Just this morning it was reported that Ed Sheeran is being sued $20 million for copying a Matt Cardle song, and now it seems Beyoncé has found herself in a similarly tricky legal situation.

According to RTÉ, a Kentucky filmmaker has filed a lawsuit against the Hold Up singer alleging that parts of her Lemonade trailer were copied from a short film called Palinoia which he created in 2014.

Matthew Fulks claims he sent his video to Queen B’s team last summer – five months before they began filming Lemonade.

According to the lawsuit: “Both the PALINOIA Work and the LEMONADE Trailer are comprised of short visual and audio segments arranged in montage fashion, with certain segments recurring throughout the works.”

Fulks – who is currently working as a creative director at a news station – says the similarities between his work and Beyoncé’s video include “images of the central character in a state of distress,” “hand-painted graffiti words in similar styles,” “red persons with eyes obscured,” “garages with repeating ceiling light fixtures and columns with the lower halves of the columns painted yellow,” “overgrown grass,” and “stairwells”.

He says this visual crossover makes up almost two thirds of Beyoncé’s minute-long trailer and that the audio used in both videos is also similar.

Fulks is now seeking damages and a percentage of the profits from Lemonade which has so far been viewed over 10 million time.

She literally sneezed on the beat and the beat got sicker.

No seriously ladies, that's what happened.

While performing Love on Top at New York's Citi Field stadium last night, Queen Bey felt that all familiar tingle, took a breath and gave a very delicate little sneeze, and the internet has gone absolutely NUTS in the aftermath.

After the entire stadium blessed her in unison, thousands of Bey's fans took to social media to share the wonderful news with those not fortunate enough to witness the incredible moment in person.

"That time Beyoncé sneezed on stage and the crowd melted," wrote one. "She is real! #FormationaWorldTour."

"I'm literally so excited to tell everyone at work tomorrow that Beyoncé knows to sneeze into the crook of her arm," gushed another who clearly knows the importance of hayfever etiquette.

If you think you can handle the excitement, then take a look at this…

Last week, Rachel Roy was the subject of numerous rumours following the release of Beyonce's new album, Lemonade.

Many speculated that she was 'Becky with the good hair' after she shared a picture on Instagram with "good hair, don't care" in the caption.

But now, she's facing further media intrusion after it has been revealed that her email account was hacked.

According to Page Six, Rachel told her friends that personal information from her computer was stolen in a security breach and ALL of her emails might become public.

"She has no idea how they've been swiped but is aware how much harm they can cause," a friend of Rachel's told the site.

"From a personal level, she wanted to distance herself from the furore after initially playing up to the link as Jay Z's rumoured other woman. But now she fears the spotlight will be well and truly back on her, Jay Z, and Beyoncé if these conversations end up online."

If there's some emails from Jay Z, we can see another celebrity showdown coming soon.

Just this week it was reported that Jay Z was in the middle of recording a response album to Beyonce's Lemonade, but now, Billboard has discovered that Jay and Bey nearly released a full-length album together.

According to Billboard, the album came about while the couple were touring for On The Run in 2014.

An insider says they "nearly finished" the probably-amazing album when their label allegedly stopped the project from moving forward.

However, a rep from Sony Records told the website that that simply wasn't the case, and the label is very "open to" it.

Hmmm, we're not sure who is telling the fibs here but before you hold a wake for the album that never was, there still might be hope of it being released.

The source said that the album will probably be released in the near future, after the hype from Lemonade cools down. Yes!

If this album does see the light of day soon, we'll be very happy campers.

Beyonce's Lemonade has made the headlines all week long, mainly because it sparks so many questions about Jay Z's infidelity.

Did he really cheat? Who IS Becky? Why are they not wearing their wedding rings anymore?

But now, a source close to the couple told Us Weekly that the rapper is hitting the studio to make an album of his own.

“Jay is working on an album telling his side of things," the insider explained.

Bey's 60-minute art film addressed long-standing rumours of Jay Z's cheating with lyrics like “This is your final warning / You know I give you life / If you try this s‑‑t again / You gon’ lose your wife."

“The album says it all. It explains how she and Jay got through their problems. The good outweighed the bad, so she gave him a second chance.”

If Jay does create a new comeback album, we're sure it's going to be a great one and maybe we'll finally find out who this Becky REALLY is.

Beyonce has been making WAVES this past week with many people speculating whether her marriage to Jay Z is in trouble or not.

The lyrics from her new album seem to suggest that he cheated on her (perhaps numerous times) with many people thinking it was either with Rita Ora or Rachel Roy.

Both women have cleared up on social media that the rumours are nonsense, but Bey's fans were still holding grudges.

Then, Beyonce began her Formation World Tour, and on the second night, decided to pay a tribute to her hubby while singing her anthem Halo.

However, now pictures have emerged from behind-the-scenes of her Marlins Park Stadium gig – and something quite obvious is missing from the couple's photos.

Their wedding rings.

The revelation is likely to re-ignite the rumours that their marriage is on the rocks – but we're just so confused by the whole thing.

Beyonce is a notoriously private person so we're guessing only time will tell with this one.

We all know that Kelly Rowland has constantly stood in Beyonce's shadow despite the fact she has a very busy life of her own.

She's a full-time wife and mam, hosts her own BET show, Chasing Destiny, constantly works on new music in the studio and does loads of amazing work with Claritin and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

The Destiny's Child alum appeared on WGN Morning News for an interview earlier this week in order to talk about the various projects she has going on at the moment; but of course, Beyonce came up in conversation.

Rather than just going along with it, Kelly completely shut the reporter DOWN, and swiftly goes back to what she wanted to talk about in the first place.

This just shows that Kelly is just as much a queen as her sister.

In the middle of Beyoncé's first show for her Formation World Tour last night, the singer decided to take a break from her hits and play tribute to Prince.

After her performance of Single Ladies – where she invited fans on stage to dance with her – all of the stage in Marlins Park went dark, with the exception of one giant purple box and the glow of phones from the audience members.

Prince's Purple Rain began to play, and the whole stadium began singing along and waving their phones in the air.

It was certainly a sight to be remembered.

Just when you thought things couldn't get any more confusing in the Beyoncé camp right now, Queen Bey's dad, Mathew Knowles, has weighed in on the Becky debate and revealed EXACTLY who that gal with the good hair really is, and we're…confused.

Rita Ora haters can step back and Rachel Roy critics can sit down because the star's former manager has actually revealed all.

Speaking to E! News, Mathew said: "She's talking about you and everybody that is you, that's who she's talking about."

She's talking about us?! But we haven't done anything…we swear, Queen Bey.

"I think that's the beauty of her creativity and I think that's what makes it so special, is that it relates to everyone," he continued.

"Every one of us have been disappointed before and have had to go through the grieving process of anger and, you know, disappointment and then acceptance and forgiveness."

"And I think that's why this again is touching so many people, because it's universal. Everybody can relate to it," he added.

Well aware his daughter has gotten the whole world talking with her latest drop, the queen's dad said: "I mean, Beyoncé just keeps pushing the envelope, pushing the envelope and setting an example of the whole industry."

So, now you know. YOU'RE Becky, and you're going to have to live with what you did.

While the rest of the world is arguing over who the mysterious 'Becky with the good hair' is, James Corden is turning the whole Beyoncé circus into a a laugh-out-loud comedy triumph.

Inspired by the singer's latest drop Lemonade, the Late Late Show host took his viewers on one incredible journey as he channelled his inner Bey, and Twitter seriously can't get enough.

Promoting the hilarious footage on his own Twitter page, James wrote: "Here it is!! #LEMONJAMES when life gives you lemons make Lemonjames."

In a variety of costumes and poses, James does his best to mirror Bey's controversial new album, even asking: "Do I make you laugh like Jimmy with the good hair?"

James and his Stateside chat-show have been flooded with compliments since the footage went live on social media earlier today, with members of the public quick to insist they prefer the Brit host's take on the whole thing.

We're with them on that one…

Lemonade has been the biggest topic of conversation this weekend. Did Queen Bey write the album about her husband? Did Jay Z really cheat on her? And if so, is he CRAZY?!

At first, the blame was promptly put on Rachel Roy from the Food Network, but now fans are starting to believe that Bey's song Sorry is about one blonde British popstar.

Some theorists are beginning to believe that 'Becky with the good hair' is now Rita Ora. Oooh…

Fans flocked to social media last night to accuse the singer of causing trouble between Bey and Jay, and it was one very specific picture that sparked all of the rumours.

A few days ago, Rita shared a photo on Snapchat of her wearing a yellow bra with lemons in the middle.

But, the thing that really sparked the rumours was the fact that she was also wearing a necklace with the letter 'J'.

While her undergarment seemed to be a novelty item at first, it was the necklace that set tongues wagging.

In the past few hours, Rita's IG has been flooded with insults, along with bee and lemon emojis.

However, Rita has blasted rumours of cheating with Jay Z in the past so whether it's true or not, we'll have to wait to find out.
