From the moment Cheryl Cole stepped out in an ill-fitting grey dress at Liam Payne's sister's wedding earlier this year, rumours have been swirling that the former Girls Aloud singer may be pregnant.

The official line simply claimed that Cheryl, who has been dating Liam since December, didn't want to distract from the bride, and while not everyone was convinced, the speculation did indeed calm down for a month or two.

And then L'oreal only went and released their latest ad campaign and inadvertently stoked the fire again as viewers debated whether Cheryl's appearance might mean there could be a baby on board.

Looking stunning with a slightly fuller face than we're used to seeing her, Cheryl in addition to reminding us that she was worth it reminded die-hard Directioners that they had some speculating to do.

Taking to Twitter to gush over this unconfirmed pregnancy, one wrote: "Why did Liam suddenly change his bio and is like "the luckiest man" i think that Cheryl is pregnant omg!"

"Wait, what the f*ck? Is Cheryl pregnant?" questioned another social media user.

And while we all know Directioners are known for losing their cool from time to time, it seems they may have the backing of a few inside sources who recently revealed that Cheryl is currently preparing for motherhood.

"Cheryl's never been more determined to have a baby. It's like it's the only thing in the world that matters to her," they revealed.

"Cheryl has a stash of pregnancy and motherhood books she's always reading. She's never been so focused on something," they added.

Sounds like those eagle-eyed viewers may be on to something…

In a world full of Kardashians, we’re encouraged to be a Diana, but it’s not always easy to establish your own style and sense of poise when confronted by the same faces and trends day in and day out.

Finding your feet in the world of fashion takes time, but one woman who has done it with aplomb is Irish model, Louise O’Reilly.

Not only has she forged an incredibly successful career for herself as an international model, Louise has amassed a loyal following by sharing her own style insights on her blog Style Me Curvy.

We caught up with Louise, who recently joined forced with Dublin Fashion Festival and Westcoast Cooler as part of the #ThisIsMe campaign, and picked her brains on all things style-related.

1. Can you tell us what the #ThisIsMe campaign means to you?

I'm really thrilled to be part of a campaign that celebrates individuality and diversity. It's so important to encourage people to use fashion to embrace who they truly are.

I just loved West Coast Cooler's whole ideology behind the campaign for Dublin Fashion Festival and what it represents.

2. Have you followed trends in the past which didn't accurately represent you, and if so which ones?

There are so many trends each year I tend to pick and choose what works for me the best in terms of my own individual style and taste buds.

Definitely in the past – growing up as a teenager – I would have tried to copy my friends' style as I was so unsure of what to wear myself, but I think everyone goes through that phase.

3. With Irish weather in mind, what trends are you all over this season?

I'm a big lover of Autumn/ Winter. I love layering, particularly high neck jumper styles mixed with skirts for a 60s style that works wonderful with tights for the colder months.

I love to invest in styles that will be here to stay for a few seasons, so A-line cut skirts with zip detail is definitely worth noting, a long lined structured coat or cosy parka with interesting trimming such as leatherette details or faux fur.

4. Did the world of modelling change your perspective on what it means to be 'stylish'?

It definitely has in many ways. On the model side we are somewhat restricted in what we can wear to castings for example.

The "model uniform" as such would usually be a black t-shirt, black skinny jeans and plain heels for castings, meaning your arriving to a client as a blank canvas for them to cast you for something.

But in the same way getting to travel around parts of the world and work on interesting fashion shoots or shows means you become totally open to other cultures sense of style and how they might put things together in a totally different way than we would.

It's definitely something that has changed the way I view fashion and style and has only made my obsession with shoes worse!

5. What are your three golden rules when it comes to your own personal style?

 I never avoid a trend I like because I'm a size 16.

Comfort yet style is always the key agenda. I have to be comfy!

I try add colour where possible and don't over accessorise.

6. What three items of clothing could you not live without?

My Oasis biker jacket, River Island LBD and my biker boots

7. Who is your Irish style icon, and why?

I don't really have as style icon as such, but one person who I really admire would be Saoirse Ronan, her style is really individual to her, she's never afraid to show who she is and I love that in a person.

8. As an international model, you travel constantly – what is your go-to airport outfit and three carry-on essentials?

Usually it's all black as when I travel for work as you never know if you will have a last minute casting straight after your flight.

At the moment I've stuck to a suedette biker jacket, a black  jersey wrap dress, Adidas originals for added comfort and an oversized handbag to fit my blog camera and all my essentials.

My three carry-on essentials are Carmex lip balm – brilliant for travelling and for all weather types – travel size Vichy Idealia moisturiser or Image Vital C hydrating moisturiser (both are brilliant) and Mac Studio Fix fluid foundation.

9. Your blog is hugely successful, why do you think it resonated with so many women?

Thank you so much! Well, it's been a long journey and something I've worked so hard on.

The key point to Style Me Curvy is that it's about fashion for everyone. It's not about creating size divisions so whether a person is a size 6 or a size 28, there will always be something available for all sizes on my blog.

I also like to get people out of the 'size' mindset. I wear a size 16, sometimes an 18 or sometimes a 14. I buy what fits and that's what's most important, the fit and cut not what the label says.

10. What are the three pieces of advice you would give your 16-year-old self when it comes to life, style and career?

What's meant for you won't pass you by

Stop dressing like someone twice your age.

Stop obsessing about your weight and take advantage of all opportunities that come your way. You only live once!

She may be worth millions and have oodles of insider info at her fingertips when it comes to style, but that doesn't mean Victoria Beckham doesn't like to nab a bargain or two in the beauty department.

The star, whose New York Fashion Week show became the talk of Instagram this week, revealed that she swears by a product most of us could find in our kitchen cupboards.

Speaking to This Morning, the acclaimed fashion designer paid tribute to the wonder that is – wait for it –  coconut oil.

Offering a hint into her daily routine, Victoria confirmed that she's only mad for the kitchen staple, saying: "I use coconut oil, the kind of oil that you would cook with."

"I use it all over my body as well because it's really really moisturising," she added.

And while we know numerous celebrities use coconut oil to stay looking their best, we wouldn't have pictured the mum-of-four stocking up on beauty staples in the oil and condiment aisle.

But if Victoria, who has access to the best products on the market plumps for the humble coconut oil, who are we argue?

Form an orderly queue, ladies.

Anyone who doubted the relationship between Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne may have to eat their words as reports currently swirl that the couple are planning to start a family together.

According to insiders, Cheryl, who is 10 years Liam's senior, is reportedly preparing for the pitter-patter of teeny tiny feet.

Speaking to NOW magazine, a source close to the couple said that the Fight For This Love singer is putting all her energy into researching pregnancy and motherhood.

"Cheryl's never been more determined to have a baby. It's like it's the only thing in the world that matters to her." they revealed.

The Geordie girl who has been dating the former One Direction star since December has never made any secret of her desire to become a mother, and it sounds like she's decided the time has come.

"Cheryl has a stash of pregnancy and motherhood books she's always reading. She's never been so focused on something," the source added.

The couple have been the subject of intense speculation since confirming their relationship earlier this year, and if they hoped mentor Simon Cowell would avoid the gossip, they were sorely mistaken.

Adding fuel to the fire, Simon admitted, according to The Mirror, that he thought the former Girls Aloud star would make a fantastic mother.

"Cheryl would be an amazing mum. I have seen her with my son Eric and other kids over the years and she is incredible," he said.

"She is very good with them. I think she is in a good place in her life right now."

In all seriousness, how cute would that kid be?!

There are very few among us who haven’t dusted off a gym membership or intensified an exercise routine the moment news drops that there’s a major social event on the horizon.

And for the vast majority of us, we do it to look good, fit a certain dress and give the metaphorical middle finger to anyone who might have doubted us.

But there’s so much more to exercise than being able to rock an outfit without sucking in all night as Kathryn Thomas told SHEmazing! when we caught up with her to chat about the latest research from Irish Life Health.

With 71 per cent of Irish people surveyed seeking to improve their fitness in their free time, Kathryn, as Irish Life Health ambassador, is keen to remind us that exercise is less about a number on a scale and more about improving your current health, securing your future health and protecting your mental health.

And while we might be all #fitfam online, research shows that the hectic lifestyles led by Irish people means we struggle to establish and maintain a routine – something which Kathryn understands, but insists we must tackle.

“Like you prioritise brushing your teeth or making your lunch or getting to work, the same needs to be done when it comes to health and exercise.”

And yet that doesn’t mean you need to kiss goodbye to life as you know it, with Kathryn saying: “I’m a firm believer in 80/20. There are some Friday nights when I come home, lay in front of The Late Late and order a takeaway, and that’s OK.”

"When I go out for dinner, I have a starter, a main, a dessert and I have cheese, coffee and wine. But I also know that I’ll probably go for a 5K jog the next day or bring the dogs out to keep that balance.”

“I don’t advocate completely cutting out any one food group – wheat or dairy or sugar – because it’s not sustainable,” she added.

Reminding us that exercise is more than just about the here and now, it’s about insuring yourself against the future, saying: “You don’t want to sit in a doctor’s office in the future and hear you have Type 2 Diabetes.”

And while the nation's attitude to exercise is changing as a whole, nowhere is this more evident than in women’s perspective to health and exercise.

Less than a decade ago, our news feeds were awash with ‘size zero trend’ images, but these days hashtags like #fitnotthin and #girlswholift are much more commonplace.

Commenting on this, Kathryn said: “I think social can come in for a battering, but on the flip side it’s also a really useful platform when it comes to fitness and nutrition.”

“There’s a wealth of information out there for people to get their hands on. Tutorials, guidelines, recipes, and these are very valuable things when it comes to good health and exercise.”

Explaining that she herself is still learning when it comes to exercise and nutrition, she laughs: “My perspective has changed on exercise since my days eating Chinese in the UCD bar. Now it’s about how vital it is to my health.”

And health no longer only refers to the physical, with Kathryn acknowledging the importance regular exercise has on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

“Yeah, feeling great has a lot to do with fitting into those jeans, but the serotonin does so much more than that,” she said.

Amen to that.

Chris Brown is, as we all know, no stranger to controversy.

Just days after being involved in a serious altercation with police, the Virginian-born singer has made headlines again.

Appearing to have joined San Francisco 49ers quarterback. Colin Kaepernick, in his protest of the National Anthem, Chris decided not to stand during a rendition of the song yesterday.

Speaking last month, Colin explained that he would not be standing for the national anthem at public events all in an effort to raise awareness of social injustice.

"I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of colour," Colin said.

Stay classy!

Whether Chris is officially Team Colin or was simply too lazy to get involved yesterday, he made waves after deciding not to stand during a rendition of the anthem which followed a tribute to those who lost their lives during 9/11.

While USC’s Galen Center urged everybody to get involved at Power 106’s All Start Celebrity Game yesterday, 27-year-old Chris and a number of others remained seated during The Star Spangled Banner.

The public have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the controversial move, with one writing: "Yeah, real classy move. It's the flag that caused the hate, not the people, that's right."

"It's 9/11 have some respect for the lives lost. Any other day do as you wish. But have some sympathy," urged another.

While Victoria Beckham has certainly proven herself a valuable asset to the fashion industry ever since dipping a toe in the world of designing, that doesn't mean everyone is a fan.

And they certainly don't hold back when it comes to communicating as much to the former Spice Girl.

Having shared numerous shots of her show during New York Fashion Week, the mum-of-four has come in for considerable criticism from Instagram users who have accused her of glorifying anorexia.

Responding to an image the designer shared of the models chosen for her show, one of the star's followers asked: "Why do you celebrate Anorexia. I hope you don't bring your daughter up to also celebrate it to." (sic)

"It would be so refreshing to see @victoriabeckham employ more natural sized models…all I see is skin and bones… not the clothes." remarked another.

Thank u @esteelauder and @jueligeradrienne! Beautiful makeup at today's show from my #VBxEsteeLauder collection x vb #VBSS17 #NYFW

The comments have sparked major debate among Victoria's followers with some insisting that it's unrealisitic to suggest that designers choose bigger models while others slammed those using the word 'anorexic' to describe the women.

"That's so horrible to think someone is anorexic bc of there body type," wrote one while another asked: "How do you not know these girls are naturally skinny?"

Ad it wasn't only Victoria's models who had their appearance slammed by Instagram users, with some turning their attention to the designer herself.

After sharing a snap of herself following the show, Victoria wrote: "Thank u to my team for all their hard work on today's show", but looks like her style wasn't doing it for everyone.

Long before Justin Bieber began egging houses and refusing to take photographs with fans, he was an enthusiastic little whippersnapper with stars in his eyes.

And it looks like he's only mad to remind people of it.

Taking to Twitter at the weekend, the Canadian popstar treated die-hard Beliebers by retweeing an interview which showed him at his most fresh-faced.

Looking like a young lad on his Confirmation Day, Justin chatted about the direction he envisioned his career going, and his fans are all over it.

"Well, I see myself doing more like R&B. Sort of like… Usher, Justin or like an old Michael Jackson, but yeah…" he told his interviewer.

In true Belieber style, fans lost their minds over this particular blast from the past, with one writing: "OMFG. Holy sh*t. I'm crying."

"So f*cking precious, oh my God," wrote another while a fellow fan added: "Oh my god…I'm crying now…oh my baby…oh my God this is so precious."

Ladies, calm yourselves.

If you – like us – have spent time wondering what a Victoria's Secret Angel eats on a daily basis, then wonder no more.

According to Elsa Hosk, it's not all kale, cucumber and coconut water for the ladies who walk that famous runway every year.

And while we'd like to believe her, we can't help but feel we're having the wool pulled over our eyes.

In an interview with StyleCaster, the stunning Swede insists that her daily diet is closer to that of mere mortals than we might think.

For breakfast, Elsa chows down on eggs and bacon while at lunch it's a mozzarella and tomato panini with lentil soup for the 27-year-old.

Oh, and for dinner?

It's just your standard fried cheese, chicken skewers with rice pilaf, and potato, cucumber, feta salad.

So there you have it; eggs, bacon, and cheese…. the runway awaits, ladies!

When a current popstar decides to cover a chart classic, it can go one of two ways.

And thankfully for Lady Gaga, her brief duet with Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, this morning went down an absolute storm with Instagram users.

Capturing the moment on camera for fans and followers, Emma, who now has a breakfast slot on Heart FM,  looked thrilled to be giving it her all with the queen of meat dresses.

And despite the fact Gaga altered her line from 'Wanna make love to ya, baby” to “I’ll make love to you, baby', the duet has received nothing but love from thousands of fans this morning.

"Omg I love it. They need to do a song together," wrote one while another added: "This has just made my life. Got a tear in my eye."

It's two generations of popstars, and it is EVERYTHING.

When it comes to strops, Megan McKenna can pull them with the best of them.

From her rants on Celebrity Big Brother to her spats on The Only Way is Essex, the reality star doesn't hold back.

And this afternoon she has really let the paparazzi have it on Twitter.

Uploading footage of the lengths some photographers will go to get a snap of her on holidays, Megan tweeted: "When people are only interested in making you look bad."

"One of the paps even called me a bitch for making him leave," she added this afternoon.

A few moments later, Megan took to Twitter again to slam the media intrusion she experiences, writing: "I'm all for taking pics, but when I'm sat around the private pool, no make up, relaxing I think this is too far."

"You got your pic, now f*ck off," she fumed.

Fans of the Essex girl wasted no time slamming the paparazzi, with one writing: "Shocking! I'm sure they wouldn't like it if it was them that had constant paps at their heels, They need to find some respect."

Unfortunately though for Megan, not everyone was with her on this one, with another dismissing her complaints, tweeting: "You love it, without them you'd be nothing."

"Suck it up buttercup. You chose this life," added another. "Fame and money doesn't come easy. Stop moaning or take yourself out of the limelight."

After 13 agonising years – no seriously, it's actually been that long – Busted have announced that they have recorded – wait for it – a brand new album.

Matt, James and Charlie, who went their separate ways in the early noughties after four number one singles and two studio albums, have finally reunited, and we are PUMPED.

The Brit Award-winners, who also made a name for themselves with Fightstar and McBusted in the aftermath of their split, have joined forces yet again, and Twitter is having a field day.

Set for release on November 11, NightDriver seems a serious departure from their original sound, but something tells us die-hard fans won't give a toss.

Like us, they just need Matt, James and Charlie back where they belong – with each other.
