Excited singer announces wonderful engagement news
As true romantics at heart, we love a bit of soppy celebrity love news, and today that has come courtesy of singer Colbie Caillat.
The Bubbly singer took to her social media channels this weekend to reveal that her long-term boyfriend, Justin Young, proposed to her during a romantic trip to Bermuda – and she said yes!
The star was in Bermuda with Justin this week to celebrate her thirtieth birthday, when he surprised her by popping the question.
Colbie took to her Facebook page to share the wonderful news with her followers, referencing a very famous Friends quote as she wrote: “This sweet man asked me to be his lobster…And I said yes.”
She went on to share a sweet picture of the pair cuddled up together on a boat against a stunning lake setting. While we can just about make out her engagement ring in the photo, we were able to get a better look at it in another snap she posted later, thanking everyone for their birthday messages to her.
