The internet’s fave teen diva is now an American Apparel model!
Earlier this year, 15-year-old Brendan Jordan diva-danced his way to internet fame when he appeared in the background of a local news clip in the US, throwing some serious Beyoncé moves.
The video has since been viewed over 3 million times, and as a result Brendan has gained over 50,000 Youtube followers and a staggering 273,000 Instagram devotees.
Now clothing company American Apparel have picked up on the hype and have taken Brendan on as a model in their latest campaign:
The blurb next to the (downright epic) picture of Brendan's poses reads, "Brendan is from Las Vegas. He's half Peruvian (his dad was born and raised in Peru) and he learned Spanish from his extended family that helped care for him. He enjoys taking photos, shopping and collecting Disney memorabilia. In the future Brendan hopes to have his own TV show and design a clothing line. His biggest inspirations are his great grandmother Lucy and Lady Gaga."
The company said they "were inspired by Brendan after seeing his fearless act of spontaneity and applaud his efforts with the LGBTQ community."
American Apparel has gotten a bad rap in the past for its overly sexual ad campaigns, but we have to say this one is totally tasteful and pretty hilarious, too. Win!
Let's take a moment to worship Brendan and his epic dance skills:
