She unvieled her new nose job while out on the town last week, and now Charlotte Crosby has given us a glimpse of the different with before-and-after pics. 

The reality star took to Instagram to show off her new… erm, face, and we have to say, there is a big difference.

The Geordie gal gushed about how happy she was with her "miracle" after splashing the guts of €5,000 on the job.

She captioned the split photo, "Now that I can finally talk about my Nose surgery I wanted to show you all a before and after! Sooooooo happy with my result, want to say a big thanks to @elitesurgical for the amazing work and brilliant care they gave me! ☺️ #MrHassan works miracles."

In another selfie, this time with a full face of make-up, Char said she was "buzzing" about her new look.

Speaking to Heat earlier this month, Charlotte said her mum and BFF Holly Hagan supported her through the surgery and came with her when the bandages came off, too. 

"They saw it first and gasped, my mam even screamed a little bit. I was like, 'Does it look bad?' And she was like, 'S**t Charlotte, it looks so good!'"

The Geordie Shore cast are at it again as Charlotte Crosby, Holly Hagan and the rest of the party-crazed gang head out wearing some seriously racy attire. 

All cast-members, including CBB winner Scotty T, all stepped out wearing bondage-themed outfits as they filmed for the twelfth season of the super-popular MTV reality show. 

The girls donned mesh, lace and leather body suits while the men wore straps, collars and a LOT of leather. 

Charlotte, who has just revealed her brand new nose, left very little to the imagination in a lacy body, thigh-high stockings and over-the-knee, peep-toe boots. 

Scotty T returned to proceedings directly after his win on Celebrity Big Brother wearing a rather questionable leather skirt/ trouser combo and very little else. 

The brand new series of the show is due to be aired next month and we can't wait to see what went down on this night.

Charlotte Crosby has undergone a total body overhaul over the last 18 months, and now she's turned her attention to her face.

The reality star stepped out in Newcastle this week, showing off her new and surgically-altered nose.

Although the 25-year-old has been out and about in recent weeks, this was the first time she allowed cameras to photograph her without her hand to her face, as she filmed with the Geordie Shore crew at Tup Tup Palace nightclub.

As well as having the front of her nose straightened, Charlotte also had a bump on the tip removed to make it look slimmer overall.

But even after €5,500 in surgery costs and two weeks of recovery time, the fitness fanatic says she's not finished with her transformation.

"I'm not feeling like the perfect Charlotte at the minute. I could definitely be feeling better," she told Heat magazine of her quest to change her face, which so far has also seen her turn to lip fillers and Botox as well as surgery.

For now though, Charlotte is enjoying her altered nose, and says it's taken some getting used to.

"When I looked in the mirror, I felt like it was a different person looking back… because it has changed me face. But I literally loved it."

And it seems one person in particular has been keeping her company while she recovers – her on-off ex Gary Beadle. Charlotte posted this image – much to the delight of fans – just last week:

It's certainly been a busy fortnight for her!

If you have been following Charlotte Crosby on Instagram or Snapchat, you may have noticed a serious lack of selfie's and a LOT of bed rest. 

Well according to reports, this is because Charlotte went through with her plan of getting a nose job earlier this month. 

Back in December, the pretty reality star told OK! Magazine that it is something she has been thinking about for quite a while. 

"I have a bump, which I’m really conscious of. I don’t like it. It’s awful. So I’m dead excited."

Charlotte was seen out for the first time last night since the op but she made sure to keep her new nose concealed by covering it with her hands. 

The 25-year-old was out with the rest of the Geordie Shore cast while filming for the latest season of the hit MTV show. 

We don't know just when Charlotte plans to reveal her new facial feature but considering she is working very hard to keep it concealed, we reckon she must have something big planned.

Earlier this week, Stephanie Davis' boyfriend, model Sam Reece, tweeted that he would no longer be supporting his girlfriend while she is in the house and many assumed that that was that for the pair. 

However, Sam later confirmed that he was not breaking up with Steph but would be having a few choice words with her when she gets out of the house. 

Well it seems our favourite Geordie lass, Charlotte Crosby, who won the competition herself in 2013, is less than impressed with Sam's antics in the media whilst his girlfriend has been doing the show. 

"That’s a bit fame hungry," she told the Mirror. 

"He jumped after the attention, gained a lot of followers from it then all of a sudden he’s still with her."

It seems that Sam too has been trying to get into the reality show game as he appeared on the last season of Channel 4's First Dates, though the date did not go very well. 

Charlotte has defended Stephanie describing the CBB house as a tough place to be especially if you are away from your other half. 

"I think it’s a very hard environment to be in when you’re in a relationship and I think it would be hard for anyone to be in so I don’t exactly think it’s wrong but I don’t exactly think it’s right.

"She hasn’t cheated, do you know what I mean? Did she kiss with tongues? Until there’s tongues or sex then that’s bad."

They were the Romeo and Juliet of Geordie Shore a few years ago, so it was a happy surprise when Gaz Beadle and Charlotte Crosby confirmed they were giving their relationship another (more mature) go.

But, it seems like the tables have turned this time round as Charlotte is the one playing away from home.

On St Stephen's Day, Char was spotted outside a nightclub in Newcastle, kissing a man that wasn't Gaz. 

The pictures show her standing in the smoking area of the nightclub, talking to a stranger in a grey coat.

Then in more pictures she is seen cosying up to the mystery man and eventually giving him a kiss.

This comes just a week after Charlotte was again spotted with another handsome stranger on a night out.

And it totally makes us wonder, are Gaz and Charlotte even together? And where has he been on all of her recent nights out?

Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby has admitted that she has made plans to go under the knife in January. 

The pretty reality star plans to get a nose job and has told the OK! Magazine that it is something she has been thinking about for quite a while. 

"I have a bump, which I’m really conscious of. I don’t like it. It’s awful. So I’m dead excited."

And it seems that the 25-year-old has a pretty light-hearted approach to the surgery. 

"I want to be like Joan Rivers. I will be 57 and still how I am now, but with loads of plastic surgery. I won’t change."

Yikes, we hope she doesn't take the surgery too far!

The Geordie party girl has already had fillers in her lips and seems she is ready to take things a step further appearance wise. 

Char has also admitted that her bed wetting, which we have seen on both Geordie Shore and Celebrity Big Brother, is not just for comedic value, but is actually a pretty serious bladder problem. 

“It’s a bladder problem, I have a weak bladder."

“I have to go to the doctors. Recently I went trampolining, it was so embarrassing, the jeans down to my knees were wet."

"I thought, no, I need to do something about this. I cried about it that day. I thought, I can’t do this any more. I had to get off the trampoline and cry by myself. So I’m going to the doctors."

Now, that is something Charlotte's needs to go to the hospital for, not her nose!

Vicky Pattison returned home to the UK this week after winning I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here and we sort of just assumed that all of her Geordie Shore cast mates would be attending the celebrations.

After all, it was the MTV party show that gave Vicky her big break. 

However, despite showing unwavering support for Vicky on social media, it seems that the newly crowned queen of jungle has not invited Charlotte to the celebratory parties reportedly happening in Newcastle this weekend. 

But of course, that won't stop Charlotte. 

"If Vicky has a welcome home party, I might make a little entrance."

We would not expect anything less from our Char. 

As it turns out, our favourite Geordie Shore cast member is a tad bit jealous of Vicky's foray into the jungle. 

"I’ve wanted to do [I'm a Celebrity] for f*****g years. But when I wanted to do it they wouldn’t take anyone from Geordie Shore."

"That’s the only thing I’m jealous of. I can’t do it now ‘cos I’ve been on Big Brother. They won’t take anyone from Big Brother."

Still Charlotte is definitely enjoying herself lately as it was revealed earlier this week that she is officially dating her Geordie co-star Gary Beadle. 

Gary confirmed the rumours in a video recorded by Charlotte a few days ago. 

"We’re enjoying our time together and it’s nice and I’m glad to embrace it all with [her]."

After having to endure all the Snapchat pictures together, the Twitter flirting and THAT kiss from Tuesday night, we finally have confirmation that Charlotte Crosby and Gary Beadle are officially an item. 

And to say we are excited is an understatement. 

The pair were spending a hangover day in a swanky London hotel after the cast night out which Charlotte documented extensively on her Snapchat. 

In a spoof video the pair made while at the hotel, Charlotte pretends to be a reporter while Gary finally reveals exactly what is going on with our favourite Geordie couple.

"Me and Charlotte have been getting on really well at the minute. We left the house a few weeks ago and went for a coffee.

"We’ve been stuck in the house for so many years and spent so much time with each other, we just needed to spend some time with each other with no cameras and no pressure, no one around us, so it kind of feels like last night was a first date but it wasn’t."

Nawh! So what does the future hold for the pair? It seems Charlotte wants to keep things casual. 

"I heard that a source says that Charlotte said she would like to spend some casual time with Gary, but she would just like it to remain casual for the time being," said the Geordie blonde pretending to be the interviewer.

Gaz quickly interjected: “So technically I’ve been pied there! But yeah, casual time is coffees and food and a few nights out and we’ll take the casual stage for a few months and if it moves on it moves on, do you know what I mean? But we’re enjoying our time together and it’s nice and I’m glad to embrace it all with you."

Well, we sure hope it moves on.

While many may disagree, we truly believe Charlotte and Gary could be the Romeo and Juliet of our generation. 

The constant "will they, won't they" nature of their relationship has kept us glued to our screens and we love to let our a sarcastic yelp whenever they claim they are finally "friends". 

Well, we are not sure that friends with this couple's sort of history should be kissing in the early hours of the morning. 

Yes, if you are a follower of the on-off couple's co-star, Holly Hagan, you will have enjoyed the sexy Snapchat video this morning. 

With Drake's Hotline Bling playing in the background, the video shows Gary and Char share a proper shift during a cast night out with the Geordie Shore and Ex on the Beach gang. 

Ever since Gary Beadle's shock split from his girlfriend of one year, Lillie Lexie Gregg, rumours have been rife that the Geordie pair are very much enjoying each other's company

They even took to fuelling the fire by arranging coffee dates over Twitter. 

The news comes just days after it was announced that Gary will be heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2016. 

Maybe he will finally give us the low down on his and Char's relationship.

Our favourite Geordie lass has confirmed the release of her second fitness DVD and we can't wait to try it out. 

Charlotte's new DVD focuses on perhaps one of the most important body parts, the bum. 

Yep, seeing as it is super important to have a super toned derrière these days, thank goodness Charlotte is on hand to show us how because we haven't got a clue. 

The Three Minute Bum Blitz is the follow up to her first super successful fitness DVD, the Three Minute Belly Blast. 

Charlotte released a fun video to announce the news in which she informs her beloved fans that she is looking forward to blitzing their behinds. 

"That's right, it's official, I'm having another fitness DVD. And it's gonna be out on the 26th of December. It's gonna be bigger and better than ever. And I'm gonna be blitzing your bums."

Seeing as Charlotte's Three Minute Belly Blitz became the fastest selling DVD ever, we think this one may even overtake it.

It may be November – and it have been rainy Newcastle – but that certainly didn't stop reality TV star Chloe Ferry from stepping out in seriously daring attire.

Enjoying a night on the town with her Geordie Shore colleagues as they filmed segments for the hit show's 12th series, the 21-year-old smiled warmly as she made her way to a waiting taxi.

Also in tow were Holly Hagan – clad in a plunging red V-neck top and black skater skirt – as well as Charlotte Crosby, who opted for a teal lace crop top from Topshop and classic black trousers.

Understandably, the trio turned heads, although snaps of Ms Ferry getting cosy with brand new cast-member Martin McKenna REALLY got everyone talking. 

Earlier this week, it was reported that Chloe and BFF Marnie Simpson had been spotted fighting in the street in Newcastle – all because of dashing Martin. 

Heatworld.com even said that duo came to actual blows over their love-interest, also a one-time star of Ex On The Beach.
