This is probably the most awkward moment we’re seen in a long time.

Last night, hip-hop extraordinaire Kanye West took to the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury festival. The always cool and collected fashion mogul and music genius didn’t quite have everything go to plan though.

While he opened with his hit Stronger and the crowd went absolutely wild, things took a bit of a turn not long after.

Remember that time Kanye stormed the stage to interrupt Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech? How could you forget? Anyway, yesterday Kanye got a taste of his own medicine when comedian Lee Nelson crashed the stage during his performance.

Lee was wearing a white T-shirt with Kanye’s album name Yeezus printed on it, except, not quite. Lee had customised his own shirt to read ‘Lee-zus’, witty.

Before the concert, Lee had tweeted a message about the gig, which had been hotly protested with almost 134,000 people signing a petition for Kanye not to be a headline act at Glastonbury this year.

It didn’t matter though, as despite Lee even arriving on stage with his own microphone, he was quickly escorted away from Yeezy himself by security.

In a rather awkward moment, Kanye then demanded that his song be started over again from the beginning.

Then there was the moment he forgot some of the words to Bohemian Rhapsody after getting the thousands strong crowd to join in a huge singalong. You had one job Kanye….

That didn’t stop some of his most famous supported from enjoying the show, wife Kim was on hand to make sure there was plenty of photographed memories.

Step-sister in-law Kendall Jenner was also spotted having the time of her life in the crowd alongside super model bestie Cara Delevingne.

Those who couldn’t make it to the festival didn’t suffer too much FOMO though. The BBC subtitles of Kanye’s performance were enough to keep hundreds of twitter users in good spirits all night long.

We all know the type don’t we? The people who aren’t even sure listen to the radio on a regular basis are suddenly the BIGGEST music fans when festival season rolls around.

Wearing about 50 wristbands on each arm they’ll be strutting through the office on Monday morning with plenty of tales from the weekend.

Often fond of obscure bands from Europe who no one has ever heard of before, these people are the kind we wouldn’t mind tuning out every now and then. Nothing brings on a case of FOMO more than these festival goers.

Irish comedy group Foil Arms and Hog managed to capture this personality perfectly in their latest video.

We already loved them. Now we love them even more after watching this guy awkwardly profess is love of all things vinyl and ‘hip’.

The lads recently completed a world tour with a sell-out final gig in Vicar Street.

Foil Arms and Hog upload a new comedy video every Thursday and they’re promising bonus videos whenever they. They’re pretty busy currently playing gigs in Ireland and England this summer as well as filming for Jason Byrne’s Snaptastic.

Make sure you have a look at their YouTube channel and their website for even more hilarious videos.

The always wonderful Body & Soul music festival kicks off tomorrow in Westmeath and no doubt attendees will right now be contemplating what to pack, what to leave behind – and what is frankly totally unnecessary but needs to brought along anyway (we're thinking clip-in hair extensions, wedges and instant tan).

But if you adhere to only one piece of advice, it's this: avoid playsuits and jumpsuits at all costs – because they won’t seem as stylish when you’re bursting for a wee.

Packing up on Monday morning can also be an absolute nightmare, so please make sure you don’t bring too much stuff (easier said than done, we know).

By now, most folk are fully aware of the essentials that will be needed to survive the weekend: wellies, baby wipes, loo roll, bin bags, tent, bum bag and sun cream should be thrown into your bag before all else.

But then there are those things that, although not quite essentials per say, will nevertheless definitely enhance your festival experience…

Megaphone
Make it easier to find your friends/embarrass your friends

Face paint
No festival look is complete without a few illuminous swirls and dots

Deck chair
Make sitting around drinking cans more comfortable but make sure you put it back in your tent when heading to the main arena as these things are like gold dust in a campsite!

Clothes that you would never get away with on a normal day
Now is your chance to wear the bright green dungarees and that native American headpiece you haven’t gotten around to wearing yet.

A waterproof pouch for your phone
This is v handy, even if your phone is dead, just to make sure you don’t lose this at the festival, along with your, ahem… voice.

A flag for your tent
Put a flat at the top of the tent so it’s easier to find in the dark. Nothing worse than being greeted by a sea of the same camouflage Tesco tent that was on offer for a tener the day before. Anything glow in the dark – just for the craic

Now going into its third year Groove Festival at Kilruddery House in Co. Wicklow is not one to be missed. Previous acts at the festival include UB40, Imelda May and David Gray.

So yup, they’ve definitely got all the music genres covered.

And this year the final line-up includes Christy Moore, Wallis Bird, and The Darkness as well as The Riptide Movement and local Wicklow group Wyvern Lingo, meaning the family-friendly weekend has plenty for every kind of music lover.

The main stage isn’t just where all the big acts will be either. The backdrop has two scenic features in the Wicklow Mountains and Kilruddery House itself. Perfect for that enviable cover photo to prove you’ve gone to at least one cool festival this year.

It’s not just music that the event has on offer. They’ve got plenty more activities planned to keep the crowds entertained. Outdoor Discovery are going to be providing attendees with a choice of Aqua Sphering, a climbing wall and a driving simulator.

If you fancy keeping your feet dry, skip the floating plastic zorbs and head over to the Safe Archery area for a bit of a challenge.

Camping at festivals generally isn’t the most glamorous activity but this venue is more than just massive fields. There’s plenty of walks surrounding the estate with water features and outdoor “rooms” to explore.

Plus, they’ve got special areas to keep kids entertained all weekend long. Wonderland Productions are on site to run 45 minute workshops that include storytelling and games with props and costumes. There’s also an Enchanted Garden that’s got yoga classes, magicians, face painting and clowns.

Tickets start at €49.50 plus a booking fee and children under 4-years-old go free. Check out more on the website here.

You spend weeks preparing your killer festival attire: after all, there are accessories to consider, not to mention outfits for every imaginable weather scenario, as well as footwear, bags, and makeup to plan.

Then there's hair: very much the crowning glory of your fun and fabulous summer getup. In short, no matter how painfully-cool or bang-on trend your apparel is, your tresses still need to be tantalising.

And with everyone from Lily Allen to Rita Ora, and Katy Perry to Paloma Faith sporting bright and colourful strands, in particular rainbow-hair is going to be the key festival look of 2015.

But if you're unsure as to how to create Coachella-worthy styles, thankfully Great Lengths has done the hard-work for you.

Just follow the easy-peasy steps below, and make sure to watch the video at the end too:

Add a little volumising powder to make your hair easier to work with

Plait the hair on one side

It should begin to look like this

Hold your first plait in place with a clip and move on to the other side

Weave through strands from back of your head

Now bring your two plaits together from either side

Tie them both together at the back of your neck and secure with a clip

Fix any loose strands with clips – but don't worry about making it 'perfect'

Now back-comb to create a messy look

Ta-da! Perfect festival hair

Rob Kearney has slammed reports he had a cheeky kiss with TV presenter, Laura Whitmore at this weekend’s Electric Picnic festival.

An article in the Irish Mirror had said that the two were seen getting close at the festival with much flirting and kissing going on, hmm!

According to Rob, however, the report is “totally untrue” as he took to his Twitter account to voice his annoyance: “@Demelzadeburca inaccurate and totally untrue article you’ve written. As a result I’ll never do another sports interview with your paper!”

Eek, you know that old Irish saying, right? Whatever happens at Electric Picnic stays at Electric Picnic!
