Hello, Madam President…

Yes, it's finally her turn in the Oval Office.

Robin Wright’s Claire Underwood is making her mark on the presidency In newly released first-look images from Netflix for 'House of Cards.'

The sixth and final season will revolve around Wright’s Claire in the Oval Office, having taken over the reins from her husband, Frank. We don't yet know how the team will have written Kevin Spacey, who played the scheming politician and president during the first five seasons out of the show – and had filmed the first three episodes of the new series – before Netflix severed ties with the actor.

The actor was forced off the show late last year amid several sexual harassment allegations that came to light. Since then, he has all but left public life but after stalling production on the show for a number of weeks, Netflix announced the would continue, with Wright taking over the storyline.

So, now, rightfully, it is her time to shine.

Wright has earned five Emmy nods for her formidable work on the drama and fans are eagerly anticipating her chance to step into the central character. Wright, who has been credited with taking the character from mere arm candy to one who carried equal weight with that of the lead actor, steadily grew to be as popular as Spacey's Frank over the course of the show's run.

Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear as well as Cody Fern join Wright this season alongside Emmy Award nominee Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson and more.

We can't wait.

At just 20 years old, Jackson Odell, was sadly found dead at his home in California.

The actor and musician, best known for his roles in the Goldbergs and Modern Family, was found unresponsive at his home in Tarzana, California on Friday, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed to People

His family took to Twitter to pay tribute to the young actor.

"The Odell family has lost our beloved son and brother, Jackson Odell, on Friday," they wrote on Twitter.

"He will always be a shining light and a brilliant, loving and talented soul. He had so much more to share. Our family will always carry that truth forward. Our wish is that the rest of the world who knew and loved him does as well.

"We are now going to try to make sense of our immeasurable loss privately. We will not be making anymore statements."

No cause of death has yet been revealed but reports say that this is being investigated.

'Modern Family' actress Ariel Winter also spoke of the untimely death of her co-star and friend, and said she has been left "devastated" by his passing, whom she had known since childhood.

"Devastated to hear about the passing of Jackson Odell. I knew Jackson since we were 12 years old and he even appeared in an episode of 'Modern Family,'" she wrote on Instagram.

"We didn't talk much as we entered into our high school years, but I'm glad I got to spend time with him before his end.

"Very hard for me to hear about anyone passing away, but someone so young really saddens me. Sending love to his family and friends."

So, when word landed last night that 20-year-old Kylie Jenner is reportedly pregnant with her first child, Twitter went into meltdown, and everyone grabbed the popcorn.

While the young businesswoman and reality star has yet to confirm the reports which are currently circulating all over the world right now, social media users are wasting no time sharing their thoughts on the supposed pregnancy.

It was a stand-out moment at this year's Video Music Awards, and Fifth Harmony no doubt knew they would be forced to explain the presence – and sudden disappearance – of a fifth member during their highly-anticipated performance.

Watching the group take to the stage on Sunday night, audience members and TV viewers were surprised to see the foursome appear on stage alongside a fifth person.

Did Camila Cabello, who left the group last year, experience a change of heart? Had Ally, Normani, Dinah and Lauren recruited a new member?

Before viewers could speculate themselves into a frenzy, the fifth member quite literally jumped backwards off the stage, leaving the four remaining members to bring it on home.

Understandably, social media went into a tailspin, as fans of the band wondered whether they had just thrown some spectacular shade at Camila – something which they addressed while appearing on Good Morning America this morning.

Acknowledging the drama surrounding their performance, the ladies said: "We get asked all the time if we’re getting a fifth member and we wanted to show the world in an artistic way that, hey, the four of us are Fifth Harmony."

Speaking to host Lara Spencer, the ladies insisted that there was no need for the addition of a fifth member, and they hoped their performance would put the speculation to bed for good.

"We’re stronger and better than we’ve ever been — and honestly it was such a monumental moment for us. We were at the VMAs! We had rain! We had splits! We had a mic drop!"

And that's our cue to stop wondering whether Camila will be making a return, right?

As the viewing public geared up for the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother, there seemed to exist a general consensus that as contestants go, Girls Aloud member, Sarah Harding, was up there with some of the most high-profile.

Bearing that in mind, it's perhaps no surprise that the singer's time in the house has been under serious scrutiny from fans of the show, and it's fair to say that the former popstar has garnered her fair share of headlines in a relatively short period of time.

The latest controversy to surround Sarah is the suggestion that she 'slut-shamed' Fifth Harmony in a conversation with fellow housemate, Chad Johnson.

Claiming that the Work From Home singers 'wear next to nothing' on account of the fact 'sex sells', the 35-year-old came in for a barrage of criticism from fans of the US girl band.

And now Instagram is fairly sure that Sarah's former band mate, Nicola Roberts, has shaded the Celebrity Big Brother contestant in a recent social media post.

Sporting a cap emblazoned with the caption 'Women in Music Are Dangerously Underestimated', Nicola added her own message, writing: "And that's why we have to support each other."

And that's why we have to support each other.

A post shared by Nicola Roberts (@lilcola) on

Nicola's timing with her post provided her followers with ample opportunity to suggest that the 31-year-old was aiming her message at her former bandmate.

"Good for you Nicola for being against slut shaming unlike Sarah who slut shamed on TV," wrote one of Nicola's followers.

"Yes women empowerment," added another. "No slut shaming here."

However, not everyone is impressed by Nicola's post, with some fans of the singer berating her for not showing Sarah more support during her stint on the controversial reality show.

"This is insensitive, you should be supporting Sarah," wrote one while another added: "No support for Sarah.. Good call NOT… Team Sarah."

We wonder if Cheryl will throw her a like…

Among the flurry of thinly-veiled sexist remarks Piers Morgan made after seeing an un-airbrushed photo of a bikini-clad Kim Kardashian this week, he did utter one sentence which is worth remembering.

In reference to cellulite which could be seen on Kim's thighs if you were so inclined to search for it, Piers said: "Accept it."

Yes, he dismissed the notion that dimpled thighs should be celebrated, but he did suggest something many of us have been refusing to do when it comes to our litany of perceived 'flaws'.

Accept it, and get over it.

While his intention clearly wasn't to buoy the female population or offer any form of support when it came to issues surrounding body image, he did, albeit inadvertently, remind us that there are – among myriad other things in this life – some things we have to just accept.

And there's a lot to be said for finding the confidence to do just that.

As many women will attest, railing against 'flawed' body parts is draining beyond all measure.

Fixating on 'imperfections' is exhausting.

And attempting to conceal areas of your anatomy that haven't had the photoshop treatment is a surefire way to sap yourself of self-confidence, self-assurance and self-worth.

So maybe Piers, in this instance, is right.

Few of us have reached the celebratory stage of cellulite, but even less have reached the acceptance stage, and desperately attempt to fix, conceal or apologise for its presence.

While his distaste over Kim's unphotoshopped physique was far from subtle and his disregard for his female co-host's praise blatant, the 52-year-old did provide a kernel of advice…whether he realised it or not.

And while he did – following his televised remarks – take to Twitter to hammer home the notion that cellulite is a 'flaw', we'd do well to focus on the brief tip he did mention.

Flaw or not, it is  – as something many women sport – something we need to accept, because hey, for most of us it's here to stay.

Yes, the nugget of advice was fleeting. Yes, it was bookended by other remarks which suggest Piers needs a lesson or two in diplomacy. And yes it did remind us that when it comes to certain matters, Piers is far from an oracle.

But just like Kim's cellulite, if you were inclined to search for it, it was actually there.

It’s been five years since The Killers released their last album Battle Born, but the wait for new music may finally be over!

According to NME the band have been working on a new album since last September with none other than U2 producer Jacknife Lee, and have revealed that the band are ‘nearly there’ with their latest instalment.

Speaking to the magazine backstage before their set at the Pa’l Norte festival in Mexico, drummer Ronnie Vannucci revealed that the band had struggled to reinvent themselves.

“We have a problem with taking two steps forward and one step back, so that makes it take longer. We keep asking ourselves: ‘What does a four- piece band do? How do you keep it fresh?’ It’s a constant exercise in experimentation.”

Fans can expect to hear a different side to the band with front man Brandon Flowers saying the new songs were ‘the heaviest thing they’ve ever done‘.

The lads also confirmed they would be performing some of the new material at their upcoming headline show at London’s Hyde Park where they’ll be joined by the likes of Elbow, Tears For Fears and White Lies.

So, if you’re lucky enough to have a ticket, get ready for a sneaky preview of what’s to come!

Let’s face it, we all know deep down that the scales are not the be all and end all when it comes to measuring our health, but it can be easy to ignore that fact when the numbers start to creep past that ‘ideal’.

In a post which has racked up almost a quarter of a million likes since its upload, P!nk took to Instagram on Saturday to give us all a reminder that those ‘regular standards’ don’t always apply to everyone.

The singer gave birth to her second child last December, but it seems she wasted no time in getting her body back in shape, and yet admits that her progress would fall short of societal ideals.

Posing in her workout gear, the Leave Me Alone singer encouraged her 1.4 million followers to focus on feeling fit and healthy rather than trying to look a certain way.

Sharing the snap, she wrote, “Would you believe I’m 160 pounds and 5’3”? By ‘regular standards’ that makes me obese"

"I know I’m not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don’t feel obese. The only thing I’m feeling is myself."

Issuing a word of warning to her legions of followers, she added: "Stay off that scale ladies!”

Like, the women behind Any Body, P!nk’s message about body confidence is definitely one we could all take on board.
