If you happen to have brothers, you'll know that they can be cruel, cruel creatures, but your crew have NOTHING on these two lads from the States who managed to convince their heavily-medicated sister that they were in the midst of a zombie apocalypse.

After painful surgery to have her wisdom teeth extracted, Millicent Phillips was being driven home by her older brother who, with the help of other family members, slowly put his elaborate plan into action.

Clearly out of her bin on medication, poor Millicent was forced to decide which pet should make the cut, which weapon should be used against those pesky zombies and which Spanish word would save her in the case of an apocalypse.

Commenting on their prank, Millicent's brother, Cabot, explained why her and his two brothers went for such an elaborate set-up, saying: "The typical wisdom teeth videos are funny but we wanted to do something a little different, and thought the zombie aspect might be a fun twist,"

"We just didn't anticipate how expressive she would be, and how many one-liners she'd produce — even when terrified and in a drug-induced state," he added.

Seriously, it doesn't get any better than this.

Remember when procrastination meant rearranging your sock drawer or counting the grains of rice in your mam's kitchen cupboards?

Yeah well, it looks like the art of procrastination has gone up a notch since we sat our Leaving Cert if this lad's video is anything to go by!

Jamie Stapleton from Co. Limerick has taken social media by storm this week following his MINDBLOWING ode to the dreaded final exam of our secondary school career.

To the tune of Winter Song by Sara Bareilles, Jamie performs a self-penned tribute to the Leaving, and we're all picking our jaws off the floor.

Take a look at this absolute legend.

Got a bit creative and ended up writing a song… "LC Song" give it a listen sure

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past week, you'll know that RTÉ and Michaella McCollum came in for A LOT of criticism last Sunday when the first interview with the Tyrone-native aired on Irish television.

Imprisoned in Peru for drug trafficking offences more than two years ago, Michaella sat down to give her side of the story in an interview which was ultimately slammed by the wider public for its soft-soap approach.

Responding to the backlash, RTÉ's Republic of Telly did what they do best and turned the whole sorry situation into a laugh-out-loud comedy moment.

While you can see the whole interview in full on Republic of Telly, tonight at 9.55pm on RTÉ2, we suggest you give yourself a little taster with this gem!

As any Gogglebox fan will know, Scarlett Moffatt doesn't exactly hold back when sharing her thoughts or expressing her opinion, so it's no surprise the 25-year-old TV star was recently more than happy to open up about the cosmetic surgery she's opted for.

Speaking to Now magazine, the eldest daughter of Betty and Mark Moffatt admitted that she's sought the assistance of the surgeon's scalpel more than once.

Explaining that she was conscious of the shape of her mouth, the Gogglebox star said: "I've had lip fillers about three times now – it's addictive! That's another self-conscious thing, too, but I won't go mental with it."

"When I used to smile, my top lip would disappear and it'd look like I didn't have one. So I constantly had to draw my lips on, which was no good," she admitted.

"I’ve got a dead shaky hand – so I got my lips done and did what I needed to do," she added.

The star also revealed that following a childhood accident, she became incredibly conscious of her teeth, and decided that veneers were the best option for her.

"When I was younger I smashed my teeth, and since I was 12 I’ve been saying: 'I want veneers! I want veneers!' I’d wanted them for years and got them done when I was 18."

Dating and driving are two issues which absolutely CONSUMED us as teenagers, but to have them discussed by our dad on national television is legitimately the stuff of nightmares.

The thoughts of Pops weighing in on what we 'do' with guys has us reaching for a sick bucket, so hats off to Ella Travolta who managed to keep her lunch down while her dad, John, discussed her dating life with everybody's favourite host, Ellen De Generes.

Having endured her father's bizarre take on the 16-year-old's shifting habits, the high-schooler was then put to the test behind the wheel while John and Ellen pretended not to pee their pants.

Is it just us or was that experience the kind which leaves you bathed in a cold sweat at four in the morning?

Let's face it, we're all on what seems like a never-ending search for that ONE beauty tip or cosmetic trick which will have us looking tip-top from dusk 'til dawn, but it isn't always easy.

Eager to offer her followers a cheap and easy hack for nailing that oh-so sought after contoured look, beauty blogger, Miriam Marroquinn, shared an idea which has divided her 60,000 online followers.

Uploading footage which showed her using Hershey's Cocoa as an alternative to standard powder, Miriam found herself the subject of backlash from YouTube and Instagram users who slammed the tip on hygiene grounds.

Accompanying the video with a post which read: "BEAUTY HACK! Fail or holy grail? How to contour your face with natural unsweetened Hershey cocoa", Miriam was called out on the footage and told by one YouTube user: "Stop teaching people to do crappy things to their face."

Echoing this, another member of the public wrote: "Awww…don't know if i can put that on my face.. it will feel weird but that's just me." while another blasted: "That's going to cause bacterial infections and breakouts. Stop using food products as make up. You're going to make a bunch of dimwitted girls sick."

Defending Miriam against the criticism, one Hershey convert wrote: "I guess a lot of people don't read the ingredients in makeup. I've purchased high end makeup that uses cocoa powder as an ingredient. If it's sugar free is not gonna attract bugs. These comments are ridiculous." (sic)

Our thoughts? Chocolate is for our bellies.

The thought of someone creeping around your home is the stuff of nightmares (and Wes Craven movies obvs), and yet there's something about this CCTV footage of a recent home invasion which has the internet in absolute stitches today.

Uploaded to Facebook by the Counties Manukau Police in New Zealand last night, the short clip shows an unidentified man creeping through a family home desperately attempting to conceal his identity with the help of a child's duvet.

Explaining the circumstances surrounding the bizarre footage, Manuka Police wrote: "Sergeant John Roberts of the Counties Manukau Police Tactical Crime Unit says the male has covered himself with a duvet and crawled around the house stealing a number of items including cash and jewellery."

While authorities obviously hoped the public would be of assistance in this case, it looks like social media users were more concerned with making hilarious pop culture references than performing their civic duty.

"Using the blanket to cover himself like its the invisible coat off Harry Potter, it worked though," wrote one while another joked: "I think it was the Ghost of Christmas Past."

We know we shouldn't laugh – and believe us, we tried not to – but that crab-walk finally got us.

We need your help to identify the male in this video who carried out a burglary in Dannemora on the morning of March 20 2016. Sergeant John Roberts of the Counties Manukau Police Tactical Crime Unit says the male has covered himself with a duvet and crawled around the house stealing a number of items including cash and jewellery. The offender has been caught on internal CCTV footage. Police are looking for a male Caucasian, aged in his 20s, and of slim build.Any information on who this person is can be provided to Sergeant John Roberts on 09 261 1300 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Thanks

We're going to be honest here, the teacup ride is about as hardcore as we get when we decide to kick up our heels and spend the day at an amusement park.

So, we're not quite sure how we feel about a brand new exhibit which is giving people in Shanghai the opportunity to experience death, cremation and re-birth for a cool $68.

Open to the general public from today, the Samadhi Death Simulator gives people who are fascinated by the process of death the chance to experience it without, you know, actually dying.

Commenting on the attraction which will see users brought through an oven where they are cremated before remerging through a 'womb' chute, its founder Ding Rui said: "When we do not fully understand and take in death, saying goodbye is really quite a complicated and difficult task."

Only dying to give people (See, what we did there?) the chance to experience the process without having to deal with the paperwork and whatnot, Ding said: "As one approaches the moment just before they they face death, they don't have to think about these problems constantly."

And if dying and being reborn wasn't enough for you, you, ya lucky thing, can even bring home 'your last words' as a souvenir.

We're OK, thanks.

She's been voted the world's sexiest woman no fewer than five times, but it seems that Michelle Keegan's beauty is not quite as unique as we thought.

Indeed, her doppleganger has now been unearthed: and seriously, it's CRAZY how similar the duo are.

Rather appropriately, Michelle's long-lost twin is also an actress – albeit one who's based in Hollywood and who is currently promoting a major big-screen project.

Emmanuelle Chriqui, 37, stars in the hit new Entourage movie. She's also appeared opposite Adam Sandler in You Don't Mess With The Zohan, as well as on television shows including The OC, The Mentallist, and – of course – the Entourage series itself, in which she plays Sloan.

Yesterday, Laura Holland of Dublin radio station 98FM was in London to interview both Emmanuelle and her co-star Kevin Connolly – better know to Entourage fans as Eric 'E' Murphy.

During the interview, Laura took the opportunity to highlight Ms Chriqui's similarity to Michelle Keegan, whipping out an image of the Manchester actress for an on-the-spot comparision.

And Emmanuelle's reaction is priceless! Bringing her left hand to her mouth as she gasped in shock, she also grabbed Kevin's arm. Mr Connolly was impressed too, saying: "If you showed that to me, I would go 'yeah that's her'."

A video clip which captured the moment has now received considerable traction, with both respective thespians tweeting their amusement.

In fact, 28-year-old Michelle, who has made no secret of her aspirations to crack the US movie industry, even offered to play Emmanuelle's sister, should the position arise.

She played Tina McIntyre on Coronation Street until last year, but shortly before her wedding to Mark Wright, Ms Keegan revealed to Closer magazine: "If the opportunity came up then of course I would like to go to Hollywood.

"I have never filmed in LA, so who knows – maybe in the future.

"If Mark didn't have work in the UK then he'd probably come with me, he supports whatever I do."

We've all been there, haven't we?

We've sometimes craved a Cornetto so badly, we've found ourselves licking our lips and imagined getting to the delightful piece of chocolate hidden at the bottom of the cone.

Gawd, talk about the ice cream that just keeps on giving.

Anyway, what do we do when we find the purveyor of icecream is asleep at the till?

We either wake him up or we give up the dream and tell ourselves today is just not our day, right?

Wrong.

If you're anything like this mischievous chap who happened upon a sleeping store employee in Florida, you'll give the CCTV camera the finger, spit on the floor and then bust out of there with the ENTIRE fridge of ice cream.

And to think we've been using that old paying system for years like a bunch of chumps.

*Ahem.

We'll be honest, we've seen some fairly scaldy photos in our time.

They mostly consisted of us, our friends, a seriously dodgy group dance and a questionable amount of wine, but those photos don't come close to scaring us as much as this one did.

When newlyweds, Kevin and Christina Denis from Virginia, pored over snaps of their recent wedding they failed to notice a sinister presence lurking behind them until a few of their friends made the daring move to point it out on Facebook.

Stunned to see what looked like a ghoulish face positioned between their happy smiling ones, Kevin drew attention to the snap online, saying: "Me and my wife's favourite wedding photo… Until we saw what was between us… We still don't know who it was."

Intrigued by the unwanted addition to the photo, members of the public decided to play detective with one individual joking online that it may be a possible future family member, saying: "It's your unborn baby."

Ehm, moving on.

Another, perhaps more astute member of the public, came to the conclusion we were all tying ourselves in knots over nothing, saying: "I am pretty certain that that is the folds of someone's pinkish cardigan."

Yeah, try telling us that the afternoon after a serious night on the Jáegers.

Thankfully, we need no longer worry because the sinister cardigan faced creep has been removed from the photo by a helpful Reddit user in a move which led doting husband Kevin to say: "Thank you very much! My wife really appreciates it…now she's happy again. Happy wife = Happy life."

Hey, what's that behind you?

You know those moments when the rhythms's running through your veins and your moves are so on-point, you can't understand how you haven't been discovered already?

Well, one little girl this week had that moment as she busted some serious moves to Uptown Funk in her kitchen.

Looking like a cross between Zoolander and a traffic warden, this little tot has stolen our hearts and in return, we're stealing her moves.

Ladies, cue the music.
