Bill Murray must be sick of being asked if there’s another Ghost Busters on the way, so he was probably delighted when one journalist took a different slant on it and asked him who he’d like to see in an all-female version!
“Melissa [McCarthy] would be a spectacular Ghostbuster. And Kristen Wiig is so funny – God, she’s funny! I like this girl Linda Cardellini (Mad Men) a lot. And Emma Stone is funny. There are some funny girls out there.”
There sure are, Bill! We love his casting choices – the man has good taste! Melissa McCarthy, who is in a new film called St. Vincent with Bill, added:
“I think that somebody is really trying to do it, but nobody has talked to me about it.
“Listen, if the people I think are doing it are doing it, I must never question them.”
Hmmm… could she mean Paul Feig, the director of Bridesmaids and The Heat?! Fingers crossed!

Beyoncé gave a bob a go for a while too.
What we can’t understand is why when WE cut all our hair off into a bob, it is not easy to maintain. It is not sleek. It is by no means ‘effortless’.
What’s their secret, seriously?
Maybe it’s ‘cause Emma washes her hair with such sass?

The actress is currently in negotiations with the Broadway production of Cabaret. If all goes to plan, she will be making her theatrical debut this November, playing the headline role of Sally Bowles in the well-loved musical.
The show is set to run in New York’s Studio 54 until next January.
Emma came close to cutting a deal with the show’s organisers earlier this year, but scheduling conflicts with another project forced her to call off the plans.
The actress may not be well known for her singing talents, but check out this clip from a VH1 reality show, In Search Of The Partridge Family, which aired back in 2004 and shows Emma singing under her given name, Emily. Turns out she’s a right little belter!
Emma Stone and Colin Firth are doing the rounds to promote their new film Magic in the Moonlight, and during one interview, Emma recalled the time she watched Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and live texted Colin as she watched it. Just for the craic!
“I live-texted Colin the plot of Bridget Jones a few months back while I was watching it. You were very upset with me, if I remember correctly. I talked him through what he was doing…it was all complimentary.”
Poor Colin has been trying to distance himself from his chick flick stardom, so he wasn’t overly impressed: “I might decide to not revisit stuff in the past, and then you get a good friend saying, ‘Oh, when you were doing this you had this and that expression on your face’”.
Don’t worry Colin, you have nothing to be ashamed of. Bridget Jones was the BEST!
Magic in the Moonlight is in cinemas this Friday, so If you didn’t have any plans before, you do now!
Emma Stone evidently doesn’t think too much of the charms of one Colin Firth.
The actress appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman where she revealed what she really thinks of her Magic in the Moonlight co-star.
When David says: “He’s a tool,” Emma agrees, saying: “He’s a nightmare … he’s a toolbag.”
Hmm, we’re sure Emma was just joking…hopefully!
Emma and Andrew may be keeping tight lipped on those engagement rumours but at least they still know how to deal with the annoying paparazzi.
The couple were spotted eating breakfast in New York today, when they decided to use all of the attention they were getting for a good cause.
Both Emma and Andrew covered their faces with cards asking the media to give attention to youth charities instead of them.
Emma: “Good morning! We were eating and saw a group of guys with cameras outside. And so we thought, let’s try this again. We don’t need the attention, but these wonderful organizations do: —>”
Andrew: “www.youthmentoring.org,www.autismspeaks.org (and don’t forget)www.wwo.org, www.gildasclubnyc.org. Here’s to the stuff that matters. Have a great day!”
This isn’t the first time the famous couple used paparazzi attention to help promote charities, as in September the couple asked the media to give attention to global charities as well.
Well that’s one way to handle annoying paps!

It has been reported that Andrew Garfield and his long term girlfriend Emma Stone have gotten engaged!
The couple were seen looking at rings in New York City’s Diamond District – we like the sound of that!
A source has said: “They were looking for a loose emerald-shaped stone. They want to design an engagement ring together.”
Andrew and Emma have been together for two years now and are known to keep their relationship quiet so we’re not sure even if they are engaged that they will announce it. But we can always live in hope (and ring finger watching!)
If we had to pick two people to be stranded on a desert island with, it would probably be Emma Stone and Colin Firth!
Luckily for us, Woody Allen’s Magic in the Moonlight stars both actors in a ’30s-style comedy-drama where Emma plays a psychic and Colin, the man set out to prove her as a fraud.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 star Emma Stone, has insisted that she does eat, after receiving harsh online comments over her thin figure.
Online commentators believe that the actress has lost a lot of weight ever since she started dating her boyfriend, Andrew Garfield.
But the actress fought back the eating disorder claims insisting that she’s healthy and refuses to let the online comments bother her.
“I firmly believe that nothing really affects you or can really bother you if you don’t already feel that way about yourself. I’ve seen a lot of comments that say, ‘Eat a sandwich’ or ‘She looks sick,’”
The actress says that she has been looking at herself more in the mirror as result of some the comments but insists that she’s “not sick” and that she eats “sandwiches”.
But Emma says she’s not going to be harsh on her online critics as she knows what its like to feel insecure.
“They’re just confirming this feeling I have about myself. I’m trying to figure my body out. It bothers me because I care so much about young girls. We’re shaming each other and we’re shaming ourselves, and it sucks.”
