Her weight-loss journey has been well-documented – dropping an incredible 4st and going from a size 16 to a size 6 after overhauling her diet and exercise habits. 

Yes, since emerging as queen of the I'm A Celebrity jungle last year, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has gone from strength-to-strength.

It's a transformation that Vicky herself attributes more specifically to ditching junk food and alcohol and switching to a healthy diet of three meals a day. 

She furthermore has a best-selling fitness DVD and a V-Nutrtion range of nutritional bars.

However, the 28-year old has taken even her loyal fans by surprise with her latest Instagram post. Showing a before-and-after snap, Ms Pattison's incredible transformation can be seen to full effect.

Her fans were quick to compliment her too. "Really impressive transformation! Keep it up and be proud!!" said one. "You were still hot before but you're on fire now!! X" said another. A third commentator remarked: "Body achieves what the mind believes, well done you look amazing."

Just this week is was announced that Ms Pattinson had been given an ITV presenting gig for an I'm A Celeb spin-off show.

Reality TV stars are entertaining, controversial and love being in front of the camera so you’d think they’d be ideal contestants for I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.

But – according to new reports – ITV looks set to ban those of reality TV fame from entering its famous jungle because they have an “unfair advantage” over the show’s other participants.

According to The Telegraph, I’m a Celeb… bosses want to ditch reality stars from November’s line-up in favour of more “credible” names.

A number of the show’s former contestants are said to have complained that reality TV personalities have an “unfair advantage” in the jungle because they are used to being filmed close up and have large social media followings.

A Sun source said: “The last series got a ribbing for having so many reality show stars and giving them lots of camera time.”

“Despite them providing most entertainment, bosses are keen to lure more credible campmates.”

Given that TV personalities from Geordie Shore, The Only Way Is Essex and Made in Chelsea have proven very popular in recent years, it will be interesting to see how the decision to exclude them will play out.

After spending years on the cobbles playing Coronations Street’s Rosie Webster, it looks like Helen Flanagan is now enjoying her favourite role yet; mum to her daughter Matilda.

The 25-year-old has been speaking about how her life has changed since becoming a mum to her one-year-old.

Appearing on Loose Women on Wednesday, Helen was asked about her family life and how it’s impacted her life.

“I was lost before I was a mum.

“My life has changed massively. But completely for the better. I’m in my element being a mum.”

Helen faced her fair-share of backlash over the years especially during her time on I’m A Celebrity but it seems motherhood has helped her overcome the scrutiny and focus on what is important.

She has made me so much happier. It changes your priorities and you realise what's important but I am completely besotted with her.

“It is really full on but you don't realise how much until you actually become a mother yourself.”

And like most celebrity mums, the public have also been quick to judge Helen for her parenting choices including her decision to co-sleep with her daughter.

“We did do that but we have a different routine now. We've got our bed back

“It wasn't something that we planned to do but when she was four or five months old, I was breastfeeding her and she ended up in bed with us.

“I would never want to promote sleeping with a newborn as it's dangerous. I felt guilty when I read about it. It's only when they are old enough or strong enough.”

Matilda is Helen’s first child with boyfriend, Aston Villa player, Scott Sinclair but it sounds like she won’t be the last.

“We had talked about trying for a baby last Christmas – and then we said when she's two and now we're saying when she's three, so we’ll see.”

Vicky Pattison returned home to the UK this week after winning I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here and we sort of just assumed that all of her Geordie Shore cast mates would be attending the celebrations.

After all, it was the MTV party show that gave Vicky her big break. 

However, despite showing unwavering support for Vicky on social media, it seems that the newly crowned queen of jungle has not invited Charlotte to the celebratory parties reportedly happening in Newcastle this weekend. 

But of course, that won't stop Charlotte. 

"If Vicky has a welcome home party, I might make a little entrance."

We would not expect anything less from our Char. 

As it turns out, our favourite Geordie Shore cast member is a tad bit jealous of Vicky's foray into the jungle. 

"I’ve wanted to do [I'm a Celebrity] for f*****g years. But when I wanted to do it they wouldn’t take anyone from Geordie Shore."

"That’s the only thing I’m jealous of. I can’t do it now ‘cos I’ve been on Big Brother. They won’t take anyone from Big Brother."

Still Charlotte is definitely enjoying herself lately as it was revealed earlier this week that she is officially dating her Geordie co-star Gary Beadle. 

Gary confirmed the rumours in a video recorded by Charlotte a few days ago. 

"We’re enjoying our time together and it’s nice and I’m glad to embrace it all with [her]."

The 2015 series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here finished up tonight, with Vicky Pattison crowned the very deserving winner.

Vicky and George were the last two stars remaining after Ferne McCann was sent home by public vote midway through tonight's episode.

The three contestants had a tough start to the show, with Vicky forced to battle eels, pythons, yabbies and mub crabs in the semi-underwater Surf and Turf challenge.

As for Ferne, she was left to eat such delicacies as the tip of a bull's penis and a LIVE and very hairy water spider, to earn points for the camp.

Standard.

George, meanwhile, simply had to lie in a cage… albeit in the company of 45,000 cockroaches, 25,000 crickets, 5,000 mealworms, 20 witchetty grubs and five nests of green ants.

The trio were rewarded for their hard work before the first round of results, with a slap-up three course meal – which for once didn't contain any creepy crawlies.

Vicky went for lasagne and chips, Ferne dined on Chow Mein, while George went for lamb moussaka. 

Geordie Shore lass Vicky has been the favourite to win for the last few days, with bookies giving her 5/2 odds of taking the crown. 

Ferne's burgeoning flirtation with Union J star George was the talk of many viewers over the last couple of weeks – wonder if they'll have a cheeky smooch at the wrap party this evening?

Another series, another batch of dramatic exits.

Lady Colin Campbell has become the latest I'm A Celebrity contestant to quit the TV show, with ITV confirming that she left the jungle just hours ago.

The cranky socialite made a name for herself over the last two weeks with her signature brand of insults, which range from calling Duncan Bannatyne 'an impertinent  old goat' to calling Yvette Fielding a 'tart.' 

Eagle-eyed fans have already spotted the 66-year-old back at The Versace Hotel on Australia's Gold Coast, where the contestants stay after eviction.

As a result of Lady C's exit – which ITV say is due to "medical reasons" – the next elimination has been cancelled.

"During her time in the jungle, Lady C locked horns with many of her fellow campmates," the station said in a statement today. 

"It's fair to say she'll be missed by Kieron in particular though, who she struck up a strong bond with."

Unsurprisingly, Twitter has gone into meltdown, with a mixed reaction from viewers and former contestants alike:

Lady C is now the second contestant to quit the show, after Spencer Matthews pulled out on Day 5, after revealing to producers that he was addicted to steroids.

"Shortly after I arrived in Australia I told the team I was taking a steroid-based medication," he said of his revelation, which he had kept a secret from his family.

Let's hope nobody else quits at this late stage… there are only a few days to go!

It must get fairly stressful to be broadcasting live from the Australian jungle every evening – especially when you're trying to keep a cast of hungry reality stars in check.

Usually, Ant and Dec, the long-time hosts of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! take all the mishaps and glitches in their stride.

But during one particularly tiresome moment earlier this week, Dec couldn't help sound off a bit.

The only problem? His mic was still on, meaning his words were broadcast live to millions of ITV viewers.

Ant and Dec were talking to contestant Vicki Pattison over the phone, but technical difficulties meant she couldn't hear what they were saying.

In the end a member of the production crew in the camp relayed the message to Vicki, telling her to head to the Bush Telegraph with Duncan Bannatyne and George Shelley.

Clearly annoyed at having to deal with the dodgy phone lines live on air, Dec could be heard saying, "Why didn't they just do that in the first place instead of you having to ring her?"

The technical difficulties didn't end there though, as Ferne McCann got cut off during another call just minutes later, while Vicky, George and Duncan struggled to hear Ant and Dec from the Bush Telegraph.

Here's a tip… don't rely on phones when broadcasting live from a rainforest.

As former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis is forced to quit the jungle – over a potentially fatal nut allergy – I'm A Celebrity bosses are desperately scrambling to secure some alternative big names for the reality TV show.

And it seems they've succeeded: signing a cheque for a cool €280,000 they've managed to rope in none other than former professional boxer Chris Eubank. 

“We have been struggling to attract big names in the older celebrity world, so we are delighted to have secured Chris.

“Chris is not a man known to mince his words, and he often comes out with bizarre rants, making him an ideal candidate for I’m A Celebrity," a source told The Sun.

They added: “His eccentricity will be something to behold – especially when he is hungry and deprived of sleep as campmates always are in the jungle."

Other names thought to be lined up for the reality show include Dragon’s Den investor Duncan Bannatyne, TOWIE star Ferne McCann, Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews and X Factor choreographer Brian Friedmann.

Earlier this week, soap star Stephanie Davis, 22, confirmed on Twitter that although she had secured a place on the show, it was subsequently revealed that a nut allergy that could prove fatal.

Understandably, Stephanie has been left gutted that she can no longer take part.

A classically-trained pianist, singer-songwriter and a presenter of repute – not to mention one of reality TV's most successful celebrity contestants – Myleene Klass clearly has numerous strings to her bow. 

Indeed, after being pictured in that white bikini almost decade ago during I'm A Celebrity, she's furthermore carved a career as a swimwear designer and model. 

And she was once again donning one of her own pieces earlier today – looking stunning in a head-turning black one-piece that has now been reduced to just €22 on the Littlewoods Ireland website.

Ms Klass is currently enjoying a sunshine-drenched holiday with her two daughters, and although she undeniably looks beautiful, it's clear that Myleene has also recently been swapping cake for kettlebells: she's lost more weight.

In fact, some fans have now taken to social media to express their concern, with many saying underneath her Instagram snaps that she was "too skinny". 

"That's not a healthy look to be portraying," one stated. "Bit gutted @myleeneklass would think this is a good thing to show. #healthyisthenewskinny."

"Far too skinny," stated another. "Those aren't abs either, she's emaciated. I looked the exact same way when I was suffering from anorexia."

However, not everyone was so critical and the star was heaped with praise too. In fact, one told those who had called Myleene out for being too thin: "There are people with naturally skinny frames.

"You are trying to promote a positive body attitude but you are actually body shaming @myleeneklass and that's not fair on her or anyone else who has a naturally petite body.

"Healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and they should all be equally praised."

Tomorrow would have been 37-year-old Ms Klass's fourth wedding anniversary – so no doubt the trip away is well deserved. She married Dubliner Graham Quinn on October 21, 2011 but they split just six months later.

She sensationally quit last year after just 72hours – but Gemma Collins was still said to be desperate to give I’m A Celebrity another go in 2015.

However, her Aussie outback ambitions have now been thwarted: ITV producers have sensationally blocked her from participating.

And they’re citing medical grounds as the reason.

Yes, following the standard psychological screening that all potential contestants partake in, the former Towie star has been deemed “too vulnerable”.

And according to The Sun, she is pretty devastated by their decision.

“Gemma is gutted because she was desperate to give it another go,” a source told the paper.

“She’s in the best shape of her life but docs feared another repeat of last year’s early exit.

“Despite losing weight and brimming with confidence, they felt she still wasn’t strong enough to cope with the demands.

“ITV still want her to be involved with the show in some capacity. They think she’s TV gold.”

Gemma’s brief time in the Celebrity Jungle was characterised by ongoing – and usually totally irrational – fears relating to just about everything.

Indeed, at one point she believed she had contracted malaria and she was often filmed in floods of tears.

In a further blow, it is believed that Ms Collins actually turned down a place on the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother just so she could secure her place on I’m A Celeb.

With Louis Walsh already confirming he’s been chatting to producers about an appearance on the hit show, the potential I’m A Celebrity line-up for 2015 is already looking like one of the strongest yet.

Ant and Dec will, of course, front the show – and it will begin airing on an as-yet unconfirmed date next month.

There have been a total of 14 series so far – with the latest instalment about to kick off next month.

And while the exact famous faces who will be entering the Celebrity Jungle this year have not yet been confirmed, rumour is now abound. 

Indeed, a certain Louis Walsh, 63, has already confirmed that he is currently in talks with producers to appear on the hit show for 2015. 

He told BBC Newsbeat rather cryptically that he "could be" about to make his I'm A Celebrity debut: "I'm not saying I said no, I am not saying I said yes. Let's see what happens."

But seemingly ITV chiefs are desperate to have the Mayo-man sign the dotted line: they're reportedly willing to cough up €675,000 in order to persuade him to jet out to the Aussie wilderness.

A former Geordie Shore star, and now published author has revealed that she is not a fan of one half of the genetically blessed Wright duo.

Charlotte Crosby, 25, spoke with Star magazine recently and did not hold back when it came to her opinion on Mark’s career, and his personality.

She was asked if she would ever consider joining the cast of Strictly Come Dancing and responded by saying she heard the show can be a bit snobby.

When she was told that former TOWIE cast member Mark has taken part in the past, her response was certainly honest:

“I don't know why, but people bow down to him as if he's some kind of king.”

She also added, “He’s quite shit and he doesn’t have that much of a personality.”

Charlotte, who has previously revealed that I’m a Celebrity have said they don’t want any Geordie Shore stars on their show as they are not very “family-friendly”, also had questions about Mark’s career.

"Why does he keeping getting work?!" she asked the magazine.

Mark was previously a semi-professional football player, and as well as Strictly he presented Take Me Out: The Gossip. While Charlotte has said she would love to get into the jungle, Mark has managed to get there already before her.

In 2011 he was runner up in the reality competition, coming second to Dougie Poynter, McBusted member and boyfriend of Ellie Goulding.

Charlotte may have her doubts about Mark’s career prospects but he has been in the U.S recently taking a serious of meetings in Hollywood with his wife Michelle Keegan. So we suppose only time will tell if Charlotte’s analysis proves correct or not.

While Mark seems to be basking in newlywed bliss, Charlotte has also revealed recently that she and boyfriend Mitch Jenkins are split up for the second time. 

She told an Australian radio station: 

"I just thought right I just need to cool things off, so I got back from Greece and I finished things and we haven't been back together ever since. I think that's it now."

The pair has dated for 18 months before she returned to the Geordie Shore and then reunited not long after Charlotte had unveiled her dramatic weight loss following the series finishing filming.
