Reality star Cara Kilbey is celebrating some wonderful news this morning, after safely passing the 20 week mark in her second pregnancy.

The former TOWIE cast member suffered a miscarriage at five months back in March but revealed today that she fell pregnant again shortly after.

"I was so nervous up until the 20 week scan," she told Closer magazine, who confirmed her pregnancy this morning.

"I've been trying to relax and enjoy my pregnancy but there's always been a niggle of worry.

"Now I've got past that point and everything is perfectly healthy, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can start getting excited."

Cara's miscarriage was made all the more difficult to cope with as her close friend Billi Mucklow was pregnant at the same time and gave birth in June. 

However the 28-year old says she and her boyfriend of one year, Daniel, were keen to try for a baby once again.

"Daniel and I knew we wanted to get pregnant again straight away so I was overjoyed when I found out I was expecting two months later," she says. 

Despite the trauma of losing a baby, Cara says she and her partner are stronger than ever.

"I can see how something that traumatic can break up a couple. But we saw a different more caring side to each other and it brought us so much closer."

Huge congrats to Cara and Daniel at this happy time.

Congrats are in order for former TOWIE cast member Billi Mucklow today, with the news that she has become a mum for the first time.

The reality star and her footballer husband Andy Carroll took to social media last night to reveal they were parents to a new baby boy.

Posting a gorgeous family snap to both Twitter and Instagram, Billi welcomed her "little AC" with the message "Welcome To The World Our Beautiful Baby Boy @andytcarroll You Are My Rock," adding, "Love My Boys More Than Anything, Best Feeling In The World! #BabyCarroll #LittleAC"

While there are no further details on the little man's name, it seems it will begin with A… could Andy Carroll Jr be on the cards?

Billi first revealed she was pregnant shortly after Christmas, letting her festive jumper do the talking in this Instagram snap:

Since confirming she was expecting, Billi has been keeping her fans updated on her progress, and even a week before giving birth she was still looking fabulous in a summery pink bikini:

The reality star will no doubt be thinking of her close friend Cara Kilbey this week as the pair should have been welcoming their babies around the same time.

The two announced their pregnancies just weeks apart, but Cara sadly miscarried back in March, five months into her pregnancy.

Cara took to Instagram herself yesterday to share an inspiring quote that seemed fitting for the situation. "Believe that good things will happen and they will," it read.

Former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey proved she's a grade A gal after she forgave her mate Lauren Goodger for driving over her foot this weekend and leaving her in a cast.

Taking to social media to highlight the result of Lauren's questionable driving skills, Cara posted a snap of herself sporting an enormous cast on her right foot and a cute pedi on her left one.

Deciding to take the high road and remain good humoured about the accident, the lovely Cara captioned the shot with a very tongue-in-cheek post, writing: "Suppose it's a day indoors then… Thank you @LaurenGoodger for running my foot over."

Determined to remedy the situation, the hapless Lauren apologised for the mishap, writing: "@carakilbey nothing can be normal with us- like I said shout me if you need any running about…Loves ya #sorry #imsillycow."

Cara, who has experienced incredibly sad times recently, seemed to take the whole incident on the chin and was flooded with well wishes from concerned fans and followers.

Expressing shock that Lauren actually landed her mate in hospital, one concerned fan wrote: "Did she actually?!"

Unfortunately yes, she did!

Our hearts go out to Cara Kilbey today as puts her best foot forward and celebrates Mother's Day with her family.

The former TOWIE star, who recently suffered a miscarriage five months into her pregnancy, announced the devastating news through her spokesperson last week.

The brave star paid tribute to her own mum on Twitter today and posted a shot of herself and her brother Tom as they made their way to spend time with their mum on Mother's Day.

The 26-year-old star looked beautiful in the shot which she captioned: "On route to see our Beautiful Mum @tomkilbey of course she's already up the WestEnd shopping with Gary #mothersday."

Billi Mucklow's best friend is said to have been given endless support from family, friends and fans following the devastating news.

Some tragic news today as it's been confirmed that former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey has suffered a miscarriage at five months into her pregnancy.

Cara's rep confirmed the news today, saying, "It is with great sadness that I must inform you that last week Cara Kilbey suffered a late miscarriage. Cara was over five months pregnant when she lost her baby."

The reality star broached the news in a subtle way on social media today, posting a picture with the message "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and a broken heart.

Cara and her close friend Billi Mucklow announced their pregnancies just weeks apart at the beginning of this year.

The star's spokesperson asked that she be granted privacy at this tragic time, saying, "Cara and her partner are devastated at the loss and will not be commenting further on this deeply upsetting matter. I hope their privacy is respected in order to give them time to grieve and seek support."

Cara appeared in the early seasons of TOWIE before exiting the show in 2012 to launch her own fashion website.

Congratulations are in order today, as it has been revealed that former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey is expecting her first child with her boyfriend.

The reality star took to her social media channels to share the amazing news, posting a stunning picture of herself forming a love heart with her hands over her baby bump.

“So happy and excited to announce we are expecting our first baby together. July 2015,” wrote Cara.

One of the first people to send her congratulations was Cara’s best friend and fellow mum-to-be, Billi Mucklow.
