Over a dozen people injured in Melbourne car ploughing incident
Melbourne police are saying a car ploughing incident that left 14 people injured was 'deliberate', according to the Independent.ie.
The tragic event happened outside a train station in Melbourne, Australia at around 5pm local time on Thursday.
Police are currently attending an incident on Flinders Street between Elizabeth and Swanston streets where a vehicle has collided with a number of pedestrians. Police have arrested the driver of the car. Extent of injuries are not known at this stage. (1/2)

The vehicle crashed into a number of pedestrians.
Of the 14 people injured, several are in critical condition, reports BreakingNews.ie.
One of those hurt is a pre-school aged child, who was rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries.

Two men have been arrested in connection with this incident.
The Victoria Police are asking people to come forward with any images or footage that may shed light on what exactly happened
