Like many of us, this Dublin Adele fan didn't snatch up a ticket to her concert this weekend.

So, he decided to tweet the singer herself in hopes she might just see the tweet… And she DID.

Patrick, who you may remember won The Voice of Ireland last year, wrote: "I've followed @Adele since MySpace & have seen her live every time she's played in Dublin, but don't have a ticket for this weekend."

And only a few hours later, Adele replied to Patrick: "I'll sort you out my love. Can't have you missing this one x."

GAAHH. Imagine being Patrick?!

He even took to Twitter to say, "I'm afraid to go asleep in case I wake up & it was all a dream!"

We just can't get over how sound Adele is. This is a fans dream coming true.

Miley Cyrus wil never cease to amaze us with her wild antics; and her concert over the weekend was very wild, indeed.

The 23-year-old appeared to be topless during one of her performances on stage, in which she was joined by Pamela Anderson.

Miley was dressed in a unicorn-type costume and Pamela wore a black tank top and black underwear for her stint on stage, while waving a sign that said, 'Save the whales'.

Zac Efron and Bella Hadid attended the LA show and their view was very up-close-and-personal, but neither agreed to go on stage (IMAGINE what she would have done to Zac!).

As it turns out, her boobs were fakes boobs at the show, as she shared a photo on Instagram saying, "I still can't believe that my fake t*ts get censored."

It isn't the first shocker to come from the songstress, and we're sure it won't be her last either.

Madonna was in no mood to be messed with at her recent gig.

The singer was in Manchester on Monday night and when she hit the stage the crowd started to boo and shout insults at her for being 50 minutes late.

But, Madge wasn't having ANY of it and had a very fierce reply to her audience.

"I don't like to be late, by the way, and all you b*tches who keep complaining about it can shut the f**k up.

"I'm not back there eating chocolates and filing my nails and getting my extensions done. The [background] video crashed. We had no video.

"We had to wait until we could reboot it… No selfish diva b*tch reason. If you diva b*tches want to keep complaining about it, don't come to my show."

Well, she certainly slapped them with the truth.

Rihanna, Adele, Little Mix, and now Justin Bieber – it sounds like 2016 is going to be a stellar year for Irish pop music fans.

Yes, Justin Bieber has just confirmed that he'll be bringing his Purpose World Tour to the 3Arena on November 1st, 2016.

It might be a VERY long way off yet, but tickets go on sale in just a few days time, on Thursday December 17.

Following on from his 64-date North American tour, the singer will kick off his international tour next September, starting with Europe.

Justin's last trip to Dublin was back in 2013, where he played the same venue (then the O2, doncha know) to a sold-out crowd for two nights on the trot.

Of course, the only reason we'd head along this time around is to hear his latest singles – Sorry, What Do You Mean and Where Are U Now. Bangers, the lot of 'em.

Will you be buying tickets for next November?

Tonight, U2 play the first of their four sold-out concerts in Dublin's 3Arena. And what did the lads do to prepare themselves for the gig?

They went out for a pint of Guinness, of course!

The lads spent a few hours in Peter's Pub on South William Street, and surprisingly, went pretty much unnoticed until they posted a photo onto their Twitter account.

They captioned the snap of the four pints, "The boys are back in town," which made fans even more excited about tonight's gig.

And as for who the photographer was? Many fans are claiming it's Bono as they're trying to take close-ups of the shared photo.

Either way, it's a brilliant idea to let their fans know the boys are back on home turf.

At last week's TidalX1020 concert, the night was filled with megastars doing what they do best; but the most memorable performance of them all was Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj.

But of course they didn't just show up and perform; no, these ladies went through gruelling rehearsals so everything went down perfectly.

Considering how flawless their performance was, you know they put in a lot of work backstage. And at the beginning of the week we got a tiny glimpse of some of those intense preparations – which includes a staring contest.

Taylor Swift was joined by her Bad Blood music video co-star Ellie Goulding at the singer's 1989 concert in Texas this weekend.

Taylor invited Ellie on stage to sing the British pop singer's hit song Love Me Like You Do for nearly 60,000 fans at the AT&T Stadium.

During the concert, Ms Swift described her as "one of my really, really, really dear friends."

Over the course of Taylor's 1989 world tour, she has welcomed numerous celebrity special guests to sing alongside her including Selena Gomez, Mick Jagger and Wiz Khalifa.

The 25-year-old singer has a handful of North American dates left before she heads to China and Australia.

We’ve all heard of superfans – the ones who go above and beyond to show the chosen celebrity in their lives that they really care.

A certain Ms Taylor Swift certainly has her fair share of them – as demonstrated by a recent, lovingly hand-made gift she was given at a concert.

“Someone knitted this sweater for me of a Polaroid of myself and gave it to my mom tonight at the show,” Swifty said on Instagram earlier this week.

“It has very quickly become my everything. Thank you, mysterious knitter.”

And while the artist behind the gorgeous geansaí was a secret in the immediate aftermath, Tay-Tay has now discovered her true identity.

Hurrah!

Welcome Jadda, a 27-year-old fan from Colorado in the US who devoted close to a year (wowsers) to the creation.

A self-proclaimed “Taylor Swift enthusiast, first and foremost” (indeed) she started the project last year after the release of Shake It Off.

Writing on Tumblr, she said it required “1000’s of stitches,” and is actually the very first sweater she knitted in the “difficult” raglan style.

Jadda also describes spotting Ms Swift’s mother in the audience at the pop star’s September 6 Denver show – incidentally the second night in a row she caught the 1989 World Tour — and subsequently seizing her moment and passing on her gift.

After spotting Tay-Tay wearing the knitted number on Instagram (the snap went on to garner close to two million likes), the young woman said she went into a state of shock.

“Omg my hands are all clamy [sic]. What is this. I dont even know. I cant believe it either,” she wrote online.

“Like I debated if I would give her the sweater and tonight it just felt right. So happy Taylor loves it!! Ahhh,”

In fact, such was her excitement that Jadda said she didn’t sleep for 38 hours – something which may be ongoing now:  when Ms Swift found out who was behind the gift yesterday, she reached out directly on Tumblr to thank her “so so so much”.

OK – so we always suspected that Katy Perry wasn't the kinda gal that you mess not.

But then, we love the Roar songstress for her ability to speak up and speak out.

And it seems that Ms Perry isn't afraid to put her critics firmly in their place either – especially when they're questioning her singing ability.

At a concert in Melbourne, staged as part of her massive, on-going Prismatic World Tour, Katy asked a fan in the audience for her phone so she could take a selfie.

Upon inspecting the device, however, the singer realised that the woman was in the middle of a WhatsApp conversation – and that the guy at the other end of the messages had stated Ms Perry "couldn't sing live at all".

Responding, the 30-year-old megastar takes a selfie, which she duly sends to her detractor along with the scathing line: "You thought I would never see this chat. You dickless monkey. You have no balls, pussy. C***."

Ouch.

Katy is also horrified to hear subsequently that the man is actually an EX boyfriend of the concert-goer.

"What are you doing?" she asks. "Do NOT text your ex."

It seems that the incident took place late last year – but has only came to light over the last few days when the lady to whom the phone belongs shared the interaction online.

Lisa Kudrow is Taylor's latest celebrity pal to be invited on stage during her concert and we are seriously jealous we were not in the audience.

The Friends star provided heaps of nostalgia when she appeared with her guitar to give a rendition of one of Phoebe's greatest moments.

The crowd was transported back to the Nineties with the duet at the sold-out concert in the Los Angeles Staples Center last night

It was completely perfect.

Lisa then took to Twitter to thank Taylor following the concert saying: "So @taylorswift13 is THE best person I've ever met. That was fun. Thanks Taylor."

Also performing with Taylor last night were Justin Timberlake and Selena Gomez, but we think this Smelly Cat rendition probably stole the show.

Just days ago Chris Brown uploaded a video of himself pleading for the President of the United States to help him get out of the Philippines and back to the U.S safely.

Chris took to Twitter to explain the situation was desperate and said “someone needs to be held accountable for mixing my name up in all this.”

However, it appears that while he was in the Philippines performing, the father of one couldn’t help himself but do a much unexpected performance.

Just like most of the world, Chris Brown really loves himself some Rihanna. Despite their rocky relationship in the past, it seems that he couldn’t help be share some Riri love on stage.

The 26-year old is clearly just a big a fan of Rihanna's latest smash hit Bitch Better Have My Money as we are. The R&B star gave the song his best cover attempt at his Macau concert.

His fans went absolutely wild, as did Chris himself. Taking a break from performing his own hit songs, he got the crowd very excited when he launched into his cover of his ex-girlfriend’s song.

He is also clearly living the dream in the video as he really does let it all out on stage. There’s lots of shouting and arms waving about, his excitement also couldn’t even be contained by his clothing it seems.

While the pair had a very tumultuous relationship, a source for Hollywood Life has said about Rihanna, 27,  “The only person she’s ever had an automatic connection with was Chris. That’s why she was and continues to be attached to him.”

We’re not sure if Riri herself has seen the video, but we would love to get a peek at her reaction to the performance.

Chris Brown has been stuck in Manila in the Philippines for two days while immigration officials refuse to grant him permission to leave.

The 26-year-old singer is being held in the Southeast Asian country after a fraud complaint was filed against him saying that Mr Brown owed a religious Christian group over a million dollars refund after he skipped a concert he was meant to perform there last New Year’s Eve. Although, he performed a make-up concert in the country just three days ago.

Still got it. Thank you Manila for allowing me to come and perform!

A video posted by @chrisbrownofficial on

In a desperate appeal, the Five More Hours singer posted a video of himself to his Instagram in which he is seen pleading, with his hands in a prayer position, to get out of the Philippines and back to the US safely. The video, which has since been deleted, was captioned “OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!” as the singer pleaded to the President of the United States.

Chris also took to Twitter to explain the severity of the situation. “This is a very serious situation and someone needs to be held accountable for mixing my name up in all this. I’ve done nothing wrong!!!”

He added, “I have nothing to do with anything going on right now. I came back to Manila to do a make-up show for New Years, I did the show three days ago.”

The concert that the father-of-one failed to show up for was sponsored by the Christian group Iglesia ni Cristo. The religious group are hugely influential on Philippine politics.

This is by no means the first time that high-profile celebrities have run into difficulty when performing in the country.

The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga and One Direction are a few of the world’s biggest names in music that have had trouble with the Philippine government and censorship controls.

When asked about Mr Brown’s case, a US embassy spokesman told AFP that, “The embassy assists its citizens who are in need.”
