‘That is not a supermodel’ model veteran SLATES Kendall Jenner

Janice Dickinson is a fashion industry veteran, having began her career back in the 70s and racking up 37 Vogue covers during her career.

The supermodel was one of the most famous faces in fashion during the 80s, the golden age of supermodels.

Known for her fiery personality, Janice has a rather controversial opinion about today's models, particularly Kendall Jenner.

"We had to work on our own merit. They’re not models! They’re reality TV stars!'' said the industry veteran.

"I don’t think she’s a supermodel, I don’t. … Give me a break,"

"You think that’s supermodel? That is not a supermodel. She can’t beat me. She can’t. Apples and oranges" Janice told AfterBuzzTV's The Tomorrow Show.

It wasn't just Kendall who was in the firing line, as Janice didn't hold back when it came to discussing big sister Kim.

"Kim Kardashian made the cover of Vogue which made me want to vomit. It was crazy," she said.

"You know modelling is extremely hard work. You have to have perfect proportions. The Kardashians do not have couture proportion," she finished.

Yikes! It looks like Janice seriously dissaproves of reality TV stars-turned-models.

However, with Kendall appearing on the list of the world's highest paid models, and raking in about €4,000,000 per year in modelling contracts, we doubt she will pay much heed.

‘I was just afraid for my children…’ Janice Dickinson talks cancer

Janice Dickinson was diagnosed with cancer at the start of this year, and while she has been vocal since her diagnosis she has admitted that telling her family was seriously tough.

Indeed, speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on ITV's This Morning today, the 61-year-old candidly spoke about how she was point-blank AFRAID to tell her children – Savannah Dickinson, 22, and Nathan Fields, 29.

"In the beginning I was in a state of numbness… I was truly – not denial or pity – but I just walked around feeling kind of numb because I was afraid for my children,” she said via a live link from LA.

"I was afraid how my two grown children would take the news and they were very upset. And then I went through a period where I thought I wasn’t going to be attractive to my fiancé.”

Janice was diagnosed with cancer back in March after doctors found a lump in her breast; she is now encouraging others to check themselves regularly.

"It's for this reason that I appear in front of you today to share my experience. I implore all women to go get their breast examined and do it themselves.”

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant went through six weeks of radiation, but found that by talking to people during her treatment she was able to stay herself.

“I found Janice again by really talking to people [during treatments] and asking about their day… I’d make them healthy biscuits… trying to be of service to people that have far worse afflictions.

"That’s how I found my light at the tunnel and I just want to keep going. It’s not the end, I’m not out the door yet.”

Former Teen Mom 2 star Farrah Abraham entered the Celebrity Big Brother House this year and nothing short of drama followed the reality TV for the duration of her stay. Now she is speaking out about the fight that caused one actress Vicky Michelle to be hospitalised.

Earlier this week an altercation broke out on the live show Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side. Farrah, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and Vicky Michelle were all there as part of a discussion panel.

A statement has been released by Farrah’s management that expresses her regret but also explains that she has decided to press charges.

She said: “After speaking with the police and my lawyer, I have pressed charges against Aisleyne and am considering issuing a lawsuit against Janice.”

Janice Dickinson was also present when the altercation broke out. The clash saw glasses being smashed and Channel 5 were forced to pull the show from the air.

"In regards to Vicky pressing charges against me, I can confirm I was neither arrested nor convicted of anything.

"I was already liaising with the police in regards to everything which happened at BB BOTS because my manager was the first party to call the police that night."

Farrah has alleged that she was assaulted twice during the row and was in need of medical attention afterwards. She also apologised directly to Vicky Michelle and said that she was “deeply sorry” she was “caught in the crossfire.”

Farrah adds that she believes Aisleyne’s alleged attack was intentional and possibly even pre-meditated. Meanwhile Aisleyne has denied throwing the glass at Farrah.

So… Ryan Tubridy and Janice Dickinson are real-life BFFs?

Well this is probably one of the strangest celebrity friendships we have heard of yet.

Last night on Celebrity Big Brother, 'world's first super model' Janice Dickinson was dropping names all over the place. The one name we couldn't help to ay attention to though was her favourite Irish celeb.

Janice and Ryan Tubridy are apparently the best of friends. Well, sort of anyway.

The American TV personality was having a tough time of it in the house and just couldn't face the cold anymore. She was overwhelmed with emotion when she received a care package.

Included in the package wre some extra warm jumpers from her fiancé Ricky. One of these was an Aran jumper that Ryan gifted her after her appearance on The Late Late Show.

Her shout out was part of a strange goodbye speech, which was odd enough seeing as she wasn't actually going anywhere, in which she offered the jumpers to her fellow housemates.

Janice was gifted the jumper from Tubs back in 2010 when she explained that she hadn;t been able to find one anywhere. Bizarre, but also quite sweet.

Although the people of Twitter were very confused about the whole thing:

One Big Brother contestant leaves the house for medical emergency

Never one to be afraid of putting on a show, Celebrity Big Brother contestant Janice Dickinson is the latest star to have caused a stir on the show.

The former super model and reality TV queen was rushed away from the house earlier today in a dramatic scene which is to be aired later on this evening.

The 60-year old was escorted from the house by medical professionals earlier today.

Producers on the show made the call after she was stung by a bee and had an apparent allergic reaction.

While Janice does return to the house, it seems that not all of her housemates were worried about the star.

The reality TV show has seen Janice cause quite a stir. Her relationship with Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has been quite tense.

Meanwhile, the house ‘prime minister’ has said that everyone is “100 per cent behind” her return to the house.

This comes after the model was given a formal warning after she was “pretending” to spit on a fellow housemate.

Janice isn’t the only one to be causing some drama for the housemates. Last week Tila Tequila was removed from the house after a Facebook post from 2013 in which she claims to support Hitler was discovered by producers.

An insider with TMZ claims that she is now looking to get back in the house and if producers won’t let her in, she’s going to be demanding her pay check back.

TV star comes forward with claims against Bill Cosby

Former model and TV host, Janice Dickinson, has come forward with claims that veteran actor and comedian Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her in 1982.

Cosby, who has been accused of rape and molestation in recent weeks, has refused to address the claims so far, instead issuing a statement through his lawyer which states: “Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment.”

Janice is the latest woman to accuse The Cosby Show star of rape, sexual assault and drugging. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the fifty-five-year-old former America’s Next Top Model host detailed the evening the alleged crime took place, saying: “He had given me wine and a pill. I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man.”

When asked why she had kept the incident to herself, she replied: "I was afraid of the consequences. I was afraid of [being accused] of trying to sleep my way to the top of a career that never took place.”

The former model says the incident led her down a destructive path and “into a life of trying to hurt myself because I didn’t have counsel and I was afraid.”

When asked what she would say to Cosby now if she had the chance, Janice replied: “How dare you? How dare you? How dare take advantage of me? I hope you rot.”
