After she made the decision to post a photograph of a young woman in an extremely compromising position on Twitter last week, we're not altogether sure if we want any advice from Khloé Kardashian right now.

But, we're willing to give the reality star the benefit of the doubt on this one as her nuggets of information have less to do with social media etiquette and more to do with personal upkeep.

And while she may not be known for keeping cool online, there's no denying the star is looking EXTRA slick of late, and it seems it all comes down to the use of Vitamin E.

"Slather Vitamin E oil on your face at night," she urges fans. "It fights wrinkles, inflammation and redness—and it’s great for acne scars! I put Vitamin E oil on my lashes every night, too, to keep them super-soft."

"Add Vitamin E capsules to your daily vitamin list to balance cholesterol levels, ease PMS symptoms, and improve muscle strength," she continued.

And in classic Khloé style, she didn't stop there when listing the vitamin's benefits, adding: "No joke: Vitamin E may strengthen vaginal lining."

"Moisturise your labia and vagina with Vitamin E oil to combat dryness and soothe irritation," she advised.

Alright Khloé, let's just leave it there, shall we?

Remember when Vanity Fair writer, Rich Cohen, recently offered an assessment of Margot Robbie and her native country, and managed to insult millions of people in the process?

Well, while members of the Australian public took to Twitter in their droves to slam both the writer and the article which contained a scathing assessment of the land down under as well as one its most-respected actresses, Margot kept schtum.

And while one might hope she did so in order to take the high road, it was actually because despite the clearly derogatory nature of the piece, Margot was unfazed as she had, in fact, read much worse.

Rich went to great lengths to subtly deride the star, writing "She is 26 and beautiful, not in that otherworldly, catwalk way but in a minor knock-around key, a blue mood, a slow dance."

She is tall but only with the help of certain shoes. She can be sexy and composed even while naked but only in character."

And yet, Margot simply deemed her encounter with Rich as 'odd' and expressed her surprise over the controversy which followed the publication of the piece.

Speaking to The Project, she said: "I remember doing the interview and being like, ‘That was an odd one."

“Then I read it and I was like, ‘Yeah, the tone of this is really weird, I don’t really know what he’s trying to get at or play at," she continued. "But I didn’t expect it’d be like an uproar about it, at all."

"But I’ve read far more offensive, far more sexist, insulting, derogatory, disgusting things on a daily basis," she admitted. "Maybe I’m desensitised to it now."

If that's the case, it's a seriously sad state of affairs.

Whether it was too subtle or too sarky, we're all had moments where we instantly regret a joke we've made on social media.

From realising it hasn't quite landed to sweating over your followers' response to your stand-up material, social media can be a minefield when it comes to the lols as Jeremy McConnell discovered this morning.

After sharing a snap of himself and fellow Celebrity Big Brother contestant, Scotty T, on Twitter, Jezza decided to caption the shot: "Me and Gaz last ni." (sic)

But it wasn't Gaz…and that, ladies, is the joke. (Badum-bum-chiiiii)

Fearful Jeremy had had a lobotomy, the reality star's followers wasted no time schooling him on the Geordie Shore cast, with one writing: "WTF that's Scotty T check again it's defo not gaz lol."

"Awkward moment when you don't even know that it's @ScottGShore and not @GazGShore," added another.

As more and more members of the public took to Twitter to set Jeremy straight, the Dubliner clearly reached the end of his tether, replying: "I know it's Scotty you morons."

Well you can see where the confusion arose Jez…

Rushing to the defence of Jeremy's quality gag, one Twitter user raged: "A majority of tweeters have had a humour bypass. They must have undergone this procedure when they had their brains removed."

Hmmm…we don't know about that one.

Her older sister might have broken the internet with hers, but that doesn’t mean Kylie can’t get in on the action when it comes to the Kardashian’s world-famous collection of derrières.

In a move straight out of Social Media for Reality Stars 101, Kylie shared an incredible brief video on Snapchat which seems to suggest she has decided to gets hers inked, but then said little else on the matter.

And social media, as it is known to do, has understandably gone into meltdown mode over it.

The clip, which has amassed over 41,000 views in a day, has sparked debate among the 18-year-old’s followers, with some arguing that the location of the tattoo was inappropriate.

Condemning Snapchat users for casting aspersions on Kylie’s decision, one wrote: “What does having a tattoo on the butt cheek have to do with anything slut related?”

“Last time I check the butt is still part of the body. People get tattoos in their mouth, on their lips, tongue, face ect so why not butt??” (sic)

“Why is everyone trippin' over her getting a tattoo on her ass? Lots of people do it and she's 18 I don't see what the problem is,” added another.

“I love how people get so bent outta shape over stuff like this,” slammed another. “Why y'all get so offended and upset when she get a tattoo? Are y'all related? Did u give birth to her? Did u raise her?”

Now all we're waiting for is the big reveal…

If you – like the rest of us – spent more time than you'd care to admit salivating over The Wire's Jimmy McNulty than paying attention to the show's storyline, then it might be high time you hightailed it to Limerick.

After a long period of deliberation, Dominic West and his wife, Catherine Fitzgerald, have decided not to sell their home Co. Limerick and will, instead, be opening it to the public as an on-trend boutique hotel.

Following the death of Catherine's father, the Fitzgerald family were forced to put Glin Castle on the market due to the cost of its upkeep, but the Daily Mail now reports that there has been a distinct turnaround.

Commenting on the news, The Wire actor confirmed that the castle – worth a staggering €4.6 million – will be staying in the family, saying: "No, we’re not selling any more, I’m happy to report. We’ve done a marvellous U-turn."

"Selling up was absolutely heartbreaking for all of us, especially my mother-in-law and my wife and luckily, we’re reopening it as a hotel, all going well, some time next year," he announced.

And it sounds like the Golden Globe-nominated actor is going to be as hands-on as it gets with the property, which has been in Catherine's family for more than 700 years, revealing: "I’m going to manage it. I want to be in charge or as much as my schedule will allow."

"Obviously there will be someone in place far more experienced and qualified than I coping with the day-to-day. But we want to be there," he insisted. "We’re going to be heavily involved. That’s why we’re moving home to Ireland."

More than happy to call the stunning castle their home, the couple and their four children will now be opening it to the public, and we all feel a trip to Limerick coming on all of a sudden.

OK, we may not have her looks, her life or even her swimming togs, but when it comes to her ability to take the p*ss out of herself, we think we might actually be on the same page as Margot Robbie.

Unlike many celebrities who constantly lament their lack of privacy, Margot played the paparazzi at their own game by posting a secret shot they got of her falling off a surfboard earlier this week.

While still looking incredible, the angle wasn't one we're used to seeing Margot from – a feature of the photo which she addressed on Instagram.

Sharing the snap with followers yesterday, the Wolf of Wall Street star, wrote: "Photo cred to the creepy pap hiding in the bushes."

"Thanks for always catching me at my best angles #blessed," she added in a post which has clocked up a staggering 306,000 likes since its upload.

Unsurprisingly, Margot's post endeared her to the public even more (how is that even possible though?), and social media users rushed to give props for her 'couldn't care less' attitude.

"This is why I love Margot Robbie," wrote one while another gushed: "This is the photo that convinced me to follow you @margotrobbie. Falling with style."

After her Harry Potter revelation, we didn't think we could love her any more…

When rumours began circulating this week that noughties emo heartthrobs, My Chemical Romance, might possibly be reforming, we're guessing sales in eyeliner and wristbands went through the absolute roof.

But it looks like impromptu splurging (again, we're just guessing) on the part of die-hard emos may have been in vain, as the band has taken to social media to dismiss the reports and express their gratitude for the public's enthusiasm.

"We've been really touched and blown away by the response to the teaser trailer," they began in a post last night.

"We are not touring and there is no reunion planned – only a release for the anniversary of The Black Parade," they continued. "Thanks so much for continuing to keep MCR in your minds and in your hearts."

While the post was captioned 'Thank you so much for the love' MCR fans really weren't feeling it after clapping eyes on the band's post.

"I love you to bits but I just wanna ask, why would u play it out like this when surely you'd've known the response you'd get," slammed one. "You just brought us up only to let us down."

"Sure I am excited for this, but I think the drama you created around it, only hurt people this time thank you for being so theatrical, and for being what you have been over the years, but right now I think it was unnecessary."

Determined Gerard Way and the lads would see the implications of their decision, another peaced out, saying: "BRB gonna drown in my own emo tears."

Oh, look what you've done now, guys.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the best part of a decade, you'll have been exposed to numerous debates on the prevalence of airbushing in the world of film and fashion.

And while very few amongst us genuinely believe Victoria's Secret models wake up looking as they appear on screen, the sheer number of re-touches a photograph will go through before making it to print is nothing short of astounding.

Giving the important – but now somewhat jaded – discussion the shot of adrenaline it needs, a former Victoria's Secret photographer, who chose to remain anonymous but was called Sarah for the purpose of the interview, spoke to Refinery29, and insisted that the images we see bear very little resemblance to the models who have posed for the images.

Trimming thighs and enlarging breasts is only a drop in the ocean in comparison to the number of re-touches a photographer will make to a model's face and body before it is presented to the public.

"The first thing they do is they put in hair extensions,” she explained. “I don’t think I ever was on a shoot with a model that had real hair."

And while the hair on their head may not be theirs, the body hair most certainly is, with Sarah saying: "No matter how closely you shave, you’ll have a shadow."

"They come to these photo shoots and, like, they have their arms up in the classic beach pose, and they have, like, hairy armpits. They all have stubbly pubes — all the normal stuff non-models have." she continued.

And while adding and removing hair sounds standard enough, it's nothing in comparison to the other switching-up they do, with Sarah revealing that requests which have included switching body parts between models.

"Can you change these arms with a different girl's arms, because her arms are making it look like she's, like, picking her butt’ – or something," Sarah revealed.

And these nifty tricks go hand-in-hand with the stylist's ability to alter clothes in such a way that the average woman has no chance of ever recreating the look even if she were to spend thousands on the garment in question.

"If you hold up the bathing suit in your own hand, it’s so heavy because they have all this sh*t sewed into it," she explained. "They put a push-up bra under the bathing suit. And we retouch out the bra…a lot of staffers would complain because they even did it with strapless stuff."

"When you're wearing a strapless bikini, in no way, shape, or form can you have cleavage. It’s physically impossible with the way gravity works," she insisted.

Turning the notion that photographers are fixated on reducing a model's size completely on its head, Sarah said: "Models are thinner than you actually think they are, and we retouch them to look rounder. We have to curve them out.”

While Sarah no longer works for Victoria's Secret, she still works in the industry and adheres to personal principles when it comes to photographing models nowadays.

She refuses to trim waists, whiten teeth or enhance eyeball colour, saying: "I won't take in waists anymore. I refuse to do that. Nobody has really white eyes. I think it looks really crazy."

With a nod to the tremendous impact these processes can have on public psyche, Sarah admits she has fallen victim to her own industry's handywork on a number of occasions.

"I ordered a Victoria's Secret swimsuit this summer. And then I got it and, of course, it wasn’t as cute as in the photo," she admitted. "I'm the one retouching this stuff and I'm still not immune to marketing."

If the woman who produces these shots isn't immune to the effect, isn't it time we all cut ourselves some slack, acknowledge the images for what they are, and accept they are not representative of either the woman on the street OR the woman in the studio.

First Zayn broke away from the group, then Harry got this teeth stuck into some acting, and now Liam has announced that he's sighed a record deal all of his own in a move which has left 1D fans feeling super unsettled this week.

With millions of fans holding out hope that the band might re-form, news that Liam has embarked on a solo journey has left countless wondering whether it's time to give up the ghost and admit defeat on the 1D front.

Taking to Twitter yesterday, Chery's new fella paid tribute to his new record label, writing: "Happy to have signed to @CapitolUK. They have an amazing history of artists, I hope I can follow in their footsteps."

While some fans rushed to offer the star their congratulations, others were a little less forthcoming in their support, with one writing: "WHAT THE HELL? WHAT WHAT ABOUT THE BAND LIAM?"

"If you can't even keep a promise, this won't do any good for you. I love you, but this is so wrong," added another die-hard Directioner.

Responding to his followers' concerns, Liam made it clear that while he appreciates the impact One Direction had on his life and that of millions others, it's time to move on.

"One direction will always be my home and family but I'm very excited to see what this chapter brings," he assured fans.

Refusing to let poor ol' Liam off the hook, a follower hit back: "I get things happened and people move on but I thought I'd be able to see you guys as band live. Really does upset me."

"I'm crying Liam, what have you done to me," added another in final twist of the knife.

Ah ladies, behave.

Gigi Hadid or not, you don't land yourself the cover of Vogue – and the Olympic edition, no less – without knowing a thing or two about how to keep yourself in tip-top condition.

While the waif-likes models of the 90s – known for perpetuating the 'Heroin Chic' look – appeared to exist on almost nothing, the new generation of runway models seem keen to showcase their athletic ability and nutritional know-how when possible.

An athlete during her highschool days, Gigi has maintained her interest in fitness – something which her personal trainer, Rob Piela, confirmed while speaking to Vogue.

Having been training Zayn's girlfriend for almost three years, Rob pays tribute to the model's focus and determination, saying: "It’s all about how hard you work and how much you put in – Gigi is a hard worker."

Working-out four times a week, Gigi alternates between cardio exercise like boxing and strenuous floor work – all of which goes a long towards maintaining those enviable abs.

"Staying fit is all about consistency,” Rob warns. “Don’t miss workout days; don’t get lazy in the winter."

In addition to avoiding sugar, Rob encourages Gigi to perform planks for deep muscles, crunches for the classic six-pack and leg raises when focusing on lower abdominals, saying: "The combination of those three moves is golden."

And these, ladies, are the moves you need to make if you want a core like Kendall's BFF.

1. Boxing warm- up (10 minutes)

2. Crunches (Three sets of 40)

3. Boxing (10 minutes)

4. Bicycle crunches (Three sets of 40)

5. Boxing (10 minutes)

6. Plank (60 seconds)

7. Leg raises ( Four sets of 25)

That's cool, we'll start tomorrow….

As a proud plus-size model, Ashley Graham has come in for criticism from various corners of society, and as her star continues to ascend it really looks like the girl can't win.

From politicians dubbing her 'unhealthy' and suggesting she has years of ill health ahead of her to speculation that Amy Schumer was unimpressed by her inclusion in the same body-shape category as Ashley – a claim she has since dismissed – the 27-year-old has been forced to defend her shape and size time and time again.

And while the vast majority of criticism has come from those who consider Ashley too large, the model is now facing another group of critics who are currently slamming her for looking like she's dropped a few lbs.

After sharing photos of herself working out, Ashley, who was the first plus-size model to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated, was inexplicably met with negativity by some of her followers.

"Fake fat person. You're not overweight, Stop saying you are. If you are fit, own it," wrote one. "If you changed, just keep it real, don't tell me you're fat when you look like perfection."

"I don't want you to stop from going to the gym at all. I just want to say, that I hope you will stand for your body and your curves like everybody should," commented another.

Taking aim at a snap of Ashley rocking white co-ords and a cropped leather jacket, another Instagram user wrote: "I knew it you did lose a lot of weight! I am no longer a fan of yours you betrayed a lot of people!"

"So I'll find another plus size beautiful woman bcuz you're full of s**t!!! #damnshame #justliketherest," she added. (sic)

Stunned by the outburst, Ashley defended her against the criticism, writing: "People come on my page and body shame me because I'm too big, because I'm too small, because I'm not good enough for their standards…But at the end of the day I'm good enough for me."

Many fans wasted no time supporting the model's stance, with one writing: "All you women shaming get are disgusting."

"Body positivity isn't about size or her size, it's about acceptance. Any women shaming her should be ashamed of themselves." she finished.

When it comes to Instagram, Perrie Edwards has it absolutely nailed.

From sneak peeks into the life of a jet-setting popstar to cute family snaps and make-up mishaps, Perrie balances her page perfectly.

But now it looks like she's hoping to take it up a gear when it comes to the bikini snaps if her most recent uploads are anything to go by.

Unfortunately for Perrie, a number of fans have taken it upon themselves to question the singer's motives for this change of direction.

Suggesting that the British star is attempting to compete with her former fiancé's current girlfriend, one Instagram user wrote: "She has nvr done this when she was still with Zayn. I guess she's trying to compete with Gigi." (sic)

"Why always bikini? You never do this when you with Zayn. Why? Trying like Gigi?" added another.

Responding to the suggestion, another fan of the star wrote: "Compete with Gigi? Are you serious? It's very unlikely that's she's trying to "compete" with Gigi."

"Maybe Zany said she couldn't post any "revealing" pictures of herself. Or she could finally be comfortable in her own skin. Don't always assume because you never know," they added.

"She's just feeling confident in her body and has embraced it fully? Her life does not revolve around Zayn, she had a life before him and has a life after him," argued a fan.

"It's sad that all of you put two women against each other for the sole reason that they dated the same man. That's undermining their success," she added.

Preach girl, preach!
