chrissy teigen

Chrissy Teigen is already the queen of social media, and now she might as well go and take the Halloween crown too because her costume is downright incredible.

The model, who is currently pregnant with her first child, shunned anything remotely sexy for this year's look and instead dressed up as a very familiar face – Food Network's Guy Fieri.

For the record, this is Chrissy:

And this is the real Guy:

Could her costume be any more perfect?!

TV chef Guy is best known for his shows Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy's Grocery Games, and let's just say he's NOT someone we'd associate with the gorgeous Chrissy.

The expectant mum debuted the look on social media ahead of a taping of Tyra Bank's chat show FabLife which will air this Friday.

Here she is getting all riled up and shouting "GUY'S GROCERY GAMES!" before promptly dropping her phone down the stairs.

And an honourable mention goes to Chrissy's dog Puddy, who modelled his "meat" costume like a true pro:

Just a week after confirming she was expecting her first child, the normally-outspoken Chrissy Teigen has zipped her lips.

The 29-year-old model revealed last week that she and her husband John Legend had finally become pregnant after years of trying to conceive.

But after taking to Instagram over the weekend to share her first bump update, the future mum received some unexpected criticism.

"Somebody is early to the party," she wrote on Instagram next to a mirror selfie of her growing bump, no doubt expecting some positive comments in response.

But sadly, she instead faced a barrage of negativity. Some followers seemed shocked her bump was so large already, while others speculated she may be expecting twins – or even triplets.

And rather than court the comments, Chrissy soon responded with her signature brand of sass.

"I did IVF. One at a time. It isn't twins. I can see the damn thing. Get out of my uterus!" she wrote in response to one tweet.

"Whoa 3 unimpressed faces for this one" she replied to another.

But it wasn't all laughs, as the model seemed genuinely hurt by the onslaught of comments about her bump.

"Good thing I am unoffendable or this would be a rough few months," she wrote, before saying she would no longer be tweeting about her pregnancy journey.

"It's my own karma! I love bumps so I loved saying how round/big/beautiful they are on others. Don't worry, friends," she said.

"No more preg tweeting for me, lesson learned!! Back to food and reality TV and hay things."

We hope Chrissy changes her mind as time goes on, because if anyone can make swollen ankles and morning sickness funny, it's her.

Huge congrats are in order for model Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend this morning, as the pair have revealed they're expecting their first child together.

Chrissy shared the news on Instagram overnight, posting a black-and-white snap John with his hand on her stomach as the pair smiled delightedly.

"John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant," she wrote on the post, which already has over half a million likes.

"As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now.

"It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family.

"We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching!"

The expectant parents met back in 2007 on the set of John's music video for Stereo, and married in 2013.

Just last month, Chrissy revealed on a US talk show that she and John had struggled to conceive, saying they had been trying for many years both naturally and with IVF.

"I will say honestly, John and I are having trouble," she explained.

"We would have kids five, six years ago if it'd happened. But my gosh, it's been a process! We've seen fertility doctors.”

John seemed equally excited last night, reposting his wife's picture with the simple caption, "We're pregnant!"

Not too long ago models Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen opened up about their fertility issues on their talk show The FABLife.

Both women made it clear that they are not okay with people asking questions why they don’t have children yet. Chrissy, 29, opened up on the show about why she finds the questions so insensitive.

"I will say honestly, John and I are having trouble," she explained. "We would have kids five, six years ago if it'd happened. But my gosh, it's been a process! We've seen fertility doctors.”

Now she has recently told E! News that this is something which she has wanted to talk about for some time.

“It didn’t feel right to ever tweet, ‘Ugh, doing my IVF shots again.’ It just sounded silly. It definitely was not planned in that episode at all.”

Neither Chrissy or her husband, singer John Legend, have ever addressed their infertility issues publicly, but the model says it has been a part of their lives for some time.

“John and I have been going through this for years and it’s something that has been a part of our lives and our friends have known.

"So it’s just nice to have a show and to be able to acknowledge it to people because I felt like I was keeping a secret from them and it was weird.”

While Chrissy has always been very open and active on social media, she said that since sharing her story on her talk show, the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

“Usually I’m getting crap from people, but the amount of stories that were shared to both of us was really cool to see,” she explained.

Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to the media spotlight. The outspoken model and talk show host is not afraid of sharing some intimate moments with her fans on social media.

An advocate for the #FreeTheNipple Instagram campaign, she doesn’t usually shy away from talking about her personal life online, or on camera.

However, there is one question that she is constantly asked and which she is not okay with, at all.

“Do you want kids? When are you going to have kids?” are common questions the 29-year old is asked and she has argued that people need to stop.

In a new clip for her talk show FABLife, which Tyra Banks co-hosts, she made it clear why she and husband John Legend do not have children yet. She also revealed why she finds people questioning their personal life so insensitive.

"I will say honestly, John and I are having trouble," she explains. "We would have kids five, six years ago if it'd happened. But my gosh, it's been a process! We've seen fertility doctors.”

Chrissy explained that since she and John started to see doctors, she understood it fertility issues were not as uncommon as she believed. She now feels that asking any woman the ‘when will you have kids’ question to be quite rude.

“You start learning that a lot of people in your life are seeing these people, and they have this shame about it.

“Anytime somebody asks me if I'm going to have kids, I'm like, 'One day, you're going to ask that to the wrong girl who's really struggling, and it's going to be really hurtful to them.”

Tyra also opened up about her issues with fertility:

“I've had some not-happy moments with that, very traumatic moments. It's difficult as you get older. It's not something that can just happen.”

The love story that is Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s daily life is soon to be immortalised for all generations to come in their very own sitcom.

The married couple, and genetically blessed dup captured the hearts of the whole internet with their half (and sometimes fully) naked selfies and witty one-liners (although that’s mostly Chrissy but whatever).

Creator of the hugely successful American sitcom Blackish, Kenya Barris just signed a three-year contract with ABC Studios to develop some new projects. Buzzfeed News reports that his first sitcome is to be loosely based on the relationship between a Grammy winning artist and his Sports Illustrated supermodel wife.

“It’s inspired by them — they’re both super creative and super effusive and I’m just fans of them and everything they stand for,” Kenya explained, before adding: “I’m really excited about it.”

Well, we would be too.

The series is in the very early stages of planning as of now, but Kenya did confirm that it will be about an interracial couple. What would a series such as this be named?

Apparently one possible title is Ordinary People. Kenya said explained: “I feel that song serves a thematic background for the show.”

John’s song won a Grammy in 2004 and creator Kenya says that while the title may be something of John’s making, he finds both Chrissy and John inspiring.

“They’re both super creative and super effusive and I’m just fans of them.”

We are too, Kenya, we are too. We have one burning question though: Who will be ask to portray these two on the small screen? Oh, and another, will their dogs wedding be a series finale?

We look forward to finding out.

We feel like these two model superstars should be BFFs if they’re not already. The two are set to work together on the new panel-style TV show The Fab Life.

Alongside former Elle creative director Joe Zee, Youtube star Leah Ashley and interior designer Lauren Makk, the pair will be discussing various fashion and lifestyle stories as part of the show. Chrissy is on board as a social media expert. Not surprising, seeing as she has nearly 800,000 twitter followers and is downright hilarious online.

However, rumours are already flying around that the photogenic pair are at odds with each other, with tabloids reporting that differences between the two are causing a rift. Speculation is rife despite the fact the twosome have yet to be on screen together.

A representative for ABC, the network on which the show will air, had no comment on the apparent feud, while Chrissy took a tongue-in-cheek view of the situation:

Known for her cheeky social media posts, Chrissy couldn’t help herself from weighing in on the debate, joking about finally being cool enough to be involved in a celebrity feud.

Tyra was also quick to put the rumours to bed as she posted a tweet that warned Chrissy about the kinds of rumours tabloids will be quick to print about the pair. She called the story “crazy stuff” and joked about looking forward to fake fights with John Legend’s wife.

Chrissy may want to play it cool, even if these tales are just gossip, because who can forget the infamous feud Tyra had with fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell way back when.

The America’s Next Top Model host is known for her takes-no-crap attitude. Remeber that glorious take-down of Tiffany when she disrespected Tyra?

So let’s all keep hoping these stories don’t have any truth to them.

The pair don’t seem to be letting the rumours get to them though and from watching their twitter interactions it would seem these two beauties are set to give Kendall Jenner and her model posse some fierce competition.

Tyra is the queen of the ‘smize’ after all.

About a week ago, Chrissy Teigen made women extremely happy everywhere by posting a picture of her legs to Instagram showing her stretch marks.

This sent women into a frenzy because the stunning model appears to have flaws just like the rest of us.

She has now explained to Meredith Vieira the reason for the photo.

She said: "I actually am working on a cookbook and I was bumping around in the kitchen and the door handle would just nick me every single time."

She continued: "And I was actually just taking a picture of the bruises and then I saw the stretch marks in there. I have those apps, the Facetune and Photoshopping ones, and I just didn't feel like doing it anymore—and I'm never doing it again, because I think we forgot what normal people look like now."

We can definitely relate.

She claims: "It started with Botox and everything, of course, but now it's just grown into this Photoshop phenomenon and I've seen these women in person, they are not like that. Please know that. I've shot in barely anything with them and it's just amazing what people do to tweak themselves."

Good job Chrissy.

Hopefully the model and wife of John Legend has started a trend.

Agyness Deyn's most recent Instagram snap got her fans talking… for all the wrong reasons.

The English model posted a close-up image of her face to social media earlier today, showing a painfully bruised left eye socket.

Agyness gave no explanation for the bruise, simply writing, "You can take the girl out of Manchester but not the Manchester out of the girl. Thug Life."

Fans were quick to express their concern, with one writing, "What the heck!! Hope you're ok," and another saying, "omg! what happened, Aggy?"

It's unclear whether the nasty bruise is real or simply some expertly applied stage make-up, but we're hoping it's the latter. Agyness is currently filming a new zombie thriller film, Patient Zero, so it's likely her black eye was all for show.

Just a few weeks ago, Agyness shared another painful looking snap, this time of two very bruised knees, which we can only assume are hers:

Agyness is not the first model to show something out of the ordinary on Instagram lately. Chrissy Teigen took to social media earlier this month to proudly show off her bruised and stretchmarked thighs, writing, "Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!”

Whatever the reason behind Agyness' bruise, we really hope she's okay.

When we think of models, the idea of “perfection” tends to pop into our head.

Stunning model Chrissy Teigen has inspired women worldwide with a recent Instagram picture to show us that even models have flaws.

She posted a snap of her thighs on Monday while she had her legs crossed and proudly flaunted some small bruises and stretch marks.

The caption read “Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!”

You go girl!

Many of her followers thanked her for what she had done to show women worldwide that there is no such thing as perfection.

In 2014, she spoke out against Forever 21 for rejecting her because they claimed she was “fat.”

In an interview with Du Jour magazine she stated how they told her “You need to leave right now. They just said that you are fat and need to get your measurements taken.”

The 29-year-old responded with “I hate you, Forever 21. I hate you so much. Honestly, you’re the worst.”

Don't worry Chrissy, we think you're gorgeous!

Chrissy Teigen has gotten herself into a bit of trouble with her husband John Legend! The super hot couple were on the red carpet for last weekend’s Grammy Awards when the model managed to mortify her poor, shy hubby – before abandoning him in front of the camera!

Chrissy and John were chatting to Extra reporters when they were asked: “What was the most public place you did it?” to which Chrissy said, without skipping a beat: “Probably the Obama thing.”

Eh…what?! Like, as in The White House?! Now that’s a bucket list item ticked off isn’t it…

However, John did not appreciate his wife’s candid answer and stood in front of the camera dumbfounded before simply stating: “We’re not gonna discuss that.”

Chrissy then told the camera she was in trouble for her honesty before adding that the erm, action did not occur at The White House.

It has not been a good week for Chrissy Teigen.

The model announced that she is quitting Twitter after receiving a tirade of abuse and death threats after her controversial tweets about the tragic shootings in Canada earlier this week.

She came in for severe criticism when she took to her social media after news of the incident broke, and wrote: “Active shooting in Canada, or as we call it in America, Wednesday.”

Chrissy faced major backlash after putting out the tweet, and while she initially insisted that she would not apologise, it looks as though the hate mail proved too much for her.

The star went on to retweet some of the terrifying tweets she has received from Internet trolls, with one user writing to her saying: “I hope someone murders someone [sic] you love, like your f***** husband”.

Shortly after, Chrissy announced that she would be leaving Twitter, writing: “I feel sick. Bye Twitter. Taking my talents to Instagram.”

Let’s hope this is the end of the cruel trolling.
