Families come in ALL shapes and sizes these days, and so certain traditions have to change… but not disappear completely.

When Brittany Bachman prepared to walk down the aisle to marry her sweetheart Jeremy Peck, she might have been worried how family tensions would play out.

But Brittany's father was more than willing to roll with the changes, and made sure her stepfather was there to walk her down the aisle too.

"Grab tissues… because you will need it as you look through these pictures," wrote photographer Delia D. Blackburn on Facebook.

"Todd Bachman, father of the bride, brought his daughter to the beginning of the aisle…he stopped the procession while people were confused at his actions and he walked up to his daughter's stepfather.

"Todd reached out his hand and grabbed Brittany's stepfather and pulled him down the aisle to walk their daughter down the aisle together.

"NOT A DRY EYE at the ceremony..including me!"

Brittany was then able to walk down the aisle with her two father figures, marking a very special day for them all. What a lovely moment!

Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to the media spotlight. The outspoken model and talk show host is not afraid of sharing some intimate moments with her fans on social media.

An advocate for the #FreeTheNipple Instagram campaign, she doesn’t usually shy away from talking about her personal life online, or on camera.

However, there is one question that she is constantly asked and which she is not okay with, at all.

“Do you want kids? When are you going to have kids?” are common questions the 29-year old is asked and she has argued that people need to stop.

In a new clip for her talk show FABLife, which Tyra Banks co-hosts, she made it clear why she and husband John Legend do not have children yet. She also revealed why she finds people questioning their personal life so insensitive.

"I will say honestly, John and I are having trouble," she explains. "We would have kids five, six years ago if it'd happened. But my gosh, it's been a process! We've seen fertility doctors.”

Chrissy explained that since she and John started to see doctors, she understood it fertility issues were not as uncommon as she believed. She now feels that asking any woman the ‘when will you have kids’ question to be quite rude.

“You start learning that a lot of people in your life are seeing these people, and they have this shame about it.

“Anytime somebody asks me if I'm going to have kids, I'm like, 'One day, you're going to ask that to the wrong girl who's really struggling, and it's going to be really hurtful to them.”

Tyra also opened up about her issues with fertility:

“I've had some not-happy moments with that, very traumatic moments. It's difficult as you get older. It's not something that can just happen.”

While he and Jimmy Fallon may have possibly taken the title for best dance performance at the U.S Open, it was Justin’s son Silas who has stolen the spotlight form his famous dad.

The 34-year old Justin and pal Jimmy were in the Emirates Suite watching Roger Federer take oon Richard Gasquet when Beyoncé’s mega-hit came on.

Obviously the only thing the pair could do was stand up and bust some moves. This is not the first time JT has shown his love of all things Bey. In 2009 he, Paul Rudd and Andy Samberg donned some black leotards for a performance on Saturday Night Live.

This time it seems to have brought some luck for Federer as he won his match in straight sets.

However, JT fans were feeling even luckier when he joined Jimmy as his guest for Jimmy’s talk show.

Before his appearance Jimmy tweeted some major spoilers about what was to come. He shared some adorable snaps of Justin and his five-month old son Silas.

One photo shows Silas with mom Jessica Biel, while in another his joins his proud papa Justin for a sweet photograph.

Also, check out that elephant towel. Probably the cutest outfit of the day. The photos are a rare glimpse of the couple’s first child. Since his birth in April they have kept their personal life away from the public.

Debra Reiss, the 34-year old daughter of David Reiss, has tragically passed away. She had been suffering from a long term illness before her death.

Debra gave birth to a daughter, Scarlett, last year and it is understood that she was pregnant again at the time of her death.

As of late she had been working for Reiss in Los Angeles as a brand director. Her father, David, 72, has turned the company into a worldwide company favoured by Kate Middleton.

The specific cause of her death has not been released. However in a Facebook post earlier this year she had alluded to some medical issues, writing, “Good meeting with my lung doctor.”

A spokesperson for the fashion label said today that the family had asked for privacy.

"This a personal matter for David Reiss and his family. Save to say that the thoughts of everyone at Reiss are with David and his family at this sad time.”

Friends of the young woman have taken to social media to post heartfelt tributes. One wrote, “Heaven has gained another special angel and her baby. Feel sick to have learnt of such sad news. Thinking of her family at such a horrendous time.”

Our thoughts are with all at the Reiss family, and Debra’s partner, Zane, at this very sad time.

It was the celebrity wedding of the summer: Boyzone star Ronan Keating married TV producer Storm Uechtritz in a glittering four-day celebration in Scotland.

And now the first snaps of their Big Day have emerged – with all eyes being on the 34-year-old bride's stunning dress.

The Aussie-native wore a bespoke Chantilly lace dress embroidered with silk and organza petals. Created by designer Steven Khalil, also an Australian, rather than being stark white the gown sports a soft, warm hue.

With the likes of Shane Lynch, Keith Duffy and Mikey Graham, as well as Dannii Minogue and Brian McFadden all in attendance, the star-factor was always going to be high.

But even Storm herself was uncharacteristically mute when none-other than Ed Sheeran came on to perform during their reception.

In an tell-all interview with HELLO! magazine, which exclusively covered the event, Ronan reveals: "Ed's a good friend and Thinking Out Loud is one of mine and Storm's songs.

"When we all caught up in New York City a couple of months ago, I sounded him out about doing it and he didn't hesitate. I was blown away. He is the most grounded, decent guy in the business and what a talent.

"Storm was speechless when Ed appeared. That doesn't happen often!"

Still, the new Mrs Keating had a surprise of her own for the groom: a customised Land Rover Defender which she presented to him immediately after they said their vows.

Ronan describes the car as "the best present ever".

"I've had a couple of them over the years," he states, "but nothing like this one. She has customised it exactly how I would have done it myself – she knows me so well."

Meanwhile, and away from the trappings of a high-profile celebrity wedding, this was very much a family affair – much like the couple's stag and hen dos

In fact, Ronan's son Jack, 16, was best man at the open-air ceremony, while daughters Missy, 14, and nine-year-old Ali were Maid Of Honour and flower girl respectively.

Even the family's pet pug, Aussie, got in on the action: she was ring-bearer and trotted along a petal-strewn aisle with the wedding rings tied around her neck.

"It was a perfect day. We always wanted the wedding party to be just us and the kids," Ronan, 38, also tells HELLO! "It's so special for me that Storm would want the girls to be by her side.

"I'm so proud and honoured. It means the world."

Ronan goes on to tell how he believes his late bandmate, Stephen Gately, who died in 2009, had a hand in ensuring they were basked in sunshine for the entire celebration.

"I know that my Mam, Steo and Storm's granddad had a hand in making sure the weather was perfect – the one thing that was out of our hands."

You can find out more about Ronan and Storm's wedding day at hellomagazine.com and you can read the full interview with lots more pictures in this week's edition of HELLO! which is out tomorrow. It's also available to download tomorrow via iPad, Android, and Kindle fire.

On Tuesday a court in New York ordered that actress Kelly Rutherford, 46, hand over her two children to her ex-husband who is based in Monaco.

Now, one day later, the Gossip Girl star has declared the court ruling as “shocking, illegal, and abusive.”

Kelly and her ex-husband Daniel Giersch have been involved in a legal disoute surrounding the custody of their two children, Hermes, 9, and Helena, 6, for over 4 years. The ruling on Tuesday insisted the pair be returned to Monaco because their U.S summer holiday has now finished.

In a statement released to BuzzFeed News, Kelly has slammed the judge for “violating” the rights of her children and “effectively arresting them.”

A lawyer for Daniel, 41, has said they were “pleased that the American judicial system has prevailed.”

Kelly meanwhile has said:

“The judge did not listen to one word I said and instead demanded that the children immediately be taken from my custody, and handed over to the lawyers for delivery to an airport.”

She believes it was a “cruel” thing to happen to any child.

The custody issues between the two began in 2008 when Daniel, a German citizen faced issues with his visa. In 2012 a judge in California ordered that he and the two children move back to Europe until his visa issues had been resolved.

Kelly has said in her statement that she “will continue to fight for my children, and one day I will land in the courtroom of a decent judge.”

Music, film, theatre and poetry. Oh yeah, and there’s literature, exhibitions, symposiums and interventions. Not to mention walks, talks, workshops and dance. Or does a spectacular torch-lit parade tickle your fancy?

All of the above – and more – are taking place from today until Sunday week at the celebrated Skibbereen Arts Festival; meaning there are ten full days of fun to indulge in if you’re in the Cork area.

The Mad Pride Family Day, for example, takes place this Sunday, July 26. It will bring together local families with the aim of breaking down stigma surrounding mental illness – and involves a load of fun and entertainment: musicians, puppeteers, circus performers, face painters, arts and crafts facilitators, and artisan food producers will all be there, creating a carnival-like atmosphere.

And movie buffs will be happy to hear that Song Of The Sea will showcase on Monday. An Oscar-nominated Irish animation film directed by Tom Moore, the story is inspired by the mythological Selkies of Irish folklore. It also features the voices Brendan Gleeson, Pat Short, Lisa HanniganFionnula Flanagan, and David Rawle.

Meanwhile, following on from the phenomenal success of last year’s inaugural staging, 4 Plays In A Day returns to Skibbereen – with the town itself becoming a stage for the day with four excellent plays by four different companies taking place in four different venues.

Tomorrow week, there will be an exploration of the life and times of Alan Lomax, one of the world’s greatest song collectors. He is most famous for his work around the Mississippi Delta, but he also travelled to the Caribbean, various parts of Europe, and North Africa.

Saturday, August 1 marks the 100th anniversary of his birth, so the Skibbereen Arts Festival along with host Donal Dineen will celebrate his legacy – in the company of well-known singers and musicians including David Kitt, Cian Nugent, and Liz Clarke.

For more information, see skibbereenartsfestival.com, or visit the festival Facebook page.

Jeff received a grim prognosis and Cindy’s parents signed him up for an experimental treatment programme. The entire family would make the 4 hour journey to the hospital from their home almost daily.

In the interview Cindy says she didn’t really understand what was happening as she had never before had any experience of someone close to her dying. According to Cindy however, Jeff did know.

She recalls a story her mother told her of finding Jeff preparing for what would happen when he died.

“She said, ‘What are you doing?’ And he said, ‘I’m praying.’ And she said, ‘What are you praying about?’ He said, ‘So that when I die, you’ll be OK.”

When Jeff was 3, he was supposed to return to the hospital for more treatments after Christmas, Cindy remembers how he refused to go back to the hospital.

According to Cindy “the day that he was supposed to go back to the hospital, that’s the day he died.”

She says that knowing her brother had decided he was done fighting his illness brings her “some sense of completeness and peace.”

Kim Kardashian is set to give a speech on empowering women

Next month the reality TV star will speak with the public about the media's problematic objectification of women. As someone who has spent the majority of her adult life in front of a camera lens, we couldn't think of anyone better!

In light of Kim's hotly anticipated talk, we decided to take a trip down memory lane and revisit those moments when we thought Kim really exemplified what it means to be a feminist in modern society.

It's not easy, but she has certainly always been true to herself.

She's already proved herself to be an author, not just a model (with a book of 352 pictures of herself).

She promotes positive self-image (by endorsing a product that makes your waist resemble a Barbie doll).

She empowers working moms, like when she brought North along to the swimwear photo shoot.

She never flaunts her wealth (just casually wearing diamonds diving off the coast of a private island, NBD).

She does really selfless things for fans who are seriously ill (eg she takes another photo of herself).

She is always all about supporting her sisters.
