Every week comes a new beauty or hair trend.. and this week it involves cutting your OWN hair. *Shivers*.

Youtuber and make-up artist Camila Bravo shared her hair-cutting techniques on Instagram, and the Internet is obsessed with how perfect it turned out.

Press Play Before Calling me Crazy, I been cutting my own side bangs since forever ago. I love how they come out just by doing what I am showing here , so I thought I should share with you guys. If you have curly hair like myself cut them alittle lower than the actual desire length because keep in mind the hair will shrink. ♦Eyes: @motivescosmeticsElement Color Box ( use referral code Kamilabravo for Off ) ♦Lashes: @shophudabeauty in Style Marilyn. I find this style to be the perfect lashes for when you want something simple on the eyes but you want your lashes to be poppin ! ♦Skin: Born This Way foundation from @toofaced (Light Beige) Age Rewind Concealer by @maybelline ( Light/Pale shade) ♦Set with @lauramercier Translucent Powder & Mineralize skin finish by mac. ♦Hoola Bronzer by @benefitcosmetics ♦Highlight Grace by @gerardcosmetics Lips : Serenity by @gerardcosmetics #kamilabravo #bangsturoial

Camila is seen taking a section from the top of her hair, twisting it and then poof! She cuts it off – which is not for the faint hearted.

To be fair though, she does make it look pretty easy, and we were thinking about getting a side fringe…

While we are thankful that denim never really goes out of fashion, we were not expecting this beloved fabric to become party of our beauty regime too.

Yep, this summer we very well may be whipping out denim hues as blue becomes the colour of the season.

So-called 'denim hair' or 'jair' is currently trending across social media as girls attempt to match up their hair tone to their jeans.

No really.

Having been sported previously by brave celebs such as Nicole Richie and Hilary Duff, the soft blue hues are actually quite wearable when applied softly to the hair.

Could you pull it off?

Our favourite cast member of Pretty Little Liars is not stranger to a dramatic makeover.

After chopping her long naturally brown locks into a short, choppy bob, we know that this star is akin to a bit of a change now and then.

However, we certainly did not expect this!

I dye.thank you @kristin_ess for temporarily making me the blonde alter ego I've always wanted to be.

With thick, dark brows and naturally brunette tresses, we never imagined to see Lucy go for an all-over lighter hair shade.

And we mean much lighter.

Yep, it seems our Lucy has decided that blondes must have more fun as she drastically adds blonde highlights to her barnet.

While she has played around with lighter shades in particular a blonde balayage, she has never been this bright before.

Adding golden blonde hues to her dark hair, the resulting look is a very natural, beachy and sun-kissed effort, perfect for Spring.

According to the Instagram post, the look is temporary and most likely for a role but we reckon it looks so good she may just keep it for a while.

More pics immediately Lucy!

Long known for her Rapunzel-like blonde tresses, Rosanna Davison took everyone by surprise three weeks ago when unveiled her brand new look: significantly shorter hair sliced up to her shoulders.

"Chop chop!! Thanks to @ceiralambert for the new hairdo," she told her 107,000 Instagram fans late last month while also sharing a snap of her gorgeous gruaige.

"Still have my @goldfeverhair in for volume but nice to have a change."

Suffice to say that here at SHEmazing Towers, we are BIG fans of the former Miss World's revised hair-do. In fact, we dare say she's never looked better.

We're not the only ones either, for it now transpires that a host of big names are eagerly following in nutritionist Rosie's stylish footsteps.

First out of the traps was model Holly Carpenter. "Bit of a change for the weekend," she revealed less than a week after Ms Davison took the plunge.

"Got my @goldfeverhair out and a bit of a chop (my own hair has grown so much while my last set were in)."

Then late last week, Irish hairdresser to the stars, Maurice Flynn, shared a snap of Georgia Penna on his Instagram page.

Gave @georgiapenna a good chop. I love this length on her! What a babe

A photo posted by Maurice Flynn (@mauriceflynn) on

The model and recent mother-of-two looked seriously amazing with her formerly long locks cut up to just below her shoulders. "I love this length on her," Mr Flynn declared. "What a babe."

Meanwhile, over the weekend Michele McGrath, also a model, showed off her short and sexy style. "Thanks for my new bob @ceiralambert," she declared. "Love it."

It remains to be seen who the next starlet to embrace a shorter style will be – though we reckon that one-time Miss Universe Ireland Roz Purcell would look all sorts of fabulous with a bob.

And regardless of who goes for the chop next – it's definitely official: the 'Rosanna' is the hottest hair trend going right now.

We know we all change from the time we're teenagers to when we're adults, but Amber Rose shared a throwback photo of when she was 12-years-old, and it looks like a totally different person.

The 32-year-old is seen wearing a gold Olympics shirt and has a mass black curly hair – which is a far cry from her usual short, shaved hair now.

We're guessing it was an old school photo, which many of us hide away from nowadays.

In an interview with the New York Post, Amber recalls the time she first shaved her hair, her now-signature look.

"After I shaved, it I cried for a few days, until I realised it looked dope,' Amber said.

Most of us know Lauren Conrad as the pristine blonde from The Hills. And we've often brought pictures of her to the hairdresser and said, "I want my hair that colour."

She's never really swayed much into any other hue, just the ombré trend here and there. But NOW, feast your eyes on this ladies.

The LC is officially a red head… and we absolutely love it.

Gone are her famous blonde beachy curls and in its place is a vibrant splash of red.We think it brings a whole new lease of life to the 29-year-old, too.

What do you think? Should she keep it or go back to her golden locks?

We’re currently oh-so in love with tresses that are shaped, styled, and seriously snazzy.

In fact, we’re going to go ahead and say it: there are few feelings better in this world than AMAZING hair.

Yes, that’s because whether your locks are cropped short, or flowing long, when it’s freshly washed, blow-dried, and trimmed just exactly how you like it, you feel you can take on pretty much anything.

What a pity then most folk have also had their fair share of salon disasters. You’re left alone, weeping into a battered, year-old magazine as your hair is assassinated: the colour is wrong; the layers far too choppy; the finish less than fabulous.

It’s no wonder then that women hold dear their favoured hair-dressers, refusing to share their secret with friends and family for fear they’ll never again get an appointment.

Well, at least SHEmazing! is happy to part with one particularly coveted tip for the top: namely Zero One in Greystones Co Wicklow.

It hasn’t been open long – but it’s already garnering a reputation for being one of the best in the business.

For one thing, the Zero One Facebook page is overrun with incredible hair transformations – that and it has a team of talented stylists who are passionate about everything from a wash and blow-dry to a full set of hair extensions.

It does clip-ins too for those not wanting to take the plunge, and the colourists in situ (the salon uses the celebrated Aveda range) are nothing short of top-notch.

Top model Madeleine McQueen is a regular in Zero One, as is Ultimo founder Michelle Mone. Then there’s the host of beauty bloggers and industry insiders that are always stopping-by.

We particularly love the little added extras and luxuries that make you go “yes please!” Like a conditioning treatment and head massage for tenner, or an expert blowdry for €18 every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Students get ten percent off everything, and everyone gets five percent back via Zero One’s loyalty card scheme.

It has also just launched its brand-new, spruced-up website – zeroonesalon.ie – which boasts a loads of gorgeous, hairspiration snaps.

Alternatively, you can check out all those all those on fleek hair transformations on its Facebook page.

Yes, colour trends come and go but we have to say we love this one.

This quirky trend, which has been dubbed the 'Mother of Pearl', uses muted pastel tones which fade throughout the hair for a shimmery, pearly look.

It definitely has a much more subtle effect than the silver hair trend and we think it is super demure for those of us who just don't want a 'normal' hair colour.

The look is achieved by bleaching the hair and then using soft blues, pinks and greens to achieve a 'washed out' look.

It's pretty much a way easier to wear version of the rainbow hair trend.

Top colour stylist Aura Friedman said that she achieved the look by using her expertise colouring skills.

Speaking to Pop Sugar, Aura said that she first bleached the hair to a pearl tone (that is the colour just before you reach that silvery hue). She then layered on the brighter colours strategically around the head before washing out.

We have never quite known fringe envy until Kendall Jenner rocked up to the AMAs with perhaps the most covetable bangs we have ever seen.

And just as were about to make an impulsive trip to the hair salon (which we would have ultimately regretted!), we learned that Kendall did not go for the chop and instead just faked her look with some ingenious hair styling.

This week, Perrie also tried to lull us into going for some illustrious bangs but her perfect up do was also faked.

So how can you achieve the ultimate set of bangs without the commitment? Well all you need is some bobbins, hair pins and patience!

Somebody help. Japan is taking over me.

A photo posted by Perrie Edwards(@perrieeele) on

Grab a bobbin and pull your into a high pony. Take half of your pony and pull it over the bobbin towards your face. Pin the hair securely on the top of your head, creating a half bun.

Leaving the ends to frame your face, split the remaining hair in the ponytail in two and wrap around the half bun you created. Pin the bun as desired.

Lastly, just style your fringe!

If you are still struggling, check out this super easy tutorial below.

When it comes to her generous mane, she has had – let's be honest – her fair share of total disasters.

And while we've actually been big fans of some of her more daring brightly-coloured mops – Kylie Jenner as a blonde was brassy, while her cornrows (eeek!) were just a horror.

Still, it's recently come to our attention that the 18-year-old reality TV star's tresses are at their ABSOLUTE best right now. Finally! In fact, we dare say we've never seen them look better.

One recent snap on her Instagram page – where she is promoting LyfeTea clad in a skin-tight white skirt and top – has now notched up more than a million likes, with thousands of commentators compelled to remark on her luscious locks.

A selfie of Ms Jenner dressed in a matching sand-coloured crop top and trousers was also similarly lauded for displaying her new hair to its full, gorgeous effect.

We say, let's give a hearty pat on the back to her hair stylist – the talented Chris Dylan.

Along with makeup artist to the stars Joyce Bonelli, he is responsible for creating the Kardashian-Jenners's always totally glamorous, wonderfully OTT looks (oh for a sneak peak at his kit bag).

During the summer, the younger Ms Jenner revealed that her own hair was seriously damaged after years of colouring, styling and straightening.

She furthermore admitted that it "took months of not dyeing my hair and wearing wigs to get my hair back to health".

Back to health it most certainly is now: full and healthy – we definitely have ALL SORTS of major hair envy in the run-up to the festive party season.

Sadly, Chris Dylan hasn't divulged just yet what he's done to achieve his client's striking new look.

However, he is an ambassador for Gold Fever hair extensions (a brand which is, incidentally, overseen by Irish businesswoman Katie Jane Gold) and indeed, he sports wonderfully long, totally luscious Gold Fever locks himself.

Of course, Kylie LOVES to change up her look regularly (she could be digging out that green wig again next week) – but this is one trend we really hope she hangs on to for a while yet.
