TOWIE's Gemma Collins has always been vocal about her struggle to drop the pounds.

Her latest diet is definitely her most extreme yet, and though it seems to have worked for now, it's certainly not the most sustainable option.

Cleanse master Jason Vale has revealed that the 34-year old reality star checked into his Portugal retreat for a month-long diet of nothing but juice, juice and more… juice.

Since returning home, Gemma has continued with her strict diet, taking to Instagram regularly to extol the virtues of the juicing life.

"She lost two-and-a-half to three stone in total in four weeks, living on nothing but freshly pressed juice," Jason confirmed to The Daily Mirror yesterday.

Since finishing the programme Gemma has been showing off her slimmer frame at a series of champagne-fuelled events, but she was keen to get back on the wagon this week.

"And so to bed ….7 days of non stop madness crazy drunk in love kinds of behavior I resign ………… #sleep #water#water #yoga #zen #peace #nocallsplease," she wrote on Instagram yesterday.

Of course, this isn't the first dramatic health kick that Gemma has tried out.

Prior to working with Jason, Gemma had shed three stone using a controversial technique in which she was hypnotised to believe she had a gastric band which reduced the size of her stomach. The weight-loss technique is deigned to curb over-eating by tricking the mind into thinking your body can't handle a big meal.

Having dropped from a size 22 to an 18 using the 'hypno gastric band,' Gemma decided it was time for something even more drastic for her next weight loss kick… and that's where Jason came in.

The brashy TOWIE star signed up to the juice-only programme at Jason's Juicy Oasis, where her eating and fitness routine were supervised by a team of experts.

Gemma's main vices are salty foods like crisps, so prior to starting the cleanse, she was taught about the "psychology of addiction" and how to overcome cravings.

She also worked out regularly, though Jason says it was far from hellish for her. "'She has been doing exercise as well but not military-style. None of it is forced. Nobody can force Gemma to do anything, frankly," he joked.

It's clear Gemma's getting great results… but we hope she isn't taking her dieting too far.

There’s one more reality TV show that Gemma Collins can cross off her to-do list.

This time however it won’t be because of a much talked about appearance because one Made In Chelsea star has apparently made it very clear that she is not welcome.

Gemma, who has just recently announced her departure from The Only Way is Essex, came under fire when Jamie Laing was interviewed by the Mirror Online.

“We won't just invite anyone to join.” The 26-year old said. He added that Gemma joining their cast was something he didn’t think would ever happen.

Also, Jaime pointed out he is not wild about reality stars who leave their shows once they become famous.

He said that ditching the show that made you famous was “the worst thing you can do.”

"You should stay loyal and true to your roots. Remember where you came from. If you are thinking of leaving then it should be a gradual transition.”

He said that he has no plans to leave MIC for now and is thankful for the show giving him his “place in the media world.”

Jamie was also seriously unimpressed after hearing that Gemma was suspended from TOWIE following her supposed “hissy fit” while filming in Marbella.

The series regular said that “Everyone needs to stop being idiots… We should inspire young people. Keep that in mind.”

Does this mean we won’t get the chance to see the greatest reality TV series crossover of our time? It would appear that if Jamie was in control then probably not.

After four years with the ITV reality series The Only Way Is Essex, star Gemma Collins has officially called it quits.

After a dramatic time with the series, the blonde has reportedly quit the show in order to concentrate on other work. Reports are saying that she is part of the line-up for this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, which is due to begin next week.

Gemma, 34, had previously quit the show in order to join the cast of I’m A Celebrity, but after her less than enjoyable trip to the jungle she made her return to TOWIE.

Speaking to the MailOnline, a representative for Gemma has said that:

“Gemma has enjoyed her time on the show but feels the time is right to move onto new projects.”

Since the announcement Gemma has taken to twitter and has been sharing many of her fans messages of support.

Gemma, who was a car saleswoman before joining the series, has had quite a dramatic time in recent months. Earlier this year she took time away from filming for the show after bosses were less than pleased with her behaviour.

Her supposed “hissy fit” in Marbella was enough for her to step away from the cameras for a time.

Just a week ago, another cast member, Mario Falcone announced that he would be quitting the series. The Mirror reported that producers for TOWIE were supposedly preparing themselves for more departures to come at the time.

“TOWIE are in a bit of a pickle at the minute – Mario Falcone's gone, Gemma's leaving; there will be more jumping ship soon,” a source has supposedly admitted.

While reports say that Gemma is being offered TV work for more money elsewhere, she herself has said:

“People offer me things all the time but I just can’t seem to leave TOWIE. And I mean massive things — I was meant to be going on Celebrity Big Brother but I turned it down because I only do things if my heart is in it.”

Gemma Collins fans can dry their eyes because the TOWIE star is coming back!

The star just recently quit the reality show when the cast was filming in Marbella. 34-year old Gemma is going to be reappearing in the latest episodes of the series but she’s making some big changes.

Seeking to start a new chapter in her life, Gemma is killing off another cast member! No, she’s not actually going to commit a crime, rather, Gemma wants to get rid of her troublesome alter ego ‘GC’.

The Queen Bea of Essex is determined to put the past behind her and change her ways for good. Gemma is calling on her closest friends to reveal their true feelings about her.

The outspoken Ferne McCann is said to be delivering some brutally honest truths about the star and what the nick-name ‘GC’ really stands for.

“Rude, brash and demanding,” are what ‘GC’ is known as apparently.

The star is making a big comeback after there were reports that she was kicked off the show after throwing a tantrum over filming in Marbella. Reportedly Gemma threw a ‘hissy fit’ while filming the special edition of the show and had an argument with her fellow cast member Vas Morgan.

Taking to Instagram Gemma had made a post that said she was looking forward to her future controlling how she was going to be portrayed. The post has since been removed from the TV star’s account.

Reps for the star denied a suspension from TOWIE instead saying that she was “taking some time out due to personal commitments.”

Earlier this year it was reported Gemma had landed a reality show of her own. After four years on TOWIE she was said to be hosting a show on which she would be providing fashion advice for plus-sized women.

The newest series of The Only Way is Essex may have only begun earlier this week, but one cast member has already been kicked off the show.

Gemma Collins is believed to have been removed from the filming schedule in Marbella after throwing a tantrum on set that ended very badly indeed.

The brashy blonde was filming an argument scene with Vas Morgan when she reportedly walked off set, telling producers she was sick of being placed in "confrontational situations," a source tells OK! magazine. Gemma apparently told ITV bosses she was "fed up" with the plot lines being created for her.

"After her row with Vas she threw a massive hissy fit and the producers bore the brunt of it. As she left she threw a glass of champagne in the direction of the bosses," the source revealed.

Just three days ago Gemma tweeted to tell fans she was "filming TOWIE today and loving life" as she posed for a picture with Bobby Norris… so whatever went down must have happened pretty suddenly.

A spokesperson for Lime Pictures, the production company behind the show, confirmed that Gemma was not working with them at the moment. "We are currently not filming with Gemma Collins," the rep said.

"She has taken a break from TOWIE filming to focus on some personal commitments."

This is not the first time a public incident has caused drama for Gemma. Last year she infamously quit I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here just days into the show's run, saying she had been through an "horrific ordeal" before beginning filming and felt she couldn't continue.

"I was starving in there – I’m a plus size girl – it did affect me," she said of her short-lived experience in the jungle. "In hindsight, I never should have got on the plane to go."

We hope this isn't the end for Gemma and TOWIE, because she might be a drama queen but she's one of our faves.

It's by now well-know that cast members of The Only Way Is Essex don't do low-key getaways. 

Everything is five-star, high-end, and OTT.

So it's understandable that their elaborate holiday wardrobes really stand out from the crowd – and no more so than during the gang's annual jaunt to Marbella. 

Yesterday, and following a luxurious week-long stay, the Towie guys and gals enjoyed their final day in the Spanish sun.

And evidently, the ladies were intent on going out with a bang.

Georgia Kousoulou opted for a skimpy red swimsuit which was cut high on her leg. It also sported a plunging neckline and she accessoried with nude strappy sandals. It was similar to one that Chloe Sims had worn earlier in the week, though that version had a criss-cross tie detail on the waist- and bust-lines.

Meanwhile, Jessica Wright opted for a cut-out maxi dress, which she wore with gladiator flats and oversized aviators.

Lauren Pope was breathtaking in a sheer black kaftan with criss-cross detail on the bust-line.

Lydia Bright decided on a seriously sexy black one-piece which showed-off plenty of cleavage, and open-toe black stilettoes. She also had on a fedora hat and shades.

Chloe Sims had several stand-out looks over the course of the holiday: a beautiful yellow playsuit teamed with muted accessories, a green caped playsuit which she wore with canary yellow suede shoes, and a white peplum swimsuit in a Grecian style.

Danielle Armstrong had on a chic nude bikini and matching nude sandals. Over her swimwear she wore a sheer white waistcoat with lace detail.

Gemma Collins yesterday decided on a multi-coloured maxi which she wore with flip-flops embellished with glittery ribbons. She also carried a beige tote and had on cat-eye sunglasses. 

Incredibly, the reality TV show is now on its 15th series. Prior to their arrival in Spain, it was reported that the ten main cast members had spent a total of €8,800 on various beauty treatments in preparation for the Towie cameras following their every move.

Just days ago, she couldn't resist gushing about her new beau – but apparently in return Sebastian Marc Graham has been mocking Gemma Collins online.

Shockingly, the millionaire has reportedly been liking numerous Facebook posts which poke fun at Gemma’s appearance and weight.

To add insult to injury, earlier this week the Towie star was comparing her relationship with Sebastian with that of David and Victoria Beckham.

She gushed: "Right now, Seb is David and I'm Victoria. We might even end up having four beautiful kids.

"I am the VB of Marbella now. I've been wearing my own designs every day.”

However, it is being alleged that Sebastian has been liking posts that discuss Gemma’s weight in a less-than-flattering fashion.

He supposedly liked a comment left on a photo of the two which read: "WHAT is this? Please tell me that alcohol was involved, otherwise I simply don’t understand." 

Another cruel comment read: "Make sure not to put any butter on yourself… otherwise she might deep fry you and eat you for breakfast."

They were spotted kissing at an event earlier this week, and the couple have only begun seeing each other recently. Still considering that just yesterday she posted a happy snap of the pair on her Twitter page, Gemma doesn't seem overly upset by the revelations.

And certainly she is staying positive.

Her rep confirmed to The Mirror: "Gemma has no doubt that this comment was intended in a positive and playful context as a woman who isn’t ashamed to be seen eating like others are – and that Seb saw it as that too.

“She continues to enjoy Seb’s company.”

Earlier this year, the 34-year-old reality TV star dropped four dress sizes as a result of hypnotherapy.
 
She told Now! magazine in April: "I've gone from a size 22 to an 18. I had a bit of 3D lipo and saw a hypnotist called Robert Hisee, who put a hypno-gastric band in me. Now I have four mouthfuls of food and I can't eat any more. I feel like I can't breathe I'm so full."

Gemma has stated previously that her ultimate goal is to be a size 14.

After her infamous stint in the jungle, we assumed Gemma Collins might shy away from any more reality TV competitions, but it looks like the bubbly blonde is only dying to show another side to herself on long running reality show Celebrity Big Brother.

If the latest reports are anything to go by, the 34-year-old Essex native is due to take up residence in the famous Elstree house and is incredibly excited about it!

According to a source who revealed all to the Mirror newspaper, Gemma sees this as a second chance to show the public what she's really like.

Elaborating on the reports, the insider said: "This is Gemma's chance to put the dramas of I'm a Celebrity behind her and show people what she's really capable of."

Explaining that the star chose the wrong time to appear on I'm a Celebrity, the source said; "Going into the jungle, Gemma wasn't in the right state of mind. She had so much going on in her life and it all just got too much for her."

Determined that viewers will get a chance to see the girl many love to watch on TOWIE, Gemma is apparently willing to give it her all, with the source saying: "This time round everything is different. She's happy and feels ready to get stuck into CBB. She wants the public to see the real her."

Gemma Collins has spoken out against Jamelia due to the comments she made recently on Loose Women.

Jamelia believes that plus size women shouldn't be able to buy clothes on the High Street if they are an unhealthy weight.

She said: "I don't believe stores should stock clothes below or above a certain weight. They should be made to feel uncomfortable when they go in and can't find a size."

"It shouldn't be normalised in High Street stores. They should have specialist shops," she said.

Gemma told The Sun: "You can't segregate people who are overweight. Some women really struggle with their weight."

She continued by saying: "Jamelia is slim. She doesn't know what it feels like to be bigger and not be able to go shopping. Are bigger people not meant to be able to get clothes? It's ridiculous."

The TOWIE star has her own plus size clothing range. 

Jamelia has since apologised for upsetting anyone but also defended her statement by saying: "But I do stand by what I said, I am a real women with real opinions. I’m not here to play some villain. It’s not that, I get paid to voice my opinion. Occasionally you offend people.”

TOWIE's Gemma Collins is rarely seen without a full face of make-up, but earlier today it seemed she had taken things a step too far when it came to her looks.

The 34-year-old posted a picture of herself looking decidedly bare-faced aside from perfectly groomed brows and lips that looked almost painfully swollen.

"Just had my lips and brows done @emalenegrove you are amazing x," Gemma captioned the now-deleted picture. Her followers were quick to speculate about whether Gemma's plump lips were the result of Kylie Jenner-style lip liner or something more drastic, with some insisting she must have had Botox.

"She has such a gorgeous face doesn't need it," wrote one Twitter user, with another adding, "Nothing wrong with you to get this done!!!"

However Gemma herself was quick to clear things up, posting again shortly after to reassure her followers that her new look was all down to some expertly applied make-up.

"Don't panic everyone Im anti Botox and all that fake plastic look I only had lip liner it's called a blush x," she wrote, sharing a picture of herself in the sun looking a little less swollen.

Gemma may be against getting Botox or other procedures on her face, but she's not so wary when it comes to other parts of her body. In fact, the reality star recently revealed that she'd had "designer vagina" surgery to achieve the "perfect" shape down there.

"I actually pride myself. I'm mega confident now because I know I've got a designer vagina. I've not told you this, but I paid two thousand pound and my vagina is perfect now… It looks like something you'd see on a movie," she admitted during a recent episode of TOWIE.

She usually loves indulging in her self-proclaimed diva-dom, but it looks like Gemma Collins is walking a very fine line.

The blonde reality star has been given a severe talking to after annoying the rest of the cast with her behaviour. In fact, things have gotten so bad that her BFF Bobby Norris actually walked off set in frustration.

It appears she’s taking ‘fashionably late’ to a whole new level, and has reportedly been up to two hours late for recording.

Speaking about the issue, a source from the show said: "The other day she left Bobby waiting so long that he just left the location. He really thinks she takes the mickey."

Kendra Wilkinson has been singing Gemma’s praises recently and even went to visit her new friend in Essex, but it looks like the TOWIE are no longer part of Gemma’s fan club.

We really hope she gets her act together before she gets the boot.
