The whole world was shocked when David Bowie died. He was one of the greats, so we can only imagine how hard it was for his family.

But, David did something for his son which we think he'll remember forever.

Duncan has opened up about one of the most special memories with his beloved father.

One month after Bowie’s passing, Duncan announced that he and his wife, Roden Ronquillo, are expecting a baby – and this week, the dad-to-be revealed that it was David who revealed the gender of their baby.

Talking to E! News, Duncan recalled the memory at Christmas: “When we found out what the gender of our baby was going to be, we were able to get the doctor to write it on a card without us seeing it. Then I got to spend Christmas with my dad, and he actually told us what the gender was going to be.”

Back in February, when he announced the news to the world, Duncan shared a photo of a card he made to break the good news to his father in the first place.

“One month since dad died today. Made this card for him at Christmas. Due in June. Circle of life. Love you, granddad,” he tweeted.

What an beautiful memory to treasure.

Caitlyn Jenner absolutely took the world by storm when she transitioned last year.

She officially debuted herself in Vanity Fair, had a massive coming out party, landed her own reality TV show AND won numerous awards.

But despite the success of Caitlyn, everything might not be all roses and daisies like we might think.

Ian Halperin, the author of Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America's Royal Family  has said that MULTIPLE sources admit that Caitlyn has been considering transitioning back to a man.

Ian said: "One source confirmed to me that Caitlyn has made whispers of 'sex change regret,' hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner.

"It hasn't been easy for Caitlyn, it's been very hard. She's thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there's a chance she'll de-transition in the next couple of years.

"I don't think it would be a surprise to anybody in her inner circle. It has been much harder than she anticipated."

Now, even though Ian has done immense research on the Kardashian/Jenner clan, we can't be too sure about this – But then again, you never know with that family.

We can't say that we jumped for joy when it was revealed that in Ireland, for every €100 a man earns, a woman earns a more modest €87.

After all, €13 can go a long way when you need it to.

However, on closer inspection, we don't have it as bad as most. In fact, Ireland ranks among the top five most equal nations in the world – being beaten only by Iceland, Norway, Finland and Sweden.

At the other end of the scale, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria are the world's most gender divided nations.

The UK is ranked 18th, while American makes it to number 28.

So what makes our Emerald Isle so great for the gals? Well, in Ireland, 55 percent of our university graduates are female.

And a third of senior officials, managers and legislators are women; only Colombia, Fiji and the Philippines perform better in that sphere.

However, in political circles we let ourselves down: a limp 29 percent of government ministers are female.

Created by the BBC and available online here, the How Equal Are You calculator has been released to mark the #100Women campaign, which kicked-off yesterday and runs until December 2.

The World Economic Forum believes it will take another 118 years – or until 2133 – until the global pay gap between men and women is finally closed.
