Frances Bean Cobain has filed for divorce from her husband of only 21 months.
The daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain split from Isaiah Silva but says that he won't take any of her father's money, reports TMZ.
The former Nirvana frontman's estate is valued at $450 million (€400m), and Frances' divorce docs include a warning that he should not even think about making a money grab.
However, the documents do read that she will pay the 31-year-old spousal support.
The pair were officially married in secret in June 2014, but only celebrated the union with friends last September.
However, despite one relationship ending, Frances seems to be reconciling with her mother after their very difficult past.

Isaiah, who is the frontman of LA rock band The Eeries, is said to have married Frances in a small intimate ceremony.
Similar to her parents wedding, France is said to only have invited 15 guests to be present at her nuptials. That did not include her mom.
The 23 year old and her mother have had a publicly rocky relationship over the past number of years. A source told the Mirror: “She only invited a close circle of friends to the party, and then phoned her mum afterwards to tell her the good news."
Isaiah and Frances are also said to be completely and totally loved-up, but Frances has “never been one to broadcast it to the world.”

In 2009, she applied for Kurt’s mother Wendy O’Connor and her aunt Kimberly Dawn Cobain to become her legal guardians. The strained relationship she had with mom Courtney continued for four years before the pair became close again.
The source added: “Courtney and Frances have had a strained relationship over the years, but after tons of fallouts they actually get on quite well now.
Courtney is sad she wasn’t there but she totally understands that Frances is her own person and she’s happy to let her do her own thing. Plus, Isaiah is a really nice guy.”

Courtney Love Cobain is one of many tourists who have been caught in chaos and violence in Paris today, as taxi drivers violently protest in the city.
Police in Paris are currently working to quell the strikes, which were started by taxi drivers angry about the rise of Uber's budget French taxi service, UberPOP. With almost all roads leading to Paris' main airports blocked, hundreds of thousands of travellers have been affected today, including Courtney who is in France for the Cannes Lions festival.

The 50 year old couldn't help but post about the scary incident on Twitter and Instagram, sharing a series of tweets about the attack which saw her taxi destroyed and its driver held hostage.
"Dude @kanyewest we may turn back to the airport and hide out with u.picketers just attacked our car #ParisUberStrike," she wrote about an hour ago, posting a picture of her car's window covered in what looked like egg yolks.
On Instagram she referred to it as the "scariest day of my life."

"They've ambushed our car and are holding our driver hostage. they're beating the cars with metal bats. this is France?? I'm safer in Baghdad," she continued via Twitter.
Appealling to the current President of France, the rock star wrote, "François Hollande where are the fucking police??? is it legal for your people to attack visitors? Get your ass to the airport. Wtf???"

Fortunately it seems Courtney and her entourage escaped without getting hurt, as she revealed just minutes ago that they had bribed two motorbike drives to help them escape the chaos.
"Paid some guys on motorcycles to sneak us out, got chased by a mob of taxi drivers who threw rocks, passed two police and they did nothing," she explained to her 1.95 million Twitter followers.

For years, singer Courtney Love has denied allegations that she used heroin while pregnant with her daughter Frances Bean.
Courtney, widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, has now admitted that the claims are in fact true.
Back in 1992, a Vanity Fair writer slated Courtney in an article, saying she had openly used heroin during her pregnancy. At the time, a statement from Kurt and Courtney strongly denied this was the case, saying their main priority was to have a "healthy baby."
The two stars temporarily lost custody of Frances as a result of the controversy, and Courtney even blamed Vanity Fair writer Lynn Hirschberg for Kurt's eventual suicide in 1994
However almost 23 years later, Courtney has revealed the allegations were valid. Speaking in a new documentary about Kurt Cobain which premiered at the Sundance Film Fesitval this week, Courtney said, "I used it once then stopped. I knew she would be fine."
The documentary's director Brett Morgen said he was keen to include the admission in the film as the original controvsery had affected Kurt's life so much. "Yeah, they were junkies but they weren't hurting anyone, and the article really had a huge effect on Kurt’s psyche," said Brett. "I don’t think he ever recovered from it, because they took his child away."
