While Jennifer Aniston may or may not have thrown words like 'karma' around in the aftermath of the Brangelina divorce announcement, the former Friends actress has been dragged into the media storm whether she likes it or not.

From internet memes to the New York Post's front page, it seems Jennifer is as big a player in the unfolding drama as Brad and Ange are.

And it looks like Jen's BFF, Chelsea Handler, doesn't intend to hold back on discussion surrounding the issues which may have led to Brangelina's impending divorce.

Discussing the actor's supposed behaviour, Chelsea said: "There are rumours that part of the problem is that Brad was allegedly drinking and smoking too much weed."

"Maybe he could have been spending the last 12 years at Lake Como hanging out with George Clooney and Matt Damon, instead of being stuck in a house with 85 kids speaking 15 different languages."

Taking aim at Angelina on her Netflix series this week, Chelsea then offered an explanation for Brad's life choices, adding: "Oh yeah, because he married a f***ing lunatic, that’s why."

Seriously Chelsea, don't hold back there.

Chelsea Handler is known for revealing as much – if not more –  than the high-profile guests who appear on her popular comedy talk show, Chelsea Lately, so it's no real surprise that she decided to open up even more during an essay she recently penned for Playboy.

Reflecting on her teenage years, the 41-year-old star admitted that she became pregnant twice at the age of 16 and opted to terminate the pregnancies on both occasions.

"I was going through a very bad stage in my life. I hated my parents and I was having unprotected sex with my boyfriend, who was not someone I should've been having sex with in the first place, never mind unprotected sex," she wrote.

Drawing down on her inability to process the magnitude of the situation, Chelsea wrote: "I wasn't really playing with a full deck of cards, and when I got pregnant I just thought, Why not? I can have a baby. Maybe I'll have twins and give them rhyming names."

Chelsea went on to acknowledge her parents' role in the decision to terminate the first pregnancy, but admits that when she became pregnant by the same boyfriend for a second time that year, she was on her own.

"I didn't have the money the second time," she wrote. "I had to scrape together the $230 to pay Planned Parenthood, but it was a safe abortion. Getting unintentionally pregnant more than once is irresponsible, but it's still necessary to make a thoughtful decision."

The New Jersey-native insists that she made the right decision on both occasions and simply wasn't equipped for motherhood at the time, writing: "We all make mistakes all the time. I happened to f*ck up twice at the age of 16. "

"I'm grateful that I came to my senses and was able to get an abortion legally without risking my health or bankrupting myself or my family."

"I'm 41 now. I don't ever look back and think, God, I wish I'd had that baby," she insisted in the lengthy essay.

As the United States gears up to usher in a new president, it looks like Chelsea Handler is gearing up to usher herself out.

Discussing the possibility that Republican candidate, Donald Trump, may be voted into the Oval Office, the comedian and talkshow host insisted she wouldn't stick around to see it.

Speaking on Live With Kelly and Michael, the 41-year-old star admitted that she had taken drastic measures to avoid living in a country which had voted in millionaire businessman Trump as their leader.

"I did buy a house in another country just in case" she revealed. "So all of these people that threaten to leave the country and then don't, I will leave the country."

Chelsea, who revealed she once met Donald Trump on a night out, admitted she was horrified that she almost found herself succumbing to this 'charm'.

"I met him once. He came up to me at a restaurant in Los Angeles", she explained. "And he's very tall and I like tall men and I remember going, 'You're not nearly as disgusting as I thought you were.' I almost was charmed. Almost. So he's dangerous."

We don't know about you, but she's almost giving us the willies…

Life as a journalist means there's generally an inbox full of press releases awaiting your attention, but when one comes in directly from Chelsea Handler, you sit up and take notice.

The US TV and comedy queen launches her own chat show with streaming service Netflix on May 11, and she's being very hands-on about the whole process indeed.

As well as asking fans to suggest possible names for the new show via Twitter, she also knuckled down and wrote her own press release. And when we say wrote, we mean wrote – it's literally a photograph of a piece of paper scrawled on by Chelsea:

Amazing. The release for the show – which will stream every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on Netflix – reads like a letter from Chelsea to herself.

"This is your new show schedule, so if you're thinking about having a baby – DON'T," she writes, before going on to list some key pieces of life advice.

– "I know it's hard for you, but waking up is a great way to start the day."

– "Never give up on your dream guest list: Michelle Obama, The Pope, Arnold Schwarzenegger's maid."

– "Sign up for Netflix."

– "You wanted a new show, you got it. You wanted to be on Netflix, you are. You wanted to spread your wings, now FIX B*TCH."

As for possible names, here are two of our fave suggestions so far:

Roll on May 11 – this looks set to be huge craic altogether.

Hmm, it sounds as if Chelsea Handler may have some big news to share with us!

The comedian and actress shared a photo of her gorgeous dog on Instagram, writing: “It’s like a 24 hour watch. He must know I’m pregnant.”

Eh, what?! Chelsea failed to elaborate and has yet to address the comment but we have to say it would be quite the odd prank to pull if she is joking!

If the former host of Chelsea Lately is indeed expecting, it would seem as if she had a major change of heart as she previously spoke about not wanting children, saying in 2013: “I definitely don’t want kids. I don’t think I’d be a great mother. I don’t want to have a kid and have it raised by a nanny. I don’t have time to raise a child.”

Chelsea has yet to comment or confirm the speculation – though we have to say we’re not sure what else she could have meant!

As part of Chelsea Handler’s series finale on E! last night, she got something she may not have been expecting on live TV – an intervention!

Of course, like everything with Chelsea, it was all done in humour, though we can’t say good taste…!

Chelsea’s close friends, Sandra Bullock, Mary McCormack and of course, Jennifer Aniston, took to the stage to read to Chelsea letters they had written regarding her behaviour.

Jennifer told Chelsea that she smells, basically (harsh much, Jen?!) while Mary told the presenter how she has ruined her life: “Now the closest I get to a vegetable is potato, in potato vodka.”

To top it all off, the girls then brought out on stage Chelsea’s ex boyfriend – 50 Cent! Awkward much?

Thankfully, Chelsea handled the delicate situation with grace…no, not really. Would we have it any other way?! Instead, the star began to ask 50 Cent if he was over her yet: "I'm assuming your new album is about me? I'm sorry I ended things so aprubtly." Oh, Chelsea!

Chelsea is now making the move to Netflix so we can’t wait to see what is in store next!

Chelsea Handler is well known for not caring about what others think, but she’s really thrown caution to the wind this time by sharing a topless photo on Instagram.

In the sexy snap, the presenter poses in a locker room wearing only a pair of nude tights. Wow, that is one brave lady! The photo was cheekily captioned, “I’m a Kardashian.”

Chelsea’s TV show finishes up for good at the end of this month, after seven years on air. The personality said she wanted to move on from the false celebrity world. “I think if you participate in the celebrity world then you don't really have a choice but to be involved in the drama,” said Handler to the Daily Mail.

“You can sit around and complain about all that sh*t and the Kardashians all day but if you're participating in it then what can you do? It really didn't feel great doing the show and the only way to sort things out was to extricate myself from the entire situation.”

It looks like Chelsea won’t be out of the spotlight for long though, as her new Netflix chat show launches in October 2016. We’re wondering if there’ll be more steamy pics posted when the time comes to promote the new show!

Chelsea Handler has made it to Dublin! Stopping off first in the UK to promote her book, Uganda Be Kidding Me, and play a date in London, she is finally here!

The comedian, who will step down from her hit show, Chelsea Lately, in the autumn, shared a very pretty photo of Dublin on her Instagram account, writing: “Beauty of Dublin, I must be Irish.”

The photo is slightly terrifying as Chelsea can be seen hanging over the edge of a building ledge – eek!

Chelsea will perform tonight in Dublin’s Olympia Theatre.
