For those of you who don't know, former President of the United States, Barack Obama, is celebrating his 56th birthday today.
And if you could reply on anyone to offer up a perfect throwback, it's former First Lady, Michelle Obama.
Taking to Twitter to pay tribute to the man she shares her life with, Michelle uploaded two throwback shots of the Obama family celebrating the former president's 43rd birthday.
"Another year older, but the same phenomenal guy I married nearly 25 years ago," Michelle wrote. "Happy birthday, @BarackObama — we love you so much!"

The tweet, which was uploaded less than an hour ago, has amassed more than 79,000 likes so far, with members of the public keen to share in the celebrations.
"Literally all of the relationship goals," wrote one while another added: "Happy Birthday! We miss you both. Come back. We get it. The prank is over. This story is getting old!"
With the world’s top designers fighting to dress her for even the most minute of occasions, Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday party attire was bound to grab a few headlines.
But when the Victoria’s Secret model stepped out in a replica of the dress worn by Paris Hilton to mark her big day back in 2002, she caught everyone’s attention.
While the KUWTK star was quick to acknowledge the similarities between the outfits with her “vintage Paris Hilton vibes” Instagram post, until now no one knew how the heiress felt about Kendall’s update.
Thankfully, the Simple Life star has since proved herself a true believer of the phrase “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”, as she recently told Grazia that she was delighted Kendall chose to wear the eye-catching number.
“I was talking to her mum and then all of a sudden this gorgeous, glittering birthday girl walked in and as soon as I saw the dress I was like, ‘Oh my god that is the exact same dress that I wore to my 21st birthday, that Julien Macdonald,’ recounted Paris.
“[Kendall] was like ‘I know it’s not Julien Macdonald but I was obsessed with your dress so I sent the photos to the designer and had him basically copy your dress’ and I was like, ‘It looks so good on you!’”
“And she was like, ‘Thank you I just thought it was the perfect birthday dress.’ So yeah, I was really flattered and I thought she looked stunning and I thought ‘It is the perfect birthday dress’ especially when you’re turning 21!”
“It was really nice to see her wearing that and she looked gorgeous. We had a fun talk about it. It was cute I saw on her Instagram she wrote ‘Paris Hilton vibes’ with a picture of the dress and I thought that was really sweet.”
Following her high profile split with cheating fiancé Nick Young, Iggy Azalea has adopted an enthusiastic approach to self-love.
Having recently declared her vagina “the best in the world”, late last week the Australian rapper took to Instagram to thank her plastic surgeon for her “fabulous nose and breasts” while wishing him well on his 43rd birthday.
Alongside a casual snap of Iggy and Beverly Hills’ Dr Ashkan Ghavami, the 26-year-old star wrote: “Happy birthday @DrGhavami It might seem obvious I’d hold the man I owe my fabulous nose and breasts to in high regard.”
“But vanity aside; Ash you’re hilarious as hell, talented, eclectic, a progressive thinker and someone who supports women in their choice to do what they want with their OWN bodies.”
The Fancy singer then pointed out how “tonnes of men” lack the understanding she credits Dr Ghavami with, before stating that she is “proud” to call him her friend.
Iggy has been praised on social media for speaking openly about the work she’s had done at a time when so many celebrities avail of cosmetic assistance while opting to deny that fact.
“So honest, I love it,” wrote one follower. “Say it how it is girl #truthpatrol,” said another.

She spent the day(and night) in London, and the next day took to the social media app to thank her buddies:
"I have the best friends who threw me the best birthday party! Thank you @iamjamesoneill @osullivanbryan and for letting @rickygibb and I dress up in all of your fabulousness."
The DJ's friend, James O'Neill, also took to IG to post a few snaps from the night.
Earlier this month Beyoncé gave us major birthday feels by celebrating her 35th in full 70s glamour with a Soul Train themed bash.
And now, fashion designer Nicole Richie has marked her own 35th with a star studded affair which was again themed to the same era.
On Friday night, the former Simple Life star headed to The Standard hotel in Hollywood with her husband Joel Madden, sister-in-law Cameron Diaz and famous friends Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba and Ellen Pompeo where she spent the night skating around a roller rink dressed head-to-toe in 70s get-up.
According to Us, the mother of two stunned in a full length, gold sequined, peep-hole dress with a full head of curls as she partied to songs like Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) and Diana Ross’ I’m Coming Out.
Celebrity attendees used social media throughout the night to give fans a sneak peek of the fun being had inside the exclusive event.
While Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo used the same platform to post a group picture with the message: “When @nicolerichie decides to Slay cuz it’s her birthday #virgolove.”

Sharing a picture of her holding Charlotte Grace as a baby, the actress wrote: "Sometimes when I need a miracle, I look into my daughters eyes, and realise I've already created one. #happybirthdayCharlotte #thisis7."
Sarah and her hubby Freddie Prinze Jr welcomed Charlotte in 2009 and three years later their son Rocky was born.
We all know the deal when it's your BFF's birthday.
You post a LOAD of pictures (some new, some old) to their Twitter/Instagram/Facebook, along with a message that basically says they're the greatest human on earth.
Well, Demi Lovato is no different when it comes to her best mate's birthday and took to Twitter to show it.
Sharing nine pictures in a collage, Demi wished Nick Jonas all the best for his 24th birthday yesterday:
For a very long time, Prince William was considered the more desirable of the two royal brothers.
But while the rest of the ladies in our life fawned all over Will, we've always known that Prince Harry's day would come.
And as anticipated, the rest of the world eventually caught up with us and realised that the red hair, the cheeky grin and the air of mischief which surrounded the younger prince was super appealing.
So, in honour of his 32nd birthday today, we've compiled a list of times we realised Prince Harry was hot AF.
1. The time he called a spade a spade.
2. The time we needed to have his babies.
3. The time he did his bit for feminism.
4. The time he winked at us.
5. The time his road rage mirrored ours.
6. Oh, and then there was this….
If anyone needs us, we'll be lying in a darkened room.
It’s official: There has never before been a party thrown on this planet that we would rather have been invited to than Beyoncé’s 35th.
Last night at a star-studded event in New York the Lemonade creator let loose as she partied like there was no tomorrow in full 70s glamour surrounded by Jay Z, Blue Ivy and their impressive team of celebrity friends.
Footage from the party not only shows Bey and Jay grinding in full costume on the dancefloor, but also catches their four-year-old daughter wishing her famous mother a happy birthday before swiping a sneaky taste of the cake.
Naturally enough Bey looked incredible as she danced in a revealing one-legged jumpsuit, while her husband of eight years got in on the themed action with afro-style hair, a silk head scarf and rounded shades.
The singer’s sister Solage wore a long green leather coat over a short peach dress, while Queen B’s former band mate Kelly Rowland – who recently admitted to getting Beyoncé diamonds for her birthday – stunned in a plunging metallic jumpsuit.
According to the Mail Online, Alicia Keys, Serena Williams, Jourdan Dunn and Usher were all among the party’s guests.
Yesterday the songstress used Instagram to thank her friends, family and fans for their love and support on her special day.
Alongside a GIF of her dancing in a printed dress, Beyoncé wrote: “I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the beautiful and thoughtful birthday wishes.”
“I am so fortunate to have the love and support of my family, my friends, and my hive. We’ve grown up together and you guys continue to inspire and motivate me everyday.”
“I’m so grateful for every challenge, every smile, every tear, every discovery, every sacrifice, every triumph, every stretch mark, every kiss, every scar,” she continued.
Yesterday the world celebrated as Queen B turned 35 but while most of us confined our celebrations to binging on Lemonade and sharing Beyoncé GIFs with our mates, Kelly Rowland surprised her BFF with a very special gift.
In a bid to prolong Bey’s birthday weekend, the singer’s former bandmate and long-time friend decided to join her in Philadelphia for the Made in America festival and Kelly did not arrive to the party empty handed.
In an interview with E! News the X Factor judge revealed that she would be gifting the Sorry singer with diamonds to mark the occasion.
She said: “We are all going to be celebrating this festival and Beyoncé’s birthday.”
“We are all going to be together. I am getting ready to see her now.”
And when asked what she got the girl who has everything, Kelly replied: “Well, diamonds are a girl’s best friend…I got her diamonds.”
So if you’ve never before thought of sending Ms Rowland a friend request, now would probably be a good time to do it.
