Almost a year on from his wife's death, Nick Gordon has decided to break his silence and appear on long-running talkshow, Dr. Phil, in order to set the record straight and give his side of the harrowing story.

The 20-year-old, who was in a relationship with Bobbi Kristina Brown – the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown – will finally open up about the events following Bobbi's untimely death last year.

Nick, who appeared on Dr. Phil a few months after his girlfriend's hospitalisation but prior to her tragic death, has since kept silent on the matter, but all that's due to change as he takes a seat with the popular TV psychologist.

While Nick, who was accused of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money from Bobbi's account into his own without permission, was not charged with the offences, suspicion appears to still surround him.

After an autopsy in March confirmed that Whitney's daughter died from drug intoxication and complications related to water immersion, Nick's attorney, Randy Kessler, again asserted his client's innocence.

A statement from the Brown family last night revealed the tragic news the world had been waiting for, but their pain is not over yet.

Bobbi Kristina's untimely death at just 22 years old came after six months of hospital treatment, following the discovery of her unresponsive body in a bathtub at her home in Georgia on January 31 of this year. The Brown family's statement said that their beloved daughter and niece was now "at peace in the arms of God," but what remains is a difficult wait for the autopsy results, which may finally clear up what happened that tragic night.

A representative for the Fulham County Medical Examiner's Office said that the autopsy will not be straightforward one, as Bobbi's six months of hospital treatment may "complicate" the investigation. 

"Interpretation of autopsy findings and other information will also be challenging," the rep told Associated Press. "However, an autopsy could be helpful to address questions which may arise about the cause of her unresponsiveness and eventual death."

Bobbi was moved to hospice care over a month ago and it's believed her life support machine was turned off around that time too. A source close to the family said that the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston had been reduced to "skin and bones" prior to being moved to hospice care.

Police previously confirmed that the circumstances surrounding Bobbi's death are being treated as a criminal investigation, due to a number of unexplained markings discovered on her body when she was found. Earlier this month, her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was served with a €9m civil law suit in relation to Bobbi Kristina.

Mr Gordon, who recently completed a stint in rehab, is accused of punching his girlfriend in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair. It is also alleged that he "routinely" transferred funds "into an account controlled solely by him" without having her consent or authorisation.

As Bobbi Brown spends what are likely to be her final days in hospice care, her aunt Pat Houston has begun the painful steps of preparing for her death.

Pat, who was sister-in-law to Bobbi's late mother Whitney Houston, was seen at Bobbi's townhouse in Roswell, Georgia recently, with sources saying she was there to clear out all of the 22-year-old's possessions. 

"She kept all the pictures and Whitney’s platinum and gold album plaques,” a source told Us Weekly. “But she threw everything else out….Everything is at Pat’s house now."

Bobbi was found face-down and unresponsive in the bathtub at her Roswell home on January 31st of this year, and has been in a coma ever since. Four weeks ago her family confirmed that she was being moved to hospice care as her condition "continued to deteriorate." 

At the time it was also reported that Bobbi had been taken off life support and all medications helping to keep her alive. " We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now," the Houston family said in their statement to AP.

Pat has been at Bobbi's bedside almost every day since she was first rushed to hospital, and currently shares legal guardianship with her niece's father, Bobby Brown. 

It still remains unclear what occurred on the evening of January 31st, but it's thought Bobbi's family believe her boyfriend Nick Gordon was involved in the incident.

Last week Nick was served with court papers which accuse him of dragging his girlfriend upstairs by her hair, withdrawing money from her bank account, and knocking out her teeth just hours before her body was found.

The tragic incident comes just three years after Bobbi's mother Whitney was discovered submerged in a bathtub at the Beverly Hills Hilton in February 2012.

Bobbi Kristina’s family have been banned from visiting her following reports that photos of her in a coma were taken and attempted to be sold by a member of her family.

According to reports, security guards at the hospice where Bobbi Kristina is being treated have concrete evidence that it was a member of Bobby Brown’s family that took the photos.

Sources close to the situation told TMZ that the hospice informed the family of Whitney Houston that there was incriminating evidence against the Brown family.

This, however, does not include Bobby Brown himself. Bobbi Kristina’s father has announced that he is committed to finding the person responsible for taking the photograph.

The pictures of Bobbi Kristina in a coma have been offered to a number of high profile media outlets. TMZ confirmed that they were offered the photos as did ET who revealed that the photos have an asking price of approximately €90,000.

Bobbi’s partner Nick Gordon is yet to visit her since she went into a coma in January. Reports have suggested that he has also been banned from visiting his girlfriend as Bobbi’s family claim that he was abusive towards her.

Last week, it was announced that Bobbi Kristina Brown would be moved from hospital into hospice care as her health has sadly continued to worsen. 

It has been reported that the 22-year-old is now off life support and is no longer being administered medication to help keep her alive.

However, it has now emerged that someone has taken a recent picture of the young woman, who is believed to be dying, and is currently trying to sell it to major US-based websites. 

TMZ has now revealed that it was approached with the image, but that they declined to purchase it.

The website said: "The photo was shopped to us… we passed. The pic is being shopped to a multitude of magazines and websites, and we're told there's interest."

The photo in question was taken earlier this week at the hospice facility near Atlanta where the daughter of Whitney Houston is staying. In the picture there is a woman, believed to be a family member, leaning over Bobbi Kristina.

TMZ reported that the person who took this photo is an "extended family member".

Bobbi Kristina has not regained consciousness since she was discovered face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta, Georgia, at the end of January.

Sinead O'Connor has always been an activist – and she's currently very publicly supporting Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

Following an incident in late January at her home, the same townhouse she once shared with her late mother, 22-year-old Ms Brown is currently being cared for at a hospice facility in Atlanta.

She subsequent brain damage is believed to be extensive, and she has not been conscious in months.

In recent days, Bray-resident Sinead has changed her profile picture on Facebook to one of Bobbi Kristina. Her cover photo also shows the young woman with Whitney.

The 48-year-old, still best-known for Nothing Compares To You, has furthermore been dedicating songs to Ms Brown, who is believed to be dying.

Her first message of support was seemingly posted last Thursday, a day after Bobbi Kristina was moved to hospice care. And yesterday, Sinead posted Born Again and Somebody – both sung by R.H. Harris & His Gospel Paraders.

Sinead's fans have also been acknowledging the support she's offering.

"Whoa, what great gospel, you find the best stuff," wrote one. "I can imagine you jumping in and singing along with them… would have been pure joy. Terribly, awfully hurtful and sad situation for Bobbi Kristina, when she crosses over to the other side, her mom will be there for her again."

Another said: "Shame no one could save her, sadly this does make us all realise how sad life can be, maybe it's time to all join hands and pray for her sweet little soul."

Despite the ongoing feud that has been raging between the Browns and the Houstons, Bobby Brown has come to the defence of his ex-sister-in-law, Pat Houston.

The 46-year-old father of Bobbi Kristina has denied sensational claims made by his sister, Leolah Brown, that Pat wanted her niece to die, because the cost of keeping her alive was dipping into Pat’s inheritance.

Sources close to Mr Brown told TMZ that “Bobby claims Leolah is making it all up and hasn’t even been around his daughter – so she has no idea what Pat’s feelings are about Bobbi Kristina’s condition.”

Leolah posted to her Facebook page earlier this week to bash Bobbi Kristina’s co-guardian.

"If Pat knew The God that I know, instead of trying to inherit my niece’s money for her personal gain, she would mind her own business and go find A JOB for herself without continuously working so hard to destroy my niece.”

Despite the two families disagreeing on the best course of action for the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, the source says that Bobby is furious and Leolah’s sensationalist claims have gone way too far.

Could Bobby sticking up for Pat signal the start of a possible reconciliation between the two families?

The family of Bobbi Kristina Brown have reportedly accepted that she will not regain consciousness. It is believed that the brain damage she suffered six months ago is simply too extensive to ever see her recover. 

The 22-year-old was found unresponsive in a bathtub on January 31. 

Now, in breaking news, it is being suggested that her family are finally eager to bring her home so she can die in peace.

The Mirror says that she could shortly be brought back to the Georgia townhouse she once shared with her late mother, Whitney Houston.

"That was her home and her mum’s home. If they can bring her back it would be great," a hospital source told Radar Online last month.

“Let her be home and surrounded by beautiful photos of her mum," they added. "It’s as good as it gets in such a bad situation.”

The website says that the young woman's aunt and uncle, Pat and Gary Houston, are particularly keen to let her die in peace, and that they have already begun preparing the house for her arrival.

However, other family members are less convinced that her musician father will so easily go along with their plans.

"Bobby is never going to take her off life support," a further source told People. 

Whitney Houston drowned in her bathtub at a Beverly Hills hotel on February 11, 2012. She was 48. A postmortem later revealed that heart disease and cocaine abuse were contributing factors to her death.

Bobbi Kristina was the sole-benefactor of her mother's estate, and is now worth €18m. The sum is relatively paltry given Whitney's huge international successes over a career spanning almost 30 years, however, the singer was thought to have struggled financially towards the end of her life.

The mother of the late Whitney Houston has spoken up since Bobby Brown claimed Bobbi Kristina "is awake" and "watching" him. 

The 81-year-old has confirmed that she is no longer in a medically induced coma, but she is still unresponsive.

Cissy told Us Weekly: "I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive,"

She continued: "Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me. We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time. Keep us in your prayers."

Bobbi Kristina's father,  Bobby Brown, got people talking as he addressed a crowd in Dallas recently about his daughter being awake. 

Cissy has now clarified the situation. 

The 22-year-old was found face down in the bathtub at her home on January 31 by her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Bobby's lawyer told Us Weekly that she has improved and will "live a long life" but sadly, the quality of her life will not be known for years to come."

We are hoping her condition will improve and our thoughts are with the family.

It has been three months since Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta home and her father Bobby Brown has told a crowd at the Verizon Theatre, Dallas that "Bobbi is awake! She's watching me."

It is unclear whether he meant his daughter had regained consciousness or if he was talking about her spirit. 

This video from TMZ shows the moment Bobby told the crowd in Dallas that his daughter is in fact awake. 

In recent weeks it has been reported that he has a desire to keep his daughters life support machine on, while the family of the deceased Whitney Houston believe it is time to switch it off since the 22-year-old has showed no signs of improvement. 

A source told the Inquistr: "Of course Bobby wants Krissy to wake up and return to her life. That's all he wants. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of hope and the Houston family is resigned to the fact that keeping Krissy on life support may not be the best option."

In Bobby Browns first public appearance on 11 April since his daughter had gone into hospital, Bobby told a Los Angeles crowd: "I dunno what the hell ​I am going through right now, but I am giving it to God and letting him deal with ​it."

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown is still battling for her life in hospital after being placed in a medically induced coma over four weeks ago.

The 21-year-old is still extremely ill after being found unconscious in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta, Georgia on January 31st.

A huge controversy erupted today after it was reported that the Brown family were cashing in on Bobbi's illness by chronicling the situation for a reality show.

According to TMZ, Bobby Brown himself will not appear in the show, although his sisters Leolah and Tina will.

"It appears that they have not shot video in the hospital, but… they have regular debriefs at home on camera where they talk about the tragedy," TMZ today reported. 

A lawyer for Bobby has slammed the reports, although he did not speak for Leolah and Tina. "There is no Brown family reality show that is in production which chronicles Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina or the medical emergency she presently faces at Emory Hospital," said the lawyer today, calling the allegations "plain insanity."

Whatever the situation with her family, we hope Bobbi's health improves soon.

Tomorrow marks the third anniversary of Whitney Houston’s tragic and untimely death.

It has now been reported that Whitney’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina (21), is to have her life support turned off tomorrow, on the anniversary of her mother’s death.

Bobbi has been in a medically induced coma since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home on January 31st. Tragically, Whitney was also found in bathtub at the time of her passing.

Her family, including her father, Bobby Brown, have been keeping a vigil at her bedside since she was admitted. Last night, hundreds of fans joined her family in praying for her 

Such a tragedy, our thoughts are with Bobbi’s family at this difficult time.
