It’s been five years since the last Harry Potter movie hit cinemas, yet somehow the mere mention of the boy wizard still makes fans hyperventilate.

So when that enthusiasm was coupled with the Internet’s love for quirky sci-fi drama Stranger Things, the result was bound to be the best form of viral magic.

A new video has appeared online which imagines a world in which Mike, Dustin and Lucas join forces with Harry, Ron and Hermione, while Eleven and her stash of Eggos face the legendary Professor Snape.

Is it just us or is getting new stationary bizarrely comforting?!

You know what? Our hearts really can't take much more disappointment with regards to Harry Potter makeup.

She’s never been one to hide her opinions, but last night Harry Potter creator JK Rowling offered America the best summary of its ongoing presidential race.

Taking to Twitter to comment on Hillary Clinton’s latest debate with Donald Trump, the author wrote: “Well, there you have it.  A highly intelligent, experienced woman just debated a giant orange Twitter egg.  Your move, America. #debate.”

Naturally social media users are loving the 51-year-old’s wit, as in the 13 hours since it was posted, the tweet has received more than 100,000 likes and has been retweeted 45,000 times.

In celebration of the statement, one user wrote: “They didn’t discuss climate change but JK Rowling SKEWERED Donald Trump on Twitter so everything’ll be fine.”

While another said: “JK Rowling just called Donald Trump an egg.  What a moment in history.”

Look, we love the Harry Potter series as much as the next muggle, but this latest photo-shoot has left us feeling all kinds of confused. 

Yet, we simply cannot look away…

A boudoir-themed photo-shoot is currently gaining viral status at the moment, and it features a very sexy looking Harry Potter. 

The shoot is a collaboration between Oklahoma City photographer Sarah Hester and model Zachary Howell.

Sarah spoke to Buzzfeed about how the shoot came about, saying: “I met Zach at a meet-up I held at the studio for local photographers. He’s a photographer and a model. I started calling him ‘Harry’ because I could NOT remember his name."

"I jokingly asked if he would be willing to shoot a Harry Potter boudoir session and he was into the idea! We set up the shoot for a week later” she continued. 

While the shoot is kind of awkward, the Internet is absolutely loving it.

Harry Potter fans, and thousands of other people have commented on the pictures, which Zach posted on his Instagram this week. 

People are calling the photo-shoot "absolutely magical", and are describing Zach as "spellbinding" among other things that are not exactly PG.

Listen up muggles!

The Internet has been going MAD for the best eye shadow palette teaser since Kylie Jenner's 'Kyshadow'.

What makes these palettes special I hear you ask? WELL, they're Harry Potter themed! 

A Reddit user mocked up the most stunning Harry Potter makeup palettes this week, and while they are not real, we cannot help but dream! 

The faux palettes come in all four of the houses in Hogwarts,  with the respective house crests on the packaging. 

Each of these gorgeous little inventions contains six shades that represent the house's colours (think greenish hues for Slytherin!).

The make-up brushes that accompany these palettes are designed to look like quills, and we cannot even begin to cope!

Thousands of Harry Potter fans have commented on the images, begging the poster to create the real palettes.

If you ask us, it won't be long until these beauties become a reality!

Muggles around the world are celebrating today as Warner Bros has announced that magicless folk will be allowed dine in Hogwarts’ Great Hall this Christmas.

For the second year in a row, London’s Warner Bros Studio Tour is offering Potter fans the opportunity to enjoy a Christmas feast on the iconic Hogwarts set, but, as with last year, tickets are limited and bound to sell-out fast.

Guests will be greeted with drinks and canapés before gaining access to the Great Hall, which will be decked out with original props from the Harry Potter flicks.

They will then take their seats on the actual set and receive special wands to mark the occasion, before enjoying Christmas dinner with all the trimmings.

Once fed, visitors will be able to explore the full Studio Tour, which includes access to the Gryffindor common room, Platform 9 ¾ and Diagon Alley.

The event will run for two days only (Wednesday December 7 and Thursday December 8) and tickets cost £240 (around €275) per person.

Tickets go on sale this Thursday, October 6, at 10am.

Our favourite wizard, Daniel Radcliffe, was on the Graham Norton Show last night alongside Trolls co-stars Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick.

While chatting away to Graham, Daniel mentioned the time he had a face-to-face encounter with THE Donald Trump. 

The 27-year-old told the story of what happened when he met Donald over 15 years ago.

"I was like 11 or 12 and it was when we were doing press for the first Potter movie, and they took us to New York" Daniel explained.

He continued: "I was about to do the Today Show and I'd never been American morning TV before, and I was quite nervous."

"Donald Trump had also been on that day. They walked me over to him because clearly they were like, somebody must have said, ‘Hey, you wanna meet the kid who plays Harry Potter?'"

Daniel then went on to explain how Donald gave him advice with regards to being nervous for the show. 

"He said, ‘How are you?' I said, ‘I'm quite nervous. I've never been on TV before, I don't know what I'm gonna talk about.' And he brilliantly just said, ‘You tell them you just met Mr. Trump.'"

He literally told Harry Potter that he should talk about meeting Donald Trump on the show… rather than the hugely successful movies and books?

Trump would 100% be in Slytherin house…

Pottermore is the place to go for all the Harry Potter and it's like a bible for any JK Rowling fans out there.

One of the website's newest features is being able to find out what your Patronus is.

If you can't remember from the movie, a Patronus is like your animal guardian that protects you against those rotten dementors.

So, when one former Harry Potter star logged on to her account to see what her guardian animal is, she was none too pleased to find out she got a… Salmon.

Evanna Lynch took to Twitter to complain to Pottermore and said: "I don't geddit @pottermore… all of my happiest memories are spent in the presence of cats.

"Why oh why is my Patronus a SALMON?!" 

To be honest, we'd be pretty miffed too.

If you're a die-hard Harry Potter fan, then chances are you've probably spent more time than you'd like to admit pondering the place it all began – 4 Privet Drive.

The humble beginnings, where we first met Harry in JK Rowling's debut novel, set the stage for the epic journey which we went on alongside the young wizard for over a decade.

And now it's up for sale.

According to The Independent, the detached family home in Berkshire, which was chosen as the set of the Dursley's home in the first Harry Potter flick, is now on the market, and it can be yours for just £475,000.

Having previously gone on sale in May 2010 for £290,000, it looks like its association with the smash-hit franchise has done much to increase its value.

According to Chancellors estate agents, the three-bedroom property is 'situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location' and has 'recently undergone complete renovation to an extremely high standard.'

Oh, and the kicker? It still boasts Harry's famous cupboard under the stairs.

From Anap to Furnunculus and Langlock to Reducio, those Hogwarts kids had their work cut out for them mastering every spell in the book.

But one guy –  a Muggle, no less – has managed to incorporate almost every single spell into a rap, and YouTube officially has a new hero.

Alex Day uploaded the impressive footage on Monday, and since then the clicks have been going through the roof.

After sharing the words of the rap with YouTube users, Alex realised he had accidentally omitted Levicorpus, and used Mobilicorpus twice.

"I was devastated whe I realised," he wrote, but it doesn't look like anyone is holding it against him as thousands have flocked to the page to check out the performance.

 "Holy sh*t, everything about this is perfect," wrote one while another YouTube user added: "This is simply the best thing that happened today."

Ladies, prepare yourselves for this one.
