We ain't so sure about this statement, we have to say. Jordyn Woods has referred to the fallout from the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal as 'cancerous', and EEK.
Sis did NOT hold back in a new interview with Cosmopolitan UK, where she says that she didn't know what the "right thing to do" was after Tristan kissed her.
Woods divulged more scandalous statements about the Khloe Kardashian/Tristan Thompson cheating drama, saying; "Sh*t happens," Jordyn said. Very eloquent.
"And in the end, I never want to see anyone hurt; I would hate to be the reason for anyone's pain. We all have to go to sleep with ourselves at night," she added.
Jordyn also confessed that she became addicted to looking at everyone's reactions to the news, calling it 'cancerous';
“It becomes addictive to look on the internet, to look at your name. When I would look at my name and see all of the things that people were saying, it became like a tumour. It became cancerous to me.”
The young model also describes how she didn't know "what the right thing to do" was after the kiss;
"I just needed some time by myself to try to understand what was happening, why it was happening, and how am I going to react to this internally, you know? How can I make things right with myself, with God and with my relationships?"
She was completely "in shock" after Tristan kissed her, and all she could think was; "That didn't just happen."
Jordyn also emphasised her hope that one day she could be friends with Kylie Jenner again, saying;
"I love her. That’s my homie. I hope everything falls into place and that we can all grow and build our relationships with our family and God and come back together one day and be stronger and happier."
Kylie just unfollowed her on Instagram the other day, so we're sort of doubting if this could ever happen. Considering Khloe is her big sister, she's most likely going to choose to support her rather than Jordyn.
Another day, another cryptic Instagram story from Khloe Kardashian.
Fresh from the intense drama of her ex-boyfriend cheating (again), but this time with Kylie Jenner's BFF Jordyn Woods, Khloe is making it VERY clear how pissed off she is at Jordyn.
News broke on Wednesday that Woods has recorded a tell-all interview for the Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith, despite having signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Kardashian clan for her job as an extra on their reality show.
The scalding hot tea (interview) is airing TONIGHT at 3am Irish time on the Red Table Talk Facebook live, and everyone is gagging to hear her side of the story,
Allegedly, she claims to never have slept with Tristan; they just shared a kiss, and states alcohol didn't play a part.
Tristan and Jordyn were hanging out with Drake “and his crew” according to E! News, and were “definitely hanging close to one another and were being very flirty. Tristan had his arms around her at one point.”
“Jordyn stood by him the entire time they were out and he was laughing and smiling at her.” Of course, the situation “quickly escalated” between them and she went to a secretive party at Tristan's home.
Jordyn goes way back with the Smith family, so it's understandable why she chose to go to Jada with the problem. Khloe doesn't seem too happy with the entire scenario, continuously posting cryptic messages to her Instagram stories.
The latest says: "You ever notice people would rather stop speaking to you instead of apologising when they're wrong?"
Clearly the reality tv star family aren't best pleased with Jordyn's choice to give a tell-all interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, rather than publicly apologising.
Jordyn is expected to apologise to Khloe during the interview, but we doubt the 34-year-old mum of True Thompson will accept it lightly.
Time will tell if Jordyn will make her way back into the Kardashian family circle, and if Kylie Jenner will continue their friendship. Khloe and Tristan are now officially over, so we'll see what happens there too.
This one is an absolute curveball, if we're honest. We thought the news that Jordyn Woods is embroiled in a cheating scandal with Khloe's ex and baby daddy Tristan Thompson was bad enough…
Now it's been reported that Jordyn ALSO was hooking up with another one of Khloe's ex-boyfriends ON THE SAME NIGHT as Tristan: James Harden. *Gasp*
Grab the popcorn for this roller-coaster of a ride, it's a wild time.
Kylie Jenner's 21-year-old former BFF is allegedly telling her truth in an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, airing this Friday, but she also signed a non-disclosure agreement with the Kardashians as an extra on their reality show.
The Red Table Talk will hear Jordyn's side of the story, but The Blast have other tales to tell regarding the night in question. Sources claim that Woods told friends that she “hooked up” with James Harden right after Thompson.
TMZ, The Blast, and Peopleall reported that Woods signed an "ironclad NDA" with the famous family to never speak about them, so the interview could get her in a spot of legal trouble, but if this claim about Harden is legit, Khloe will presumably be RAGING.
We have absolutely zero idea what Jordyn was thinking if all of these allegations are true, we're guessing alcohol played a part though.
The incident with Harden apparently happened on February 18 in LA, after James had come home from an NBA All-Star game. (Khloe must have a thing for basketball players.)
Woods apparently confided in her mates that she'd hooked up with Harden, and that Khloe gave the Woods her "blessing". Khloe dated Harden for eight months back in the day.
Unforch, Khloe didn't actually know about the meeting between Woods and her ex-boyfriend and found out after the news broke of Thompson's alleged affair with Woods.
Woods claims to have contacted Khloé that Monday after leaving Thompson’s home, and claimed she was being a “watchdog” to make sure nothing dodgy happened, and never mentioned James Harden.
Sources state that Khloe was absolutely “devastated” over Woods' betrayal, as Woods is Kylie's best friend and has been almost like a member of the family herself.
It's been a long week for the Kardashians, and the drama is showing NO sign of slowing down yet.
Long story short; Tristan Thompson, 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player, baby daddy to True Thompson and Khloe Kardashian, is safely locked in the dog house. For good reason.
Khloe's ex cheated on her AGAIN, but this time with Kylie Jenner's 21-year-old best friend Jordyn Woods. We can't make this sh*t up.
Of course, this ain't the first time dear old Tristan has cheated; he cheated on his pregnant ex-girlfriend WITH Khloe initially and then cheated on Khloe while she was pregnant. But yeah, he seems swell.
He's reportedly trying to make amends with the reality star following the absurd scandal, and has thirstily been liking her Instagram posts.
We have no idea on earth as to why Khloe still follows him on the social media site, we'd have blocked him lightning quick.
Yup, Tristan is already trying to worm his way back into Khloe's life. However, Jordyn Woods herself is giving her first interview since the news broke; she's sitting down with Jada Pinkett Smith and the Red Table Talk episode airs this Friday.
We suspect neither Jordyn nor Tristan will come out of it looking like angels…
People's sources, while discussing Jordyn's upcoming tell-all, said "if Jordyn says anything except 'I’m sorry' or tries to trash Tristan, that’s going to push Khloé back to him and destroy Jordyn."
We can't see Khloe ever being 'pushed back' to Tristan, but it looks like he's been trying his very best to put things right. Good look with that, henny.
"Tristan has been telling Khloé that he feels bad and that they have a kid together and that he disrespected her as the mother of his child," People's insider says. "He’s trying to make amends."
Look at him liking Khloé's photos, the absolute NECK. Some fans suspect the pair have already reconciled, but we suspect her famous fam would intervene if she took him back again…
In case anyone has yet to hear the latest serving of scalding hot Kardashian tea, Jordyn Woods will be giving her first interview since the cheating scandal involving Khloe Kardashian's ex boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
She has maintained a silence since rumours began of her apparent hook up with the father of Khloe's baby, True, but now the model has sat down with family friend Jada Pinkett Smith to record an episode of her Red Table Talk Podcast.
The interview will recount her story of the night in question, and is set to be quite the wild ride;
It was recorded yesterday, and a source has told TMZ that Jada's goal with the podcast was to "to create a healing between Jordyn and Khloe." We'll see if that one works out for ya Jada…
As a close friend of the Kardashian family and an extra on their reality show, the model has signed Non-Disclosure Agreements to maintain her relationship with the famous family, so she can't speak her mind completely.
The episode will air on the Red Table Talk Facebook page on Friday, but now Khloe has begun liking posts on Twitter surrounding the news:
i really don’t understand the point of this. there’s no way she can justify what she did https://t.co/trPysrhMwF
The first one reads; "I really don’t understand the point of this. there’s no way she can justify what she did."
A fan maintains that there's nothing Jordyn can say to repair the bond between herself and Khloe, who is her best friend Kylie Jenner's older sister.
Judging by that Twitter like, Khloe is still pretty mad and forgiveness isn't exactly on her mind at the moment.
She slept with Khloé's baby daddy, and they havent even publicly said ONE bad thing about her, just unfollowed her, so how is that the Kardashians fault? Jordyn smeared her OWN name! https://t.co/NmRzJrwDh1
The second tweet defends the Kardashians and claims that they have never smeared Jordyn's name publicly, despite the rumours.
"She slept with Khloé's baby daddy, and they havent even publicly said ONE bad thing about her, just unfollowed her, so how is that the Kardashians fault? Jordyn smeared her OWN name!" says one social media fan.
Khloe liked the post, showing her agreement with the fact that neither herself nor her family members have actually said Jordyn's name at all since the scandal has emerged, only unfollowed her on social media.
This was a reply to another Twitter statement referencing Jordyn Woods' friendship with the Smith family;
"Her and her family are REAL cool with the Smith’s so I really want them to paint her in a good light. The Kardashian’s are obviously smearing her name for ratings, but Jordyn deserves a win!"
Fans are concerned that Jada Pinkett Smith will paint Jordyn in a better light than she supposedly deserves, but we'll have to wait and see when the episode airs this Friday.
We suspect Jada will try to have a balanced discussion, as she always does on her talk show. We're getting the popcorn ready in preparation, it's going to be JUICY viewing.
A few months ago, Will Smith appeared on the cover of Entertainment Weekly alongside the stars of Disney's live-action remake of Aladdin, and people had something to SAY.
Basically, he wasn't blue, and this deeply offended the general public. Like, DEEPLY offended. Scuba diving in the Pacific deep.
He took to Instagram to defend himself, writing; "I’m gonna be BLUE! This is how the Genie is in human or disguise form. My character will be CGI most of the movie."
Our first look at Will Smith’s Genie in the live-action #Aladdin has appeared and he’s not CGI! Thoughts?
However, during the Grammy's ad-break last night, a new trailer for the movie was released and once again, fans ain't happy.
Disney managed to sneak in a minute-long trailer featuring Naomi Scott as Jasmine and Mena Massoud in the protagonist role. Will Smith's turn as the Genie has EVERYONE talking.
The 50-year-old actor is under a lot of pressure, taking over the reboot role from Robin Williams' iconic performance.
Sharing his own reaction to the trailer release, Will wrote on Instagram: "I told y’all I was gon’ be Blue!! Y’all need to trust me more often!"
When he accepted the role, the actor said: "Whenever you’re doing things that are iconic, it’s always terrifying. The question is always: Where was there meat left on the bone? Robin didn’t leave a lot of meat on the bone with the character."
The 1992 animation starred Robin Williams, and became especially iconic for his role in the voice acting and music.
The memes have already begun flowing in, and we are entertained to say the least.
Warning: this article may be upsetting for anyone who has experienced sexual abuse, assault or harassment.
In case you've missed the drama surrounding R Kelly following the release of a six-hour length Lifetime documentary regarding his sexual predation, the explosive TV episodes have one again brought the dangerous rapper to light.
Horrifying allegations have been made against singer R Kelly for three decades, including an upsetting trial involving 21 counts of child pornography.
The six-part documentary made by Dream Hampton, Surviving R Kelly, retraced reports of the R&B artist's consistent manipulation and abuse of underage girls and sexual misconduct going back 30 years, for which he has never faced any consequences.
Lady Gaga is now being sufficiently ROASTED for declining to appear in the documentary, despite having collaborated with him back in 2013 on the (ironic) track Do What U Want.
Twitter users are calling her out on her debated hypocrisy, as she plays a large role in the #MeToo movement and declared that she has had her own abuser, though won't name him, yet works with known paedophiles.
Her silence in 2019 on the issue has allowed the public to instead retrace a damaging 2013 interview, where the Shallow singer DEFENDS him while in Japan;
"R Kelly and I have sometimes, very untrue things written about us, so in a way this was a bond between us." Whoa, whoa, whoa. This doesn't look good for Gaga, we have to admit.
I'm confused how #LadyGaga can be so vocal in her support of #MeToo yet remain silent about R. Kelly who by the time she collaborated with him was a well known pedophile and sexual predator. #SurvivingRKelly
She is choosing to remain silent for the moment, though more than a dozen victims who claim to have been raped, enslaved and abused while underage by Kelly have spoken out in the documentary.
Gaga was one of many celebrities who declined to participate in the Surviving R Kelly series, as well as Jay-Z (another collaborator), Dave Chapelle and Mary J Blige.
The move has angered many Gaga fans, given her public history of supporting sexual assault victims.
While Lady Gaga is getting ready for the #GoldenGlobes…she is still silent on R. Kelly…
Jay Z, who during that time did a collaboration album with him, also choose to stay silent…
Is this your pop queen? Is this your Hip-hop king? #SurvivingRKelly
The rage online is palpable, as numerous fans have pointed out that this exact silence is how Kelly has been left to his own enabled devices for years.
In reality, he has had a support system around him who helped him with his predation.
Despite his child pornography trial taking place in 2002, hundreds of high profile celebrities have collaborated with him since, and are potentially only appearing regretful now because it is damaging to their brand.
Here some of the people who have collaborated with R Kelly since his 2002 indictment:
-Jay-Z
-The Game
-T. I.
-T-Pain
-Ludacris
-Kid Rock
-Usher
-Keri Hilson
-2 Chainz
-Lil Wayne
-Jeremih
-Nick Cannon
-Snoop Dogg
-Ciara
-Bow Wow
-Chance the Rapper
A conversation has also arisen surrounding the notion of sexual assault victims and race, with many pointing out that if these women had been black, their stories may have ended differently.
Chance the Rapper has apologised for collaborating with the singer, but upset many people by admitting that he didn't care about the women because they were, in fact, black.
"Making a song with R. Kelly was a mistake. I didn't value the accusers' stories because they were black."
His honesty may be important in continuing this important talk, but the words have understandably hurt millions of women of the black community, who face oppression daily in America.
He later apologised for the quotes, saying they were taken out of context and explaining that the focus should be on the fact that those young black victims were never cared for.
Jada Pinkett Smith is among the celebrities who are asking the same imperative question; Do young black women matter?
“It was incredibly difficult to get people who had collaborated with Kelly to come forward." Heartbreakingly, even friends such as Questlove declined to appear, despite believing the accusers' words.
John Legend was the only high-profile person who appeared in the film, writing on Twitter that it was an "easy decision":
To everyone telling me how courageous I am for appearing in the doc, it didn't feel risky at all. I believe these women and don't give a fuck about protecting a serial child rapist. Easy decision.
R. Kelly has continuously denied the allegations and was acquitted in 2002 of child pornography charges, yet the evidence to the contrary is overwhelming.
The documentary is massively upsetting to watch, with woman after woman telling stories with paralleling patterns of his behaviour.
Families of young women are still claiming that their daughters are being held captive by R. Kelly as 'sex slaves.'
Chicago reporter Jim DeRogatis made a report in July of 2017 in which he asserts that Kelly keeps his victims captive in Chicago and Atlanta, and two victims (Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary) remain in his captivity.
Human rights organisation BlackWomensBlueprint tweeted,
"The sad truth is survivors still face push-back from naysayers who question their stories or dismiss the crisis of sexual assault- especially against black women and girls. It's a terrible burden to have to endure."
Jerhonda Pace, a survivor of R.Kelly, said, “I felt like a prisoner. I didn’t have anyone to talk to. It was just me. I went into a depression. I was mentally drained, because he would break me down, then build me up, then make me feel like sh*t again, then do it all over again."
"He would really manipulate my mind. The breaking point for me was when Rob slapped me, and he choked me until I blacked out," she concluded.
Let's not forget that when the singer was 27-years-old, he forged then 15-year-old R&B sensation Aaliyah's documents to claim she was 18 in order to marry her.
The Princess of Urban Pop later died in a plane crash in the Bahamas in 2001 after the unlicensed pilot had cocaine and alcohol in his system.
The documentary's film-maker Dream Hampton claims she hopes "Surviving R. Kelly" serves as a starter tool to "shift culture" and "talk about rape culture and organise against patriarchy, which harms us all."
Non-for-profit advocacy organisation Color of Change tweeted the "strength of black women & girls is determined by how much suffering we can endure. The women in #SurvivingRKelly are our heroes."
Let's hope the conversation will finally spark action and justice for these women.
She said, “I had gotten to LA and gotten a certain amount of success and realized that that wasn't the answer. It wasn't what was going to make everything okay. [It] actually made this worse. I was extremely suicidal, I had a complete emotional collapse.”
Jada co-hosted alongside her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and her 18-year-old daughter Willow Smith.
The episode that they're speaking on focuses on mental health and Jada didn't hold back when she discussed her own struggles.
She said, ''It’s like when you just don’t have control over emotions, your thoughts, you feel completely and utterly out of control. I don’t even think at that particular time I understood what I was going through.”
Following the deaths of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain during the summer, Jada took to Instagram to highlight the importance of mental health.
She said, ''What I eat, what I watch on TV, what music I listen to, how I care for my body, my spiritual practice, what people I surround myself with, the amount of stress I allow and so on…either contribute to or deteriorate my mental health.''
She added, ''Mental health is a daily practice for me. It’s a practice of deep self-love.”
Hear, hear Jada – everyone should look after their mental health and talk to someone if they need to.
One of our faveceleb couples have just reached an impressive landmark in their relationship.
Taking to Instagram, Will Smith posted a cute picture of him and his wife Jada, captioned, ''I just realised… This year we’ve been together more than HALF OUR LIVES!''
Jada quipped back, ''can u believe it? A whole lotta growth and miracles along the way. I'm proud of us."
The pair started dating way back in in '95 and have been married since New Year's Eve 1997. Cuuute.
They also have two kids together, 20-year-old Jaden and 17-year-old I-whip-my-hair-Willow.
The 49-year-old actor recently gave an interview about his marriage to TIDAL’s Rap Radar podcast where he let slip a few of his secrets to a happy marriage.
He said, “we don’t even say we’re married anymore. We refer to ourselves as life partners.''
“There’s no deal breakers. There’s nothing she could do – ever. Nothing that would break our relationship. She has my support till death, you know what I mean and it feels so good to get to that space where you’re not complaining, and worry, and demanding that a person be a certain thing,” he continued.
Wow, is all that we can say – can we have that type of love plz?
She explained, “here’s the thing about Will and I, it’s like, we are family, that’s never going down! It’s just not! Ever!”
“Because we are family – take out all that whole marriage, relationship, crap – at the end of the day, Will and I are family, I’m going to hold him down,” she added.
“It doesn't’t matter, all that relationship and what people think, ideas of a husband and a partner and all that, man, whatever, at the end of the day, that’s a man that can rely on me for the rest of his life, period.”
Up until the release of All Eyez On Me – the biopic documenting the life of Tupac Shakur – not many people realised that the late rapper shared an incredibly close relationship with actress, Jada Pinkett Smith, in the 90s.
Speaking following the release of the film, Jada admitted she wasn't impressed with the depiction of their relationship, saying: "Forgive me… my relationship to Pac is too precious to me for the scenes in All Eyez On Me to stand as truth."
"The re-imagining of my relationship to Pac has been deeply hurtful," she added.
And now a month on, the actress has opened up even further about the time she shared with Tupac, and appeared to give an insight into the reasons she felt the biopic may have fallen short.
Speaking on Sway in the Morning on SiriusXM, Jada said: "It’s kind of hard because I haven’t really told the whole story."
"One of the things that’s very interesting that I’ve never really said before is that when I first met Pac, I was a drug dealer," she admitted.
"That’s how we started,” the mum-of-two explained, “Then as I was coming out, something very bad happened to me. As I was coming out of the life, he was coming more into the life."
"I know that most people wanna always connect us in this romance thing, but that's just because they don't have the story. But it was based in survival, how we held each other down, you know what I’m saying?"
"And when we have somebody that has your back when you feel like you're nothing, that's everything," she added.
Jada wed Will Smith in 1996 – the same year Tupac was gunned down at the age of 25.
For those of you who may not know, iconic rapper, Tupac Shakur, and actress, Jada Pinkett Smith, shared an incredibly close relationship in the 90s.
While they never actually made the leap from friendship to romance, Jada has, in the past, stressed that her relationship with the late rapper was incredibly intense.
"The only way I can put it just the higher power just did not want that because I feel as though if Pac and I had any kind of sexual chemistry, we might have killed each other because we were both so passionate and we love deeply," she said.
"It was hard enough just with us being friends. We had a very volatile relationship," Jada added.
Considering the esteem she held Tupac in, it's no surprise the actress might have reservations about All Eyez On Me – the new biopic documenting his life.
Taking to Twitter to share her thoughts on the film starring Demetrius Shipp Jr and Kat Graham, Jada admitted she found the viewing distressing.
"Forgive me… my relationship to Pac is too precious to me for the scenes in All Eyez On Me to stand as truth."The reimagining of my relationship to Pac has been deeply hurtful."
Taking a moment to clarify her point and assure the stars of the film she meant no ill will towards them, she continued: "To @KatGraham and @Dshippjr this is no fault of yours."
"Thank you for bringing so much heart and spirit to your roles," she said. "You both did a beautiful job with what you were given. Thank you both."
I've never been to any of Pac's shows by his request. We never had an argument backstage.
After highlighting inaccuracies in the film, Jada paid tribute to her friend, writing: "Happy birthday Pac, you are cradled in my heart for eternity. I love you."
Tupac was 25-years-old when he was gunned down in a drive-by shooting in 1996.
Since the Oscar nominations were announced, there was a lot of controversy surrounding them, especially with Jada Pinkett Smith.
Will Smith's wife made a public video about how she wants fellow actors to boycott the award show, since her husband, and other black actors got overlooked in the nominations.
Some thought she was right to voice her views, and others thought she was wrong. Will's ex Fresh Prince co-star, Janet Hubert, even made another video to say what she felt about Jada's views.
But now, Will Smith himself has stepped up and revealed what he really thinks.
"I was knocked over. I was happy to be married to that woman but I appreciated the push," he told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America.
"There's a position that we hold in this community and, if were not a part of the solution, we're a part of the problem."
And even though the Oscars president said she was disappointed in the outcome, Will said that he still won't be attending the show.
"My wife's not going. It would be awkward to show up with Charlize Theron. We've discussed it and we're part of this community, but at this current time, we're uncomfortable to stand there and say, 'This is OK.'"
