Chrissy Teigen, social media queen and recent mum to her second child is serving up yet another brilliant dose of parenting relatability in her latest Instagram post.
This weekend, Chrissy shared a photo of herself breastfeeding. But it wasn't just seven-week-old son Miles she had to contend with feeding, because Chrissy has a baby on each breast
How we love you Chrissy.
The other baby? One of Luna's dolls, because Chrissy is that kind of mum. The hands-on, multi-tasking mum (basically, ALL mums) who ensures her daughter doesn't feel left out of the attention her baby brother will receive.
"Luna making me feed her babydoll so I guess I have twins now," Chrissy captioned the photo.
But more than just #ParentingGoals, the behaviour that Luna is displaying here is actually an important developmental milestone. The Mayo Clinic recommends parents give kids Luna's age a doll when a new baby brother or sister enters the picture "so that he or she can be a caregiver, too". And even though Luna isn't the one 'feeding' the baby here, studies suggest that toddlers of a similar age "were interested in 'real-world' materials and wanted to use those materials rather than toy items," and that "[If] They were able to distinguish between play and real materials, and they would choose the real items."
Most of her fans identified with the snap -and thanked her for continuing to use her huge social media following to normalise breastfeeding, but for those that took issue with it, she had this to say:
I don’t care to see grainy fireworks, coachella selfies or infinity pool pics but i let people live. calm your tits and scroll on by. https://t.co/k604IcF55a
Bey decided to ditch the caption and simply let her images speak for themselves – which they did.
Her 115 million followers showed their support with comments such as, ''SLAY PRETTY IN PINK'' and ''You are PERFECT in every way. No matter what you do, what you wear, what you sing'' while others simply opted for love hearts or fire emojis.
Summer had finally arrived, and you know what that means – BBQs, beer gardens, and of course, a social feed full of other people's holiday snaps.
Now, whether we like it or not, all flat tummy bikini photos can fill our minds with high expectations and feeling of inadequacy, even if deep down we know they're not realistic.
After all, who hasn't sucked in their their stomach or stood on their tippy toes in order to look good in front of the camera?
And while the girls of Instagram have got this practice down to a fine art, it's important to remember the truth behind those seemingly perfect pool-side snaps.
Earlier this week, Instagrammer, Imre Çeçen, shared a this photo in an effort to debunk the 'hotdog leg' myth.
In her caption Imre describes the measures she had to go to in order to take the first picture, and to be honest it sounds like a lot of work.
"Creating that thighgap & skinny legs feel was real hard. I had to arch my back like crazy, hold my legs up (serious ab work was involved) and had to sit on the edge of the pool which caused me to almost fall."
She also said she admired the women who actually have the strenght do actually sit like this all the time.
"To people who do sit like this in real life; I admire your core strenght & willpower!"
So, the next time you're soaking uo some sun at the edge of a pool, don't feel self conscious – you're leg a supposed to look like that.
"Yep, that's the truth behind poolside hotdog pics. Truth be told I'd much rather sit like that right pic whilst enjoying an actual hotdog."
"My sh*t is going to start at 9 p.m. because that's how I celebrate, that's how Caribbean people celebrate," she said.
"I don't like baby showers that be at 5 p.m. in the backyard, eating, cooking hors d'oeuvres."
Cardi herself stuck to the colour scheme of the shower by choosing a baby pink sleeveless bodycon dress complete with her typical bling – chandelier earrings a huge layered necklace.
There was also a dance floor and a library filled with baby books, according to Harpers Bazaar.
Cardi B recently revealed on Twitter that she had married her boyfriend Offset in September 2017 in their bedroom.
''One morning in September we woke up and decided to get married. We found someone to marry us, and she did, just the two of us and my cousin. I said I do, with no dress no make up and no ring!''
If the secret wedding is anything to go by, they might keep the news of the birth private for a while too. Wishing you all the best, Cardi!
First Instagram came for Snapchat with the development of its stories feature, and now the app is aiming to become a one-stop-shop by taking on YouTube with its new update.
Instagram have just introduced IGTV – a video sharing action that allows creators to upload hour-long video content.
Insta is moving to become the all-inclusive app for all forms of social content, as the one aspect it hasn't had previously is vertical-form, long-line video.
Young people gravitate more and more to the intimate feeling and personal content created by online stars over on Youtube, with videos on the platform earning billions of views.
IGTV will be curated to the users you already follow and interact with most, much like stories.
To start off with, only bigger accounts ill be able to upload long videos, but the option will be rolled out to all accounts over time.
Instagram is expected to build out a monetization option for IGTV creators, much like YouTube.
Currently there are no ads on the service, but that is sure to change with time.
Could YouTube go the way of Snpachat thanks to this Insta development? We'll soon find out.
Most of us share quite a bit of our lives on Instagram – using the app to connect with friends, share pictures from nights out and brunches of Sunday's past.
However when you're and influencer, your Instagram page can become your career as well as a place to share your favourite snaps.
Claudine Kehoe, one of Ireland's leading influencers with a following for her style and travel snaps faced every Instagrammer's biggest nightmare when she lost her Instagram page to a hack – and her 80,000 followers with it.
Claudine described the hack as being committed by a 'lowlife,' after being forced to create a new page.
Her new Insta has gained over 8,000 followers in less than 24 hours.
Her fellow influencer sisters Emma and Ashley have been sharing their little sister's page across their social medis to let people know where Caludine's account went.
She hasn’t given up hope of retrieving her page, and thanked her followers for their support.
Claudine admits that there are many worse things in life than losing an online account – but if we lost 80k followers, we wouldn't be too happy either.
Hopefully Instagram cracks down on hackers and restores Claudine's account to it's full glory.
The world of romance can often be fraught with break-ups, thirsty booty calls and dramatic fights – some of which culminate in the cringiest, poorly considered messaged known to human kind.
One Instagram page, Texts From Your Ex, has taken on the task of compiling anonymous screenshots of horrendous, hilarious and downright horny messages people have received from their ex's.
Here's a selection that had us HOWLING on our commute:
The best piece of fashion advice that Millie Mackintosh ever got was from her grandmother.
“My grandmothers used to say flaunt what you’ve got. When I was a teenager I had really bad acne and I didn't feel very good about it. She would give me a really short mini-skirt and would say to go out there and flaunt your legs cause that’s one of your best features," she tells SHEmazing.
"If you’re not feeling to good about one thing just forget about and focus on something that you do feel good about.
"She's such a glamorous lady, I posted this picture of her Instagram wearing this faux fur coat I did in one of my collections it got about 20,000 like. She’s always got these amazing retro sunglasses she really is fantastic."
The former Made in Chelsea star and fashion icon is as every bit stunning in the flesh as she is on her 1.3 million follower-strong Instagram. Dublin, she says, is one of her favourite cities.
“It feels quite familiar now, I don’t quite know my way around yet. I must have been about 10 times now. I always feel really happen when I land in Dublin. I always seem to end up in Roberta's for cocktails."
As well as sampling the chicest watering holes around capital, Millie adores Irish street style.
“I love Irish style I think you’ve got great designers. What I really appreciate about the Irish girl is that she really loves to dress up and loves to get a new outfit for every event. I feel like there’s a lot of thought that goes into the outfits and I love that because I love to dress up as well."
But how can us Irish girls get the Chelsea look? Don't worry it can be done, and Millie's got the inside scoop on how to dress like an Insta-star this summer.
“I’m really loving summer tailoring and summer suits. I wore a really fun yellow one which was High Street recently. You can dress them up or down or wear them as separates.
"Or you could wear the top and the trousers with a tank top for a sports lux look. You can also wear just a bra and heel when you’re all done up for a more sexy look."
Not a suits fan? The classic summer dress is always in style.
“A summer dress is a staple and will see you through lots of events. Go for one that you can wear with different shoes- like espadrilles during the day and maybe a red statement heel for the evening.
"You can throw a denim jacket over it or not jacket if it’s a nice evening. Something you can wear from office to evening."
Engaged to fellow MIC cast member Hugo Taylor, she's got a big style event coming up this summer- her wedding.
“I’m very excited. Last weekend I had my hen party which my best friend organised so that was a really good send off. It’s later this summer but there’s still bits that I’ve left to do but I’m really chill about it.
“I don’t want to be stressed out because I think you’ve got to enjoy it all and enjoy every moment."
One thing she's definitely not going to get stressed about is skincare. When it comes to summer beauty Millie is all about keeping it light and fresh.
“I like letting the skin breathe and I love wearing a tinted moisturiser and I’m really loving Lancôme Skin Feels Good. It’s got SPF and pollution protection which is really good for when you live in a city. It gives a nice coverage but it still looks like your skin. I’m all about that summery quite fresh make-up which looks quite subtle yet glowy and healthy.
“It’s about keeping your skin hydrated in the heat, you don’t want it to be too shiny but you don’t want it to be dried out from the sun either."
Known for her devotion to exercise and healthy eating- she was even featured on the cover of Women's Health. However she's no stranger to a cheeky treat, the new Magnum Praliné in particular.
“I love food. My family’s confectionery history is sweets and toffee, chocolate. I am into healthy eating and exercise but I do love a treat as well. I love Praline. The new Magnum Praliné flavour that I’m here to launch is a favourite of mine."
The face of Magnum's Pleasure Seeking series, Millie has managed to combine fashion with one of the yummiest ice-creams of the summer.
"I’m a big believer in pursuing your pleasure and style has always been that for me," she says. "The Magnum ethos of ‘a day without pleasure is a day lost’ really resonates with me.
"I am always pushing myself to embrace and enjoy everyday."

While we all love a good filter, sometimes the Instagram fitness industry can get a little crazy with its photo editing.
Big brands and fitspo influencers alike could occasionally be accused of using the slimming and blending tools to create an unrealistic silhouette.
One Instagram fitness guru and psychologist Stacey Lee has taken it upon herself to showcase the dramatic differences that photoshop can make, to highlight the negative effects the unrealistic, digitally sculpted physiques we see on social media have on our self esteem.
'How many times have you looked at a photo of yourself and thought negatively about it? How many times have you compared yourself to the models in the magazine, or more likely, the 'models' on Instagram and social media and thought 'nope I don't look like that'?, she said, captioning one snap of her before and after photoshop image.
'How many times have you been tempted to add a filter, tweak the cellulite, remove the blemish, maximise the booty, in order to portray a more 'socially acceptable' version of yourself to the world?'
'Because you feel you aren't 'enough' as you are. Subconsciously we are primed to find certain body types more acceptable.'
'Because you feel you aren't 'enough' as you are. Subconsciously we are primed to find certain body types more acceptable.'
'This can be very subtle changes to photographs seen on a daily basis. But these small changes resonate deeply within our minds.'
'Shaping our beliefs about the way we 'should' look, and therefore creates unrealistic comparisons and perpetuates negative self talk which becomes low self esteem. Recognising the signs of a photoshopped image is important for our mental health.'
'Understanding that sometimes what we are looking at is simply a fantastical image created on something designed to suit virtual reality, NOT the real world.'
