Moonda Tee on the 5th October last, after a whirlwind one week engagement. 

We hope Nicholas receives any treatment he may need to deal with his issues.

27-year-old mum Danielle Saxton was arrested for sharing Facebook photos of herself wearing a dress she had shoplifted mere hours earlier.

The pregnant woman then shared images of herself wearing the stolen item on her Facebook page, where the store soon noticed.

The shop owner, Kert Williams, made a plea in relation to the stolen goods on the shop’s Facebook page, where he was soon tipped off about Danielle’s new photos.

The shop owner then called police, who arrested Danielle at her home, Police Chief Shawn Talluto said: “We just had a description and a direction of travel, but when the social media aspect played into it, we were able to identify who it was … When you put something out there, it’s a matter of minutes before it can go viral, and it can go to the world.”

Former Destiny’s Child member Farrah Franklin has been arrested for disorderly conduct in South Carolina.

The details as to what exactly she was doing are still unknown, though sources have said that alcohol was involved.

Hours before her arrest she had posted a photo of herself relaxing on the beach so we’re not sure what happened after the photo was taken to have things go so drastically wrong. She has been released on bail since so we hope she’s getting herself sorted out!

Farrah got the boot from Destiny’s Child in the year 2000 after failing to show up at several gigs and promotional events. She obviously hasn’t had the best of luck since as she was arrested back in 2011 for disorderly conduct aswell.

It can’t be easy seeing your former band mates leading successful careers after you messed up your own, but drinking so much that you end up being arrested is definitely not the way to make amends! Cringe!

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has been arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing.

The actor was at the Broadway show Cabaret (which is starring Michelle Williams) and decided to start smoking drugs, yelling and slapping people on the back of the head, and, of course, on the bum.

He was asked to leave by security but refused, so police were called. Apparently he was threatening the NYPD when he was escorted out, aswell as random people passing by.

A source has revealed that when they got him to the police station and tried to take off his handcuffs, LaBeouf started shouting: “F**k you. I’ll f**k you up”. Obviously they thought it best to leave the handcuffs on after that.

He also decided to spit in their faces so they put a mask on his face.

Seriously, what caused this guy to go so off the rails?

Jersey Shore’s ‘The Situation’ has been arrested after a bust up with his brother in a tanning salon which they both own.

A call was made to the police reporting a fist fight inside the salon, and when they arrived Mike ‘Situation’ Sorrentino was arrested for simple assault. He paid $500 for bail and on the way out explained that he and his brother were fighting about how to run the business.

Last week it was reported that employees of the salon had their pay checks bounce and called the police, so it is suspected that this had something to do with the fight.

Judging by the black eye he is now sporting, his brother got the last word in before the police arrived!

Poor Jennifer Lopez – it has been reported that the transgender model that broke up her relationship with Casper Smart was arrested for prostitution just last year as part of an undercover investigation held by the Houston Police Department.

The model was on a website offering herself as an “upscale shemale” who was “100% clean, passionate, open-minded, fetish friendly/toy friendly” and was busted when entered a hotel room and offered to perform various sexual acts on an undercover officer. The charges were eventually dropped.

We can’t imagine what J-Lo must be going through!
