If you are slaving way in the gym, sacrificed all your tasty treats and still aren’t seeing the results you expect, there is definitely something going on. Ask yourself:

Are you doing the same thing over and over again?

Your body can get used to your workout regime if you are doing the same thing over and over again. Make sure you add various workouts and you will quickly notice a change.

Are you pushing yourself enough?

Make sure you are pushing yourself enough. If you can do ten reps of one workout comfortably, add on another ten. Keep pushing yourself until you think you can’t do it and keep going.  Your brain is probably saying no but your body is saying yes. Know your limits but be aware of how far you can push it.

Is your diet right?

Working out for hours in the gym won’t matter if you don’t have a healthy diet. Make sure you watch your portion sizes and calorie intake. Treat yourself every now and again though.

Victoria’s Secret has launched a range of tiny sports bras and skin-tight workout leggings as they dive into the sportswear industry, which means the gym bunnies will now be able to make you feel even worse.

Sure, the clothes look great, mainly because that amazing model fronting the campaign is wearing them, but God, can’t it be acceptable for us to look terrible just ONCE?

Oh well, I guess we can still use those baggy t-shirts to sleep in…
