It has been a dramatic few weeks for The Script front man Danny O’Donoghue.

While the star is on cloud nine after selling out a string of gigs in Ireland’s Croke Park, he was no doubt brought back down to earth with a bang after being slammed by his ex, Bo Bruce.

It was all smiles for the singer as he stepped out with a mystery woman on his arm last night though, cuddling up to the brunette at the Hyde Park Christmas event in London.

According to eye witnesses, the pair certainly looked cosy, with a beaming Danny wrapping his arm around his date’s waist.

Indeed, it seems that former The Voice contestant Bo Bruce’s comments were the last thing on Danny’s mind last night.

Bo confirmed our suspicions that she and her former mentor had in fact been an item at one point, with the singer revealing that she and Danny had kissed on a number of occasions.

The star went on to reveal how she felt ‘humiliated’ when Danny gave an interview in which he said their relationship was a publicity stunt to win her more votes on the TV show.

“He just said some s*** in the papers and I was hurt,” said the 29-year-old.

Let’s hope Danny can tone down the drama with his new lady friend.
