So, the iPhone 7 is HISSING at its owners, and Twitter cannot cope
We generally expect our phones to bow to our every command, and for the most part they do.
But when the fight back, they really fight back.
And it sounds like the new iPhone 7 has no problem showing its user when it's done with their demands if emerging reports are anything to go by.
According to Twitter users, the latest model emits a strange hissing noise if overloaded or forced to run too many apps simultaneously.
Those in the know have suggested that the hissing noise is connected to something known as 'coil whine', and it appears the sound is not, in fact, unique to the iPhone 7 or 7 plus, with older models also emitting the noise on occasion.
'Coil whine' or not, Twitter users needed to have their say on this one…

I rather have a phone that makes hissing sounds than have a phone that explodes #hissgate
