We never thought we would be writing these words, but our fave couple from this year's Love Island are officially over.

Dani took to social media to announced that Jack and herself have decided to go their separate ways.

On her Instagram stories, Dani wrote: "Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways. It's been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but sadly we've come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term."

"We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand. Love Dani x," she said.

Well, it's one of the more classier Love Island break-up announcements, and we are glad to hear there's no bad blood between them.

Jack has yet to make a statement on the news.

But only four days ago, the couple uploaded a selfie together as they prepared for the festive season, so the news will come as a shock to fans.

2018 has claimed another couple and we just can't cope.

Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham have been at the centre of recent rumours.

There have been reports that their relationship is a bit rocky at the moment, but the couple remain steadfast, saying they are more in love than ever.

“They’ve been at each other’s necks for a few weeks now.

“Dani has been offered so many opportunities since leaving the villa, from her hugely successful clothing range with In The Style to appearances with her dad.

“She has a very busy schedule and is doing incredibly well for herself following Love Island,” the source explained.

“A lot is riding on them staying together as they continue to film their reality series – but Dani may not have the patience to stay in the relationship for much longer.”

However, the Love Island power couple quickly denied these claims.

The couple told OK! Magazine that they were “really happy”.

“We try not to pay too much attention to all the gossip,” they said.

And from what we can tell on their Instagram, the couple appear to be having fun together on some special evenings.

They also got the cutest pup together!

We’re relieved they’re doing well and can’t wait for their upcoming reality series together.

They may not be engaged (yet) but Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham have taken quite the serious step in their relationship.

Dani posted a photo of her boyfriend and their new doggo to her Instagram account. She captioned the snap: “My heart.”

The Love Island winners decided to call her Sandy and the reason why is absolutely gas.

Apparently, Jack was the one who suggested expanding their family by adopting a furry friend.

“I haven't really had many dogs in my life. My dad was brought up with dogs around him and always wanted to have a dog. But, my mum never did, and she was like: "Don't get a dog," so I've always had that in my brain,” she revealed.

The 22-year-old is aware that owning a dog is a big commitment but she is so excited about their new addition.

Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham played a trick on us all on Tuesday when they announced their engagement on Instagram. 

However, it turns out the prank was fake news – orchestrated from a dare  by Capital FM's Roman Kemp. However, Jack admitted that he did receive some hassle on the back of the prank.

'I was sound asleep my phone kept ringing. I was going, ‘Who’s got the audacity to ring me at this time?’ So I was really annoyed.'

He went on to describe his family's anger, as they thiught they had been left out of the loop regarding Jack and Dani's 'engagement.'

"‘I don’t know what you’re talking about’. ‘Well you’re engaged’. I went, ‘No I’m not’. They went, ‘Yes you are’.

'I’m actually having an argument with my mates and my brother about being engaged,' he laughed. 

Well, we're sure all is forgiven now that the reality of the prank has been revealed.

It looks like the second Love Island wedding might be on the cards. 

Our fave couple and the winners of the show, Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham, have sent fans into an absolute frenzy with their latest photo on social media.

Dani took to Instagram stories to post a picture of a ring on her engagement finger with the caption: 

''I said YES! My soulmate'' followed by a love heart emoji.

The 22-year-old also posted the image to Twitter, adding, ''I can't believe it.''

Fans were quick to congratulate the pair, however it turns out that it might be just a prank as it seems that Roman Kemp on Capital FM dared them to share the snap.

Dani was asked to prank her followers during an appearance on Capital FM. 

Don't rush out to buy your hats just yet but deffo watch this space.

The pair will also divulge how they avoided joining the ‘Do Bits Society.’

Love Island may be over tonight but it's certainly not the last we'll be seeing of Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham's blossoming relationship.

That's because, according to The Sun, the loved-up pair are set to get their very own reality show, and we are super excited! 

Apparently, producers at ITV2 have approached the couple about a three-part series which will follow them as they adjust to life outside the villa.

The couple, both from Essex, have been together since day one and have already planned to move in together, so a reality show seems like the next step.

"There is a big money offer on the table for the couple and cameras want to start filming them as soon as they leave the villa.," a TV production company told the paper. 

"There is a huge interest in capturing the moment that Jack finally meets Danny in person, something he’s been nervous about since day one. Danny will give him a hard time and plenty of banter so it would be TV gold."

We would definitely watch it just for that moment!
