If there's one thing the Kardashians do really, really well, it's take themselves too seriously.

And Kirby Jenner is here to stop them.

In a move which has Instagram in absolute hysterics, this guy has decided to photoshop himself into some of the family's best known snaps, and the results are nothing short of hilarious.

We'll let Kirby take it from here…

Remember the last time you used an ice cream to declare your sexual preference?

Yeah us neither, but that's because we (like millions others) don't consider our love of Magnums indicative of anything other than, well, our love of Magnums.

British television presenter, Richard Hammond, on the other hand, is of the opinion that a grá for the dessert is more likely if you happen to be gay.

We know – our heads imploded too.

And, unsurprisingly, Twitter users have had had a field day over this, and wasted no time sharing their thoughts on the television presenter's bizarre remarks.

Following the death of his Star Wars co-star Carrie Fisher yesterday, Hollywood heavy-hitter Harrison Ford has released a statement paying tribute to the much-loved and highly-regarded actress.

In words which are bound to strike a chord with countless fans of the film franchise, Harrison acknowledged Carrie's joie de vivre, and sent his condolences to her family.

"Carrie was one-of-a-kind, brilliant, original," he told People magazine.

"Funny and emotionally fearless. She lived her life, bravely," he continued. "My thoughts are with her daughter Billie, her mother Debbie, her brother Todd, and her many friends. We will all miss her.”

Speaking to E! News, Star Wars creator, George Lucas, also paid tribute to the actress who played Princess Leia in the iconic films.

"Carrie and I have been friends most of our adult lives. She was extremely smart; a talented actress, writer and comedienne with a very colourful personality that everyone loved."

"In Star Wars she was our great and powerful princess – feisty, wise and full of hope in a role that was more difficult than most people might think." George added.

60-year-old Carrie died after suffering a heart attack while on a flight from London to Los Angeles.

If anyone knows how to get people talking about their love life, it's Drake.

From public declarations of devotion (oh hey, Rihanna) to social media postings, the rapper can send his fandom into a tailspin with little to no effort.

Case in point: Drake's most recent Instagram upload.

Appearing to confirm rumours that he is currently dating 47-year-old Jennifer Lopez, the singer shared a snap of the pair looking pretty cosy.

And not everyone is impressed.

Despite racking up more than a half a million likes in just two hours, Drake has been inundated with sarky remarks from his fans and followers.

"You'll never find a girl like Rihanna," wrote one while another added: "Weirdest couple ever."

"They both hoes! Drake and JLo have literally been with mad ppl. Drake is a nasty dirty hoe and so is JLo," remarked another.

Oh, and if anyone is interested, Rihanna unfollowed JLo on social media in recent days…

It's all kicking off now, ladies.

For the first time in 28 years, Queen Elizabeth will not be attending the traditional Christmas service in Sandringham.

Since 1988, the Queen and members of the Royal Family have celebrated Christmas at St Mary Magdalene Church, but the monarch’s ill health has left her unable to attend today’s service.

Releasing a statement to the press and public, Buckingham Palace confirmed that the Queen, who turned 90 this year, has made the decision to opt out of the service in an effort to recover from a cold.

“The Queen continues to recover from a heavy cold and will stay indoors to assist with her recovery.”

“Her Majesty will participate in the Royal Family Christmas celebrations during the day.”

Various other members of the Royal Family will attend the service as usual.

In a move which has hit everyone right in the feels, JK Rowling has shared a heartwarming message to fans and followers around the world today.

Offering words of comfort to anyone struggling over the festive period, the Harry Potter author encouraged her fans to think positively about their future.

In a series of tweets which have been re-tweeted thousands of times since their upload earlier today, J.K drew on her own experience before reminding her fans that bad times do pass.

Explaining that she has received countless greeting from fans, she wrote: “I’ve also heard from people who are going through tough times. These always seem worse at Christmas.”

“At this time of year, we’re bombarded with images of perfect lives, which bear little relation to reality as tinsel does to gold.”

“If you’re lucky enough to be with the people you love, warm and safe, with enough to eat, I’m sure you feel as blessed as I do.”

Continuing her message, she added: ”But if your life is currently full of difficulties, if you aren’t where you want to be, either literally or figuratively, remember that extraordinary transformations are possible. Everything changes. Nothing is forever.”

“Thinking back to my worst Christmas, I found it hard to believe that my unhappiness would pass, I was truly afraid of the future.”

“You never know what the future holds. Astonishing reversals of fortune happen every minute,” she wrote. “So if you’re sad or lonely or bereaved or ill or in any other way suffering this Christmas, I send you love and wish you luck and better times.”

“Millions of us have been where you are now. Remember Christmas Day is, in the end, just a day. It isn’t a test or a scorecard of you or your life, so be kind to yourself.”

Now, can someone please pass the tissues?

We imagine when you're best friends with the Kardashians, it can be pretty tricky coming up with gift ideas in year in and year out.

We mean, what do you give the women that seem to have pretty much everything?

Well, if you’re Chrissy Teigen, you think outside the box, and create a cake made of – wait for it – mashed potato and fried chicken.

Chrissy, you’ve outdone yourself this time.

Unsurprisingly, Khloé and Kourtney wasted no time sharing an image of their cakes on social media before giving an insight into Chrissy’s thought process.

Uploading the card she sent along with the foodie gift, Chrissy wrote: “Thank God Christmas falls on Soul Food Sunday.”

“Enjoy mashed potato iced, corn bread and yam-filled fried chicken topped cake of perfection. Love you guys!”

It is just us or is that cake pretty damn gross?!

We'd barely gotten used to the idea that they were dating when recent reports claimed Vogue Williams and Laurence Fox were no more, but it looks like Laurence has nothing but good wishes for the Irish star.

Rumours that the pair were an item began swirling in recent months when the Irish TV presenter was spotted holding hands with the British actor, with numerous publications claiming Laurence had 'genuinely fallen for' Vogue.

Commenting on the burgeoning romance at the time, a source close to the pair said: "It’s very early days but both Laurence and Vogue consider themselves an item. They’re enjoying spending time together and have had some great nights out.”

Unfortunately, it looks like the good times recently came to an end for the pair, but Laurence is determined to keep thing amicable and recently referred to Vogue as his 'mate'.

"We're just really great mates. We have always just been good mates before meeting on Bear Grylls: Mission Survive and we continue to be really great mates," he told MailOnline.

38-year-old Laurence, who this year divorced Billie Piper after nine years of marriage, added: "There's nothing else really to say, but we're just great friends."

Turning his attention to the festive period, Laurence revealed that he doesn't have any big plans, saying: "I've got a feeling it might be quite a quiet one for me."

"I've never really been a huge New Year's Eve fan so it isn't going to be the kind of celebration that it's been in the past."

In a move which has infuriated Twitter users this week, Harry Styles decided to showcase his brand-new sheepskin coat, and ultimately incurred the wrath of countless Directioners.

After spotting the singer-turned-actor rocking the Yves Saint Laurent number, animal right supporters wasted no time calling Harry out on his fashion faux pas.

Taking to social media to highlight the issue, one member of the public wrote: "You should watch a documentary or read an article about how fur is taken away from animals. Then I don't think you would buy it."

According to FarFetch website, the pricey coat is made of 100% sheep skin / shearling, and yet despite this, some die-hard Directioners refused to to believe Harry would wear it of his own accord.

"I don't believe Harry would actually wear fur. It just doesn't seem like something he would do," insisted one Twitter user while another disbelieving fan verified the details before expressing her shock online.

 Your move, Harry.

In a move which is sure to strike a chord with millions, Emma Stone has opened up about the anxiety she has suffered since childhood.

Speaking to the Rolling Stone, the popular actress attempted to explain the myriad of emotions she would endure as a child.

"When I was about seven, I was convinced the house was burning down. I could sense it. Not a hallucination, just a tightening in my chest, feeling I couldn't breathe, like the world was going to end. There were some flare-ups like that, but my anxiety was constant," she recalled.

"I would ask my mom a hundred times how the day was gonna lay out. What time was she gonna drop me off? Where was she gonna be? What would happen at lunch?"

The actress, who is up for a Golden Globe, revealed that the condition eventually became debilitating, adding: "At a certain point, I couldn't go to friends' houses anymore–I could barely get out the door to school."

The 28-year-old provided readers with her own coping mechanisms by explaining she penned a manuscript that helps her deal with the issue.

"I wrote this book called I Am Bigger Than My Anxiety that I still have: I drew a little green monster on my shoulder that speaks to me in my ear and tells me all these things that aren't true."

"And every time I listen to it, it grows bigger. If I listen to it enough, it crushes me," she explains."But if I turn my head and keep doing what I'm doing—let it speak to me, but don't give it the credit it needs- then it shrinks down and fades away."

Emma also used acting and improv as a coping mechanism, saying: "You have to be present in improv, and that's the antithesis of anxiety."

Any offspring of Noel Gallagher is bound to have a charming but sarcastic streak, aren't they?

And it looks like the singer's eldest child, Anais, is a chip off the old block if her recent activity on Instagram is anything to go by.

After clocking that her mum, Meg Mathews, had uploaded a shot of herself getting a massage, the 16-year-old couldn't resist ripping it out of her in front of thousands.

In a fairly smug Instagram post, Meg wrote: "Finished at last packing presents, Physio, homing dogs, and now Coco the best massage #missioni towels…spot Oscar sleeps between my legs for the whole time…”

Drawing a comparison between her mother's decadent lifestyle and the Unicef ad in the background, Anais wrote: "The irony of the ad behind."

With Missoni towels going for approximately £120 a pop, and Unicef reminding the public that they could supply those in need with a blanket for just £3, Anais obviously felt compelled to call her mum out on this one.

By the looks of things, the ribbing Anais gave her mum had a profound effect because it looks like the snap has since been deleted…

And it's official – we have a new hero.

No matter how much we might want to break the mould, when it comes to break-ups, we generally do the same thing over and over again.

After kissing goodbye to the latest relationship, many of us crawl beneath a duvet, eat our weight in chocolate and only re-emerge if someone mentions the word gin.

And by the sounds of things, Perrie Edwards of Little Mix fame is keen for us to break the cycle.

Commenting on the motivation behind Shout Out To My Ex, she explained that the Little Mix ladies wanted their break-up song to be empowering rather than maudlin.

"When people go through breakups, you automatically want to hear really sad songs," Perrie told E! News.

"You want to listen to Un-Break My Heart and have a little cry, get a tub of ice cream out. "We just thought, 'You know what? Women need to feel empowered," she continued.

"Everybody needs to feel empowered after a breakup and we feel like this song can relate to everyone because everybody’s had an ex."

"We have each other luckily, so we experience everything together and we’ve always got each other’s backs," she said.

In fairness, we could easily listen to Shout Out To My Ex while devouring a tub of Haagen Dazs, so technically everyone's a winner.
