Grammy-nominated singer Bebe Rexha has just SHAKEN our rage cages by revealed designers are turning down the opportunity to dress her for the Grammy Awards.

Why? Well, because she's a (stunning) size eight.

The 29-year-old is nominated in the Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group Performance categories at the upcoming awards show, and claims she's having trouble finding the perfect gown because of designers and their weight expectations.

The star uploaded an Instagram video detailing her frustration, saying;

"So I finally get nominated at the Grammys and it’s like the coolest thing ever,"

"And a lot of times artists will go and talk to designers and they’ll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet, right? Like you go to any big designer. So I had my team hit out a lot of designers and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I’m too big," she added.

Bebe later addressed the designers directly, slamming them for their decision:

"You’re saying all the women in the world that are a size 8 and up are not beautiful and that they cannot wear your dresses," she said.

"So all the people who said I’m thick and I can’t wear your dress, f*ck you, I don’t want to wear your f*cking dresses." YES GURL, YOU TELL 'EM.

We can all admit we’ve all had that moment where we had a good, long cry whilst listening to one of Adele’s songs. There have been many rainy mornings where we dramatically wept to Someone Like You, and plenty of nights out where we sang Hello into a wine bottle. Adele’s music has been the soundtrack to many women’s lives for years.

We have been huge fans of the Grammy winner since she released her first album 19 all the way back in 2008.

It’s been a decade since the Water Under The Bridge singer stormed the charts with her first album, but there’s no stopping Adele just yet.

Rumour has it the singer is set to release a brand new album in 2019.

According to reports, the Chasing Pavements songstress has been in talks with Sony about working on a new album.

It is understood that Adele is hoping to head to the studio later this summer, where she will write a wave of chart-topping hits.

A source shared: “She’s back in the UK and intends to write here. A number of studio musicians have been approached to work with her and she’s already penned some of the songs.”

The new album is rumoured to be released next Christmas. We are beyond excited. If anyone needs us we’ll be singing along to Make You Feel My Love for the foreseeable future.

Recording Academy president Neil Portnow ruffled a few feathers earlier this week, when he told Variety magazine that women need to 'step up' in order to gain recognition in the music industry.

The industry big wig suggested that women do not receive their due recognition due to a lack of effort, rather than a systematic preference and acceptance of creative male artists.

'I think it has to begin with women who have the creativity in their hearts and souls—who want to be musicians, who want to be engineers, who want to be producers, who want to be part of the industry on the executive level—to step up,' he said.

This statement was met with raised eyebrows and major criticism.

Recording artist P!nk, who has been in the industry for over twenty years, penned a note to the Recording Academy president detailing her thoughts on the matter.

'Women in music don’t need to ‘step up’—women have been stepping since the beginning of time,' she wrote.

A post shared by P!NK (@pink) on

'Stepping up, and also stepping aside. Women OWNED music this year. They’ve been KILLING IT. And every year before this.'

'When we celebrate and honour the talent and accomplishments of women, and how much women STEP UP every year, and how much women STEP UP every year, against all odds, we show the next generation of women and girls and boys and men what it means to be equal, and what it looks like to be fair,' she finished.

Mic drop would have been a suitable addition to the end of that note, we think.

It's hard to believe that celebs who go to the Grammy Awards don't look forward to the swag bag at the end of the night.

Possibly, because they all have millions in their bank accounts, but if we were given something like this at the end of a swanky ceremony, we'd be jumping for joy… or we'd trade it all in and just get the money instead (can they do that?).

Anyway, on February 12, this is what Drake, Beyoncé and The Weeknd can all look forward to receiving:

1. A week-long trip to the Golden Door spa – priced at €8,300

To be honest, if you sat two seats away from Taylor Swift, you'd probably try and do the same thing.

A Tay Tay fan found herself quite close to the singer at the Grammy Awards last night and just couldn't help trying to sneak in a few selfies.

Moments before the winner of Song Of The Year was announced, the crafty woman turned on her camera, hoping the catch Taylor's reaction if her name was called out.

The fan first pretended to take pictures of the roof (?) and then quickly pulled it around to Taylor's face.

Moments later Ed Sheeran was announced as the winner for his song Thinking Out Loud and Taylor celebrated on behalf of her friend.

But the best reaction? The fan who looked pretty chuffed with herself for getting a few snaps. Yep, we see that grin on your face.

If you think the celebs completely cleanse themselves before and during an award show, then think again.

Last night, all the stars were served up some McDonald's. Yep, good ol' Maccy D's.

And it wasn't just a regular hamburger either, oh no, the fast food chain decked out and served them an all-day breakfast, including Egg McMuffins and hash browns.

According to Business Insider, interns were handing out the food backstage at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.

Since McDonald's is one of the sponsors for the show, we're not really surprised it's dishing out its grub, but what we really wanted to see was a few stars chowing down on all the eggy goodness.

Forget the goodie bags ladies, we'd settle for a McDonald's anyday.

We all remember when Rihanna pulled the plug for her Victoria's Secret performance last year – and left everyone very disappointed. Well, now the singer cancelled another big show at the last minute.

The 27-year-old was set to perform at the Grammy Awards last night, until her rep had to cancel for her a few hours before the gig.

She was going to sing Kiss It Better, a new track from her album, and even rehearsed twice for her performance until her doctor told her the show just couldn't go on.

According to TMZ, Ri was taking antibiotics for three days prior to her performance but they didn't work.

After her second rehearsal she was checked by an on-site doctor who told her she would be at risk of damaging her vocal cords if she went on.

We just hope she gets better and can take to the stage to kill at her next gig.

It's been a busy few days for Glen Hansard, for sure.

On Saturday he performed to a tiny crowd in Dingle as part of RTÉ's annual Other Voices event… but his music has reached an altogether more international stage today.

The Frames frontman has been nominated for a GRAMMY Award for his solo work, earning a Best Folk Album nod for Didn't He Ramble.

Glen's album, his second as a solo artist, was released in September of this year. The Dublin-born singer spread his wings while putting together the album, choosing to record songs in New York, Chicago and France as well as his home country.

For many musicians, a GRAMMY might be considered the peak of their career, but of course we can't forget that Mr. Hansard already has an Oscar to his name. Back in 2008, Glen and Marketa Irglova won Best Original Song at the Academy Awards for Falling Slowly, featured in their film Once.

Other top contenders at this year's GRAMMYs include Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and Ed Sheeran.

We thought at this stage people commenting on Taylor’s past love life had come to an end – but not so by the looks of things.

The singer, who stunned in a turquoise gown on the red carpet at this weekend’s Grammy awards was chatting to Nancy O’Dell who actually said these words: “You’re going to walk home with more than maybe just a trophy tonight. I think, lots of men.” Sigh…

Needless to say, Taylor was far from impressed and simply looked at Nancy and replied: “I’m not going to walk home with any men tonight.”

Twitter is now alight with many saying that Taylor deserves an apology from the reporter for such a personal and frankly rude comment.

Though Taylor managed to stay calm and composed and very, well, Taylor-like during the exchange, we have to say that filthy look may be the scariest we've ever seen…!

Amazing news for Irish singer-songwriter Hozier this evening!

The musician has been nominated for a Grammy for his single, Take Me to Church.

The hit tune, released as a solo EP here in 2013 and in the US in 2014, is up for the accolade of Song of the Year. Wow!

Other contenders for the coveted award include Meghan Trainor's All About That Bass and Sam Smith's Stay With Me. Some tough competition, but Hozier DOES have the luck of the Irish! News of nominees has been trickling through all day with Hozier's category the latest to be announced.

The singer has kept quiet on social media so far about the nomination, but his manager Caroline Downey did tweet this excited message.

#Thrilled, indeed!

Hozier's currently on a mini-tour of Ireland and played in Dublin last night. He'll perform in Killarney this evening and will hit Cork tomorrow.

Award-winning stylist, Errol Douglas picked his top hair looks from this year’s Grammy Awards – there’s no way this was a walk in the park but here’s two that made the cut.

For Katy Perry’s hair do:

  • Brush your hair back to make sure there are no tangles
  • Tie it up with two rubber bands for extra security
  • Separate your ponytail in half and tightly twist one strand
  • Wind the twisted strand of hair around the pony and securely fasten it
  • Repeat the same process for the second strand of hair
  • Don’t forget to put on loads of hair spray

For Rita Ora‘s hair do:

  • Apply bendy rods onto your hair before the day of your event
  • Don’t forget to use plenty of hairspray
  • Remove the bendy rods for cute and luscious curls

Carey Hart and Blink 182’s Travis Barker look a little alike, but really?

The Ellen Show accidentally named Pink’s husband Carey Hart as Travis while doing commentary at the Grammy Awards.

At least Pink took it well, tweeting a picture of the mistake and writing, “Oops @TheEllenShow”.

Ellen replied in her typically hilarious way, saying: “You found it! I was making sure you were watching”.

They do look a little similar but we’re pretty sure it’s just the style and the tattoos.
