Just what we need to brighten up a chilly October evening: a reality TV star in a tiny bikini showing off all sorts of abs.
Step forward former Geordie Shore cast member Ms Vicky Pattison – who is certainly beach-ready.
The 27-year-old took to Instagram to share a snap of her in red swimwear – with the image quickly notching up close-to 40,000 likes from her fans.
"I wish I was built that way!" said one fan, with others declaring, "you look amazing!!!" and "you looking hot."
However, just last month Vicky admitted that her incredible body transformation came at the expense of her well-being.
In recent years she has dropped down from 12st to 9st – but she admits that she's also became "obsessed" with weight loss.
"I got to the point where I was even counting how many blueberries I ate for breakfast," she told Mirror Online. "I got to the point where I looked quite ill when I was at my lowest."
After hitting a low-weight of 8st 4lbs, Ms Pattison decided that enough was enough: "Now, I'm a firm believer in everything in moderation," she added. "Life is for living."
Engaged after just six months of dating, sadly Marnie Simpson and Ricky Rayment's relationship ended almost as soon as it had begun.
Yes, here at SHEmazing! Towers we were particularly devastated to hear last month that reality TV's first couple had dramatically split.
Still, it certainly seems that Geordie Shore beauty Marnie has bounced back from heartache: she's just been unveiled as the new face of Lovehoney Lingerie… and an accompanying photoshoot is all sorts of seriously sexy.
The 23-year-old is also defiant when asked what she reckons Mr Rayment would think of the resulting campaign snaps.
"I hope Ricky enjoys the pictures," she laughs. "I'm not one for bitterness."
Marnie recently underwent more cosmetic surgery on her breasts – improving a boob lift she had performed a couple of years ago.
Now, she says she's "really happy" with her body and that the Lovehoney range "makes me feel incredibly sexy".
"I am pleased with my figure. I'm never going to be a catwalk waif but I don't want to be one – I love my curves," the former Miss Newcastle explains.
"I think my best feature is my legs – they are long and slender and whenever I put on my weight it never goes on my thighs, which is a blessing."
And although she hasn't been single for long, Ms Simpson is nevertheless still considering possible future romances.
Indeed, Lauren Silverman should probably watch out: Marnie has her eye on 56-year-old Simon Cowell – as she reckons the X Factor boss is the "one man who might be able to keep me in line".
The reality TV star adds: "I think he is gorgeous and I have such a crush on him."
She goes on to explain that she was thrilled to be asked to be the new face of Lovehoney Lingerie's autumn/winter Enchant Me collection – which has been inspired by Russian love stories.
Items that caught our eye include a gorgeous lace basque in midnight blue and black priced at an affordable €43, as well as a baby doll for €40.
At the time of Marnie and Ricky's split, a friend of the latter told OK! Online that although the Towie star initially hoped he and Marnie could patch-up their differences, he ultimately couldn't get over the fact that she had kissed her fellow cast member, Aaron Chalmers.
However, Ms Simpson herself has attributed the break-up to their constant arguing. "We just weren't getting on," she previously explained.
"He'd say it was because we were spending too much time together, but if you're engaged why is that an issue?"
They first got together in January after meeting at a National Television Awards after-party and they then became engaged in June.
Meanwhile, the brand new 11th series of MTV's Geordie Shore kicks-off tomorrow, with the gang going wild during a summer of fun on the Greek islands.
"It was an absolute blast," Marnie states. "It is the most explosive series we have done and there have been a few fireworks before!"
Marnie Simpson is brand ambassador forLovehoney Lingerie, the online sex toy retailer.
Charlotte from Geordie Shore has launched a YouTube channel for footage 'they wouldn't dare show on TV.'
Considering the type of carnage the cast of Geordie Shore seem to get up to every time they have a night out, we're thinking this could be an interesting venture.
Not bad when you take into account the most outrageous video she's posted (so far) was her attempt at the cinnamon challenge.
The channel, features video blogs about her book tour and YouTube challenges, has already racked up over 50,000 subscribers. She's also used it to introduce her love to the internet.
No no, it's not a new guy she has on the go. Baby is actually her Pomeranian who is admittedly quite adorable and sure to be a YouTube sensation.
We would be quite interested to see if Charlotte might give us more of an insight into her social life. Especially since she looked like she had a great night at the launch of Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead's debut fashion range for In the Style.
She and her new reality TV star boyfriend Max Morley looked cozy as they posed for photos inside the party.
Never one to miss out on the fun though, Charlotte seemed to have pretty much ditched Max in favour of busting out some quality moves on the dance floor.
Meanwhile, on YouTube, Charlotte shows fans what is in the top drawer of her chest of drawers- because that's Charlotte for you.
We had thought that perhaps these two might have gone the distance. However, it looks like Stephen Bear, boyfriend of Vicky Pattison, has announced their break-up.
He took to social media with a serious of posts that seem to make it clear that he is no longer attached to the reality TV star.
He captioned the image: "I'm done.No going back."
He then followed up with this gem:
The caption read: "Single. Bear's back out to play," and included a celebration emoji.
Vicky has yet to comment on the supposed split. Although, she did post a photo today with her Judge Geordie co-star Alex Cannon.
Stephen and Vicky started dating this summer and it was reported that they split up last month before getting back together.
Only a week ago there were rumours of trouble brewing for the pair after Vicky posted a cryptic image on social media referring to heart break. She quickly deleted the post, but that didn't stop speculation about the end being near for the duo.
Seemingly eager to dispel any rumours of a break up earlier this summer, The Mirror quoted Vicky as saying that things between she and Stephen were going well after he met her family:
"He was a bit nervous and obviously me mam and dad were a bit hesitant because of what's happened on Ex On The Beach, but everyone loved him."
She had also recently lashed out at former cast mate Marnie Simpson on social media after she claimed that Marnie was trying to be photographed with Stephen:
"I'm not joking. What the hell? Go get papped with someone who is single why does it have to be my lad? D***," she told OK! magazine.
It looks like things could have taken a nasty turn, but we will have to wait and see what the outspoken Geordie has to say for herself.
Marnie Simpson has lashed out at fellow GeordieShore star Vicky Pattison on social media.
The pair, who have never exactly been the best of friends, are having it out on Twitter after Marnie lashed out at Vicky over claims she was trying to be photographed with Vicky’ love interest.
Last week Vicky claimed that Marnie was trying to be pictured with her boyfriend Stephen Bear on a night out.
In the beginning Marnie seemed to be staying silent and ignoring the claims, but now it seems that she’s had enough of holding her tongue.
Lies lies and more lies, you say you won't argue with me but yet talk about me weekly get a grip man you obsessed old bagggg ! @vickyGShore
Vicky claimed that Marnie had asked Stephen to walk with her to an ATM after the Jeans for Genes Day charity event. She told OK! Online that she thought Marnie was “bang out of order.”
Later that night Marnie was spotted waiting on a taxi with Lewis Bloor of TOWIE fame, which Vicky also commented on:
"Well, if it wasn't Lewis Bloor it would have been Stephen Bear. And I tell you if it had been Stephen Bear I would have set her on fire.
"I'm not joking. What the hell? Go get papped with someone who is single why does it have to be my lad? D***."
However, some are claiming that Marnie might not be the only one that’s getting Vicky all worked up.
The Mirror pointed out that there could be trouble brewing for Vicky and Stephen after she posted a cryptic Instagram snap. The image has since been deleted but some thought there reason to believe Vicky and Stephen may have called it quits. The snap read: "It’s not always just the heart. Sometimes your mind breaks as well."
The couple met filming MTV’s Ex On The Beach earlier this summer and have apparently had something of a rocky relationship since. Despite reports of screaming matches in hotels, Vicky revealed that Stephen and her family are getting along great:
"He was a bit nervous and obviously me mam and dad were a bit hesitant because of what's happened on Ex On The Beach, but everyone loved him."
Holly Hagan is the latest in a string of reality stars to use her weight loss to earn her a few quid, but she’s getting a lot of criticism for it.
The Geordie Shore star has just released her second diet book, Lose 5 Pounds In One Week, a short-term diet manual which aims to help women lose weight quickly.
While a quick flick through Instagram reveals women are already following along with the plan, the book has come under huge fire for suggesting women eat just 800 calories a day or less to drop the pounds.
Even though it’s a short term regime, 800 is still drastically lower than the 2,000 calories women are recommended to consume every day to stay healthy.
One picture in particular, reposted to the book's official Instagram page, shows a reader finishing off her day on 758 calories with an ice lolly.
"Lose 5lbs this week and put on 7lbs next week when i finally eat again … Great, where do I sign up?" one commenter wrote. "Can't believe this is even legal, selling eating disorders to the unfortunate teens who look up to this clown. Horrible."
Holly says the plan in the book is one she used herself to lose six pounds in a week, and that it’s not dangerous if it’s only carried out for the time advised.
"5:2 diet is 500 calories some days and the NHS website says you can maintain 800 calories a day for 12 weeks," she wrote.
"If you want a proper story report on crime and injustice in the world, not the fact I'm helping people achieve a healthy weight Rant Over!"
The book was written with the help of personal trainer Ashley Lucas, but a rep for Holly says it offers "general information about diet and nutrition… not advice."
The rep also stressed the fact that Lose 5 Pounds In One Week is based on a short-term diet plan.
"The plan is designed to be followed for seven days, without starvation, supplements, or cutting out entire food groups.
"It is designed so be about small sacrifices for a week, combined with specific techniques."
Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattinson has admitted that her incredible body transformation came at the expense of her well-being.
While she opened up about how she does feel happier and healthier down that she has dropped down from 12 to 9 stone, she also mentioned how she became obsessed with weight loss.
The 27-year old talked to the MirrorOnline about her weight-loss secrets and confessed that she was “too obsessed” with dieting last year.
"I got to the point where I was even counting how many blueberries I ate for breakfast. I got to the point where I looked quite ill when I was at my lowest.”
She says she was “a complete obsessive”. She also came to resent how much of a toll her new lifestyle was talking on her social life.
At one point she had gone from 12 stone to 8 stone 4 pounds. Vicky said that at her lowest weight she was actually quite unhappy and realised she had taken things too far.
“I realised how much I missed going out. I missed my friends, going out to eat, going to Nandos. And I realised I could do without training three times a day.”
She said that she’s “just a normal person” and couldn’t continue with her strict lifestyle forever.
"Now, I'm a firm believer in everything in moderation. Life is for living," she stressed.
Now Vicky isn’t afraid to indulge from time to time, she says that Saturdays and Sundays are for pizzas or takeaways.
After speaking with countless nutritionists Vicky became a “guinea pig” for a new brand of supplements, Mini V Nutrition. Not only is she now the face of the brand but she also co-owns the company.
She warns people to beware of dangerous supplements if they’re considering adopting a healthier lifestyle or embarking on a fitness journey:
"There are some supplements out there that can be really dangerous – I know because a friend of mine now has an irregular heartbeat as a result.
Please do not buy random products off of the Internet that are not regulated because your health is at risk.”
Holly Hagan, 23, started out on Geordie Shore in 2011 and since then she has admittedly dealt with both the positive and negative side of the media spotlight.
She says she has struggled with her weight and as a result of this she embarked on a huge lifestyle makeover in efforts to become fitter and healthier.
The result has been an incredible weight loss of four stone and she has revealed all of her healthy tips and tricks in her new book The Body Bible.
Despite this, Holly doesn’t think that people should be allowed comment on her weight.
She explained to BBC Newsbeat that the nasty comments about her appearance are something she finds “really upsetting.”
She added: Regardless of what job I do and regardless of whether I'm on the TV, I still have feelings.
It doesn't mean I am a robot, I'm still a normal girl. I still live with my parents and comments like that hurt [them]. How would they feel if their daughter was being called these things?”
She has said that she agrees with X Factor judge Cheryl’s recent comments about punishments for ‘bodyshamers’. Holly says she “couldn’t be more for” stricter action being taken against people criticising her weight.
Speaking with Reveal not too long ago she said: “I’m either too fat or I’m too think- there’s no in-between. It’s really sad because I’ve worked hard for four years to get to where I am now.”
She explained that despite felling much healthier and happier now that she has adopted a very different lifestyle to her previous party-girl ways; she still admits the battle with ‘bodyshamers’ hasn’t gotten any easier.
In the past number of weeks he has been making headlines with reports of trouble brewing brewing between him and fiancée Marnie Simpson.
Now former TOWIE star Ricky Rayment has gotten himself into some bother of a different kind.
The 25-year old former reality TV star was making a nightclub appearance in Brighton over the weekend when her was attacked on the street outside the club by five men.
In the middle of the chaos Ricky himself was arrested by police for suspected bodily harm. However, he was quickly released.
Friends of the star, who was said to be badly shaken following the incident, have reportedly said that he believes he was attacked because of his public profile.
A spokesperson for Ricky confirmed the incident with the MailOnline and said that it occurred following an appearance as Shoosh nightclub.
A spokesperson for the Sussex Police said about the incident:
“Police officers on patrol in East Street were alerted to the fight near to the junction with Kings Road around 2.25am. As the situation calmed, the victim of the assault declined to provide a statement and the man was de-arrested. He left the area immediately.”
Ricky was not charged in relation to the incident. However, in recent days Ricky has been at the centre of much controversy over his relationship with Marnie.
Earlier this week reports were claiming the pair had split after Marnie’s tweets about feeling heartbroken had people feeling curious.
She later came back to deny the claims she and Ricky had split, instead explaining her beloved dog Smith had passed away. Ricky also took to social media to deny the claims saying:
“Until you get a quote from me personally, don’t believe what you read.”
It's barely been two weeks since Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby confirmed she had split from her on-off man Mitch Jenkins, but she's already moved on with someone new.
The reality star escaped her break-up blues as she headed on a night out in London with Love Island winner Max Morley. In a total "f**k you" to Mitch, Charlotte openly kissed Max in front of the waiting cameras, leaning into him as the pair left Chinawhite nightclub.
Charlotte's not the only one looking for a rebound, as Max has also only just gotten out of a relationship.
The English cricketer won Love Island in July with his co-star Jessica Hayes, but the pair split just six weeks later.
And judging by these pictures, both Charlotte and Max are more than ready to wave goodbye to their former flames:
Speaking on Aussie radio station Hit 92.9 in late August, Charlotte said things had been moving too fast with Mitch and that she got cold feet.
"Me and Mitch were supposed to be moving in together and I was going to move down to London with him and I then realised that wasn't the place I wanted to be, and I didn't want to leave my mum and I didn't want to leave my family and I think the commitment made us take a couple of steps back."
While the pair have split and reunited various times over the past two years, the 25-year-old seemed defiant that things really were over for good.
"I finished things and we haven't been back together ever since. I think that's it now," she said.
Charlotte and Mitch originally split last November, but reunited in early January, much to the disappointment of many of Charlotte's fans who felt the couple's rocky past was a sign that they should stay apart.
She tweeted yesterday saying: "I couldn't of ever imagined what this day would bring. My heart is broken. "
Marnie also removed her fiancé from her Twitter bio and from her cover photo on her profile.
Followers were quick to offer their support saying they were so sorry to hear the news and that they have been thinking about her all day.
Rumours of the split were sparked on Saturday night when the couple were set to appear together at a club event. However, Ricky turned up to the appearance solo.
It seems Marnie has now deleted any pictures of her and her former fiancé from her Instagram account where she used to post several couple selfies.
The Geordie Shore cast is known and loved by TV viewers for a great many things: turbulent relationships, wild antics abroad, and outrageous flirting.
However, in more recent times, the female cast members have also gained notoriety for their incredible body transformations.
Indeed, Charlotte Crosby, Holly Hagan and Marnie Simpson (as well as former Geordie Vicky Pattison) have all shed a load of weight over the past 18months – something that prompted co-star Chloe Etherington to kick-start her own fitness programme.
The 20-year-old admits that she piled on 2st filming the as-yet unaired new series of the hit MTV reality show on the Greek party island of Zante.
Ms Etherington reveals she knocked back calorific cocktails and even scoffed pizzas topped with… spaghetti Bolognese!
Understandably, the combination was a diet disaster and earlier this summer she says she felt seriously self-conscious.
"I wasn't happy with my body after filming the new series," explains Chloe.
"I had a bit of a jelly belly and I had put on some weight around my hips. I wasn't comfortable at all showing off my body."
With Geordie Shore series 11 airing this autumn and a load of promotional gigs already lined up for it, Chloe seized her chance, embarking on a tough exercise and healthy eating schedule.
Today, she is down to 9st 7lbs from a high of 11st just six weeks ago.
"I feel confident about joining the other Geordie Shore girls on the beach. I like wearing the skimpiest bikinis you can find. I don't like tan lines!" she laughs.
And Ms Etherington admits that seeing her co-stars’ perfect figures provided all the motivation she needed.
"What I love about Charlotte, Holly and Marnie,” she explains, “is that they all look amazing but they still kept their curves and have a bust.
"I very much wanted to preserve my curves."
She adds: "I feel like I have my Goldilocks body now – not too fat, not too thin, just right!
"I didn't want to lose too much weight because if you get too skinny it starts coming off your bust.
