Maybe it’s just us, but we like to get a few wears out of a pair of disposable false eyelashes.

After all, those bad boys are expensive, so it’s a complete sin to throw a tenner’s worth of lashes in the bin after one night on the town.

Luckily, Huda Beauty has just uploaded an eyelash treatment that makes your lashes look good as new for up to 15 wears.

A post shared by Huda Kattan (@hudabeauty) on

The beauty mogul shared her tips for salvaging well-worn lashes in seconds.

It’s a bit of an operation, but it doesn’t take long, and it’s well worth it to save you some cash.

First off, use a tweezers to gently pull off dried lash glue from the band of the lashes.

Once this is done, soak two pads with make up remover and place the lashes between them.

Pat down for about 30 seconds to soak up all the old oil and makeup residue.

You can then swipe away any remaining makeup with a cleanser-soaker pad and voila, perfect eyelashes that look like they could be fresh out of the box.

Suzanne Jackson already has a hugely extensive beauty product collection; her false eyelash range, contour palettes, highlighter kits and eyeshadow palettes have caused a frenzy.

After creating a successful business through blogging, Jackson turned her talents to cosmetics, creating SOSU by SJ.

Despite her brand being only two years old, it's already stocked by major retailers such as Boohoo, Primary and PrettyLittleThing all over Europe.

Celebrity MUA fans of the expanding brand include Emma McVey, Lauren Pope, Chloe Lloyd, Jelena Peric, Megan McKenna and Khinda Hawari.

The recent eyeshadow palette collaboration of SOSUbySJ x Keilidh was massively popular, and we're sure the new lipstick range will generate a similar reaction.

Roll on February, we NEED those gorgeous lip colours ASAP.

The beauty world is going crazy for rainbows at the moment. There's been rainbow roots, rainbow shimmer and even rainbow cornrows.

But now there's a new rainbow trend and everyone on Instagram is going nuts over it.

Rainbow lashes. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet coloured eyelashes are popping up all over social media, and after seeing a few, we're completely obsessed too.

Here's a look at some of our faves:

Remember, back in the 00s, when clumpy mascara was an actual trend? Celebs like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were often photographed with what looked like a good half-tube of the stuff layered on.

The full lash trend never really went away, though, and celebs like Katy Perry, Girls Aloud and Lilly Ghalichi have cashed in on it big-time with their own range of false lashes. Aside from the endorsed ranges, Kim K has named Ardell Demi Wispies more than once as her falsie of choice – and they really are just amazing.

For a more convincingly natural look, eyelash extensions have become uber-popular among loads of celebs (as well as us mere mortals). Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie and Cheryl Cole are all devotees – they’re fine if you can afford the top-ups, but can look a little funny when falling out.

Brows have most definitely evolved over the years; from the pencil-thin Kate Moss ‘90s brow, to the uber-exaggerated Scouse brow of the ‘00s, to the bushy, Brooke Shields inspired natural brow we’re all loving right now.

Anastasia Soare (more commonly known as Anastasia Beverly Hills) has made her name by grooming celebrity brows, and counts Kim Kardashian, Oprah and Jennifer Lopez as regular clients. Many of them swear by her products; the Dipbrow Pomade and Brow Wiz in particular have a cult following.

Another celeb all too aware of the importance of a good brow is Kelly Osbourne. She’s confessed to over plucking in the past, and even included a brow palette in her MAC collection last year. Of course, the eyebrow icon of the moment has to be Cara Delevigne.

Cara’s made no secret of the fact that her brows are all-natural, and she doesn’t do a whole lot with them day-to-day apart from pluck the odd stray. On shoots, one of her MUAs Wendy Rowe also keeps it simple with Cara’s brows. She says: “Cara has really dark, dense brows naturally, so there's not a lot that I have to do to them to get them looking great. I mainly focus on grooming them and keeping them in position. Elnett hairspray, sprayed onto a M.A.C. Brow Gel to keep them in place—it’s easy to just comb through quickly, and when you have a lots of hair it’s important to fix it in shape as it can become unruly.” Noted.

Us women love it when our eyelashes are looking naturally long and beautiful. Yes, this can be achieved with mascara and fake eyelashes, but if you want your lashes to be clump free and not full of glue, here are some tips to improve your own eyelashes.

1. Remove eye make-up
Sometimes your eyelashes need a break from mascara, you can also damage them by roughly taking off your make-up. Remove make-up carefully and give your lashes a break.

2. Olive Oil
Olive oil is great TLC for your eyelashes, this will help them to grow longer and remain strong.

3. Vaseline
Apply Vaseline regularly to your eyelashes at night to promote growth and make them thick and strong.

4. Trim your eyelashes
Even though it doesn't sound like a good idea, trimming your eyelashes slightly every few months can stimulate the lash follicle and make them grow faster.

5. Balanced diet
Having a balanced diet can be great for the health of your lashes. Most fruits, green vegetables, meat and eggs are just a few of the foods that are good for your eyelashes.

When it comes to our daily beauty routines, many of us would be hard pressed to go without our mascara, right?

We might be able to sacrifice our bronzer or reluctantly go bare-lipped for a few days, but most girls will admit that without their mascara they can look tired or drained. So we do really appreciate that extra boost around our peepers.

To really maximise your look and make the most of your favourite mascara, be sure to follow these tips and tricks and get all you can out of this beauty essential.

Work from the inside out!
Did you know that conditioning your lashes is just as important as conditioning your hair? Give your lashes the TLC they deserve by investing in a lash conditioner which will nourish the lashes and in turn create a smooth surface on which to apply your mascara.

Use that curler!
Do you use an eyelash curler on the daily, or is it more of a special occasion thing? Try to incorporate the curler into your daily regime and see the difference immediately! Always remember to apply the curler to bare lashes and if the curler can be warmed up by a quick blast from your hair dryer, all the better!

Comb it out!
You could be wearing the most expensive or luxurious mascara on the market, but it won’t do your lashes any justice if they’re clumping together like spider legs. Ew. Investing in a lash comb is a smart move if you really want a set of beguiling lashes!

Grab a spoon!
Hold a spoon underneath your eye when applying mascara to your bottom lashes. This will stop inconvenient mascara smears on the skin and will give you a better chance to coat each individual bottom lash.

Powder up!
Allow each layer of mascara to dry before applying the next layer. If you’re looking for some extra oomph around your eyes, then dust a little translucent powder on your lashes between applications. This will guarantee a plumped up, voluminous look that false lashes just can’t provide!

If you follow these tips and tricks for each and every mascara application, you'll be able to scratch false lashes off your beauty shopping list for good!
