Dakota Johnson has kicked her feet up and gotten comfy on the Ellen couch to talk all things babies. 

The 50 Shades Of Grey actress sent the Internet into a meltdown when it was thought she was expecting a baby with Coldplay boyfriend, Chris Martin. 

A picture surfaced of her at a party with blue and pink balloons – so naturally, the residences of the Internet thought she was preggers.

The gender reveal party actually turned out to be her birthday party, and the balloons had accidentally made a run for it.

In true Ellen fashion, the actress was grilled about the non-existent baby bump as Dakota looked divine in a skin-tight skirt and black top.

Laughing the actress retorted: “The only thing I’m pregnant with is a lot of really good ideas."

Dakota then went onto explain how the mix up occurred.

“It was my birthday and there were balloons that happened to be pink and blue, and so then I was pregnant?"

“I didn’t know that the balloons were going to be released, they were just in an arch."

So stop your speculating, without a doubt, there is no bun in the oven for the couple. 

But I do feel that everyone needs to acknowledge her incredible ink.

The actress showed off her stunning arm tat on the segment and we just can't stop lusting after it – serious goals.

When it comes to epic celeb moments of 2017 (yes, we know we're only six weeks in), Beyoncé announcing that she's pregnant with twins is definitely up there.

From the green veil to the floral backdrop, Queen Bey's big reveal last week got everyone in the industry instantly talking – everyone, that is, except Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.

While appearing on the red carpet in recent days, Dakota discovered that she was the last to hear that Beyoncé is set to become a mama again.

Looking pretty mortified to have remained in the dark while the rest of the world celebrated Bey and Jay's impending arrivals, Dakota turned to her co-star, Jamie, for support.

And the exchange that ensues is pure squad goals.

Dakota Johnson is currently promoting the new instalment of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, Fifty Shades Darker.

While being interviewed on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, the actress was roped into a game of Mad Lib Theatre.

Mad Lib is a phrasing game where one player prompts the other for a list of words to fill in blanks in a story, and Dakota and Jimmy's acted-out story is beyond hilarious.

With prompts like "hairless sausages" and "pinching," the hilarity that ensued during their acting session was so gas,even acting pro Dakota had to break character several times to laugh. 

The video is the funniest thing we've seen all day, and now we're even more excited to see the Fifty Shades Darker film.

From S&M sex scenes in Fifty Shades of Grey to playing the field in her new flick How To Be Single, Dakota Johnson is certainly never short of men on screen.

But in real life, the actress says the situation is very different indeed.

"My life is weird," she insisted in a new interview alongside her How To Be Single co-star Leslie Mann.

"I'm just a loner loser without a boyfriend."

She hasn't always been flying the single card, of course – Dakota was spotted out in New York with her on-off boyfriend Matt Hilt just a few months back – but it seems for the moment things are quiet in the romance department.

And when it comes to finding love, Dakota prefers to keep things traditional – which means no blind dates, no speed-dating, and absolutely NO Tinder.

"I don't like that [online dating]. It freaks me out – I think it's creepy," she told the Irish Independent recently.

"I don't have Facebook or Twitter or anything like that. I don't like it. It makes me feel uncomfortable. The idea of meeting a stranger or presenting myself on the internet is so scary to me."

While the views of her How To Be Single character Alice don't exactly align with Dakota's outlook in terms of dating, the actress says the film was immensely fun to film, calling the process "one of the coolest things I've ever experienced."

We reckon that actress Dakota Johnson has a point when she declared that Jamie Dornan should get more naked in the upcoming sequel to 50 Shades of Grey. 

On American TV with her How to be Single co-stars Leslie Mann and Alison Brie, the actress was asked whether she thought it was fair that audiences saw way more of her body than of Jamie's in the first 50 Shades of Grey film. 

"I'll probably get in trouble for this answer," replied the 26-year-old. 

"I mean, yeah. I'm gonna make him get fully naked in the next one.

"Everyone wants to see the d."

Love her or hate her, we simply HAVE to give Dakota Johnson props for how she handled her wardrobe malfunction at the People's Choice Awards in LA last night. 

Taking to the stage to accept the award for Favourite Dramatic Movie Actress in a gorgeous metallic two piece effect gown, the lovely star had a bit of a blunder. 

As she accepted the award and hugged Leslie Mann, it appears that her dress became undone. 

But luckily she was cool enough to joke about it. 

"Leslie Mann just broke my dress!" she said as she took to the mic. 

And then in reference to her turn as Anastacia Steele in 50 Shades of Grey, she added: "Well, its not like nobody here hasn't already seen my boobs." 

Amazing.

Fifty Shades is finally on its way back to us (yay!), but this time, filmmakers are doing something new when it comes to the production of the movie.

It has been reported to Variety that  Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed will be filmed back-to-back, starting in 2016.

The film also has a brand new director, James Foley, who will take over from Sam Taylor-Johnson who left the franchise in March .

And despite anything you've heard, Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan WILL be back. Hurrah!

There could be a new celeb couple on the cards!

It is rumoured that 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson is secretly dating heart-throb Jake Gyllenhaal.

The pair were spotted looking cosy in an LA nightclub during the week, and kept looking at each other in a romantic way, a source told Hollywood Life. 

“Jake and Dakota were accompanied at their table by different people throughout the night — including the owner of the bar. They left the venue through separate exits, Johnson out the front and Gyllenhaal via the back door."

When they left, "“they kept glancing back at each other as if they were getting away with something," the insider added.

Jake, 34, and Dakota, 25, reportedly dated for a brief amount of time in 2011 so this could be a rekindled romance. 

It was also reported that Dakota broke up with her boyfriend, Matthew Hitt not too long ago; so could Jake be the rebound guy?

Jamie Dornan fans, diaries at the ready!

Universal pictures have announced the release dates for Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed.

Fifty Shades Darker will be in cinemas February 10, 2017, and Fifty Shades Freed will be out February 9, 2018.

It was announced yesterday that EL James' husband, Niall Leonard, will write the script for the sequel. 

The first movie made $248.7 million worldwide, so there is no doubt that the sequels are very highly anticipated.

So it looks like Mr Grey won't see us now, but sure we only have to wait two years. Better start booking our tickets.

Oh Christian, we do miss you.

Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson hasn't had the best week, has she?

After getting caught up in a mortifying mum/ daughter spat on the red carpet in front of millions of viewers, the actress now faces criticism for her role in a recent Saturday Night Live skit.

The actress, who was hosting the long-running comedy show this week, took part in a parody which referenced ISIS in a move that sent social media into overdrive.

Calling out both the show and the actress on their poor taste, members of the public tweeted their dismay at the show's handling of such a sensitive subject, saying: "When you have loved ones being slaughtered by ISIS, the #SNL skit doesn't seem so funny. Absolutely disgusting @nbcsnl"

According to reports, the controversial skit was intended to be a parody of a Toyota Camry commercial, however that justification has done little to appease those outraged by the performance.

We wonder how Dakota will deal with this one.

Sounds like Dakota Johnson needs to take some advice from JK Simmons' acceptance speech and start being a bit nicer to her long-suffering mother!

The Fifty Shades of Grey star, who presented an award at last night's ceremony, walked the red carpet with her actress mum Melanie Griffith, but seemed to forget the cameras were rolling and started acting the maggot in a big way.

Presenter Lara Spencer stopped the pair to ask them a few questions – but it soon became clear Dakota was in no form to chat to a reporter. Things got off to a bad start when Lara referred to the actress as Melanie's "little girl," and it all went downhill from there.

When asked what she thought of the erotic drama Fifty Shades, Melanie admitted that she had chosen not to see the film, saying, "I don't think I can, I think it would be strange," while Dakota kept repeating, "Maybe one day."

Melanie continued to defend her choice by saying, "She [Dakota] is a really good actress…I don't need to see it to know how good she is."

25-year-old Dakota then turned to her mum and snapped  “Alright! You don’t have to see it,” before turning away from the microphone and adding, “Jesus Christ.”

Awkward, much?! Dakota then dug herself into an even bigger hole by saying, "It's a movie. She knows that… I’m like, ‘You can see it!’ and she’s just like, ‘No.’”

We hope the mother and daughter team patched up their differences later in the night!

Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson has reportedly split from her boyfriend Matthew Hitt.

Dakota's man felt her life was getting "too crazy" and thought "it wasn't something he wanted to be a part of," a source tells Us Weekly. 

The split comes just as Dakota's career went into overdrive with the release of her breakout film.

While the actress mentioned Welsh rocker Matthew in a Vogue interview published last month, it's thought the pair split up sometime around Christmas, just as the Fifty Shades publicity really began kicking off.

The film broke February opening weekend records at the US box office, and is already the most successful over 18's film ever in the UK and Ireland.

Given that Dakota's mum, actress Melanie Griffith, refused to see the film, it's no surprise her boyfriend got cold feet, too! However things ended smoothly for the couple, with the source admitting that "it wasn't a bad break."

Dakota doesn't seem too bothered anyway – she has apparently been casually seeing a few people already. Who knows, maybe she'll find her own Christian Grey?!
