It’s been a long road for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

Three years after their separation, TMZ reports that that the actors have finally officiated their divorce.

Their delay in separating could be because they decided to split lawyer-free. Instead, they opted to utilise an experienced mediator in their discussions.

And their patience has finally paid off. A hired private judge presiding at LA County Superior Court signed off on their papers this week.

They will also share joint custody of their three children – Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six.

It is important to them that they continue to provide the best environment possible for their kids and make them the constant priority.

So, the actors agreed to consult a co-parenting therapist on a monthly basis for a minimum of six months.

Without a prenup in place, celebrity divorces can get quite messy but this appears not to be the case with Jen and Ben.

The two have been fair in their division of assets, agreeing on an amount that they were both happy with.

After the parents separated in 2015, they had put their divorce on hold due to Ben’s struggle with alcohol addiction.

Thankfully, he was able to make a full recovery and get to a good place in his life before deciding on the best way to move forward with Jennifer.

He credited his recovery to the support of his co-parent and his family and is remaining single to continue to focus on his health.

Jen has been dating businessman John Miller. The two seem truly happy together.

We are glad that Jen and Ben have maintained an amicable relationship and continue to put their kids first.

Jennifer Garner has shared a new episode of her pretend cooking show and it's hilarious.

The actress takes us through how to make the tastiest salad in the laziest way.

“Almost every day in the house there is a big salad made,” she explains.

First, she adds some leafy greens along with arugula and then some crunchy veggies.

“You don’t need croutons if you have something crunchy in there.”

Then she adds in some broccoli and almonds, saying that she always “has some nuts around this joint”.

And no green salad would be complete without avocado. The 13 Going On 30 star sings while she chops away: “Don't slice your hand. Be very ginger….pretend I didn’t do that”.

After adding some cheese on top she assures viewers how delicious and filling the dish is.

“It might have like 16,000 calories in it, but it will hold you until dinner time,” she laughed.

The classic Great British Bake Off tune is in the background of her show and adds another comical layer to her cookie monster impression as she cooks along.

She captioned this episode: “SALAD: used to mean limp carrot shavings and too cold tomatoes. NOW:  salads are a celebration of what is seasonal and handy. They are also what’s for lunch. Always.”

Earlier this year, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, announced that they would give their marriage another try, after previously deciding to separate in 2015.

However, it looks like the couple couldn’t sort out their differences and have now officially filed for divorce.

The pair married in 2005 after meeting on the set of the comic book action flick, Daredevil, and have three children together.

Jennifer and Ben issued a joint statement announcing their divorce, confirming they remain firm friends and will continue to raise their family together.

‘‘We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter.’’

The couple have managed to stay close throughout separation proceedings – taking family holidays to the Bahamas and even co-hosting a birthday party for their son, Samuel.

The announcement comes just one month after Ben revealed he had completed treatment for his ongoing alcohol addiction.

So, even though Benniffer 2.0 are no more, it looks the they're in a good place going forward.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their seperation back in 2015, but now the pair have called off their divorce proceedings 

The couple have reportedly decided to work on their marriage after going through a rocky patch in their relationship. 

“Jen has called off the divorce,” a source told People. 

“She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try.”

“There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids, and those kids love their parents.”

The pair continued to live together for the majority of the time since the split, and co-parented their three children. 

Thay have also gone on family holidays and spent Christmas together with their kids. 

Fingers crossed these two can make it work!

It has been exactly a year since our favourite celebrity couple announced their intention to go their separate ways, and the world stopped believing in true love for a second. 

On June 30th of last year, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Garner announced that they would be splitting up after 10 years of, what seemed like, marital bliss.

The couple, who have three kids together, made a statement to E! News where they said "We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time."

It's safe to say that this has been one of the most amicable celebrity splits of all time, leaving us all wondering WHAT is going on? 

A number of months after their announcement, rumours of an affair started to spread. Nicknamed 'nannygate' by the American press, it was revealed that Ben was seeing his children's nanny, which is a real no-no in anyone' s language.

Jennifer, 44, rose above the allegations, and continued to be friendly and civil to her babydaddy.

The question, however, remains: Where do the pair stand today?

Well, according to PEOPLE, there is yet to be any signs of a divorce. A friend of Jennifer's told PEOPLE that "Ben still doesn't want the divorce."

Despite this, it would seem that the separation is still on, with the source going on to say that Jennifer "doesn't seem to mind at all that the divorce is not finalised, but she seems adamant about going through with it." 

However, when Ben, 43, appeared as a guest on the HBO TV show Any Given Wednesday last week, and was asked about his career, he said 'My wife was really instrumental and helpful in me doing a lot of that work.'

Yes, that's right – WIFE.

So no matter what the outcome of this drama, it is clear that Bennifer will always have a lotta love in their hearts for each other.

Jennifer Garner's black Versace gown at this year's Academy Awards was totally breathtaking – in more ways than one.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon this week, the newly divorced star admitted that the strapless corseted dress was pretty horrific to wear.

"It's so intense," she said of the process of getting fitted into a custom-made gown.

"This was Versace, and they made it just for me. What they do is they move your organs around," she joked, before explaining what really went down.

"There are basically two men who come in with screwguns, and they screwed me into a metal corset – this isn't true, but it was a metal corset and it did take two Italian people. The next thing you know, my ribs were compressed.

"There's metal inside and these people just kind of move your ribs and they move your liver out of the side and they pop you in. To keep you in place, you step into a bodysuit first, which is like the bottom of a leotard, but it's a thong."

But it was during the Oscars ceremony itself that poor Jen really began to suffer, with pains in her ribs and muscle spasms – and had to rope one of her best friends in to help.

"I said, 'I'm going to have to stand up. I can't breathe. I'm going to have to stand up.'

"And she said, 'If you stand up, they'll think you're Kanye West. They're going to think you're protesting. You can't stand up! You have to sit down.' We're laughing, and that makes it worse."

After eventually making it to the bathroom during an ad break, Jennifer described the stress of actually trying to get out of the gown to do her thing on the loo.

"The connection of the bodysuit, because it had a hook and eye situation, was in an intimate position. I was like, in my vageen, OK?!

"I couldn't reach it, you know what I'm saying? So, I said to my friend, 'I don't know what's going to happen, but I think you've got to get this.' I couldn't reach it.

"She's a good friend. She said, 'If this has to be done, it has to be done, but listen: I want you to give it a good college try.'"

"Eventually it worked out, and I'm going to get those ribs removed anyway."

What an ordeal – she's some trooper!

Jennifer Garner has opened up about her marriage break-up for the first time in an exclusive interview for the March issue of Vanity Fair. 

While she admitted that things fell apart, she has no regrets about marrying the Hollywood hunk. 

"It was a real marriage. It wasn’t for the cameras. And it was a huge priority for me to stay in it. 

"And that did not work," said the 43-year-old.

"I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him. And I would go back and remake that decision. 

"He’s the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the charismatic, the most generous. 

"He’s just a complicated guy. I always say 'when his sun shines on you, you feel it.' But when it’s shining elsewhere, it’s cold. He can cast quite a shadow."

The obviously heartbroken mother-of-three also spoke about the incident with the nanny. 

Last summer, Ben was accused of sleeping with the nanny to the pair’s three children which culminated in the split but according to Jen, they had been separated for months before that. 

"She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation.

"Bad judgement? Yes.

"It’s not great for your kids for [a nanny] to disappear from their lives. I have had to have conversations about the meaning of 'scandal.' "

As for whether Jen believes the rumours about Ben’s affair with the nanny, she remained diplomatic. 

"He’s still the only person who really knows the truth about things. And I’m still the only person that knows some of his truths."

Despite the turmoil, Jen knows exactly what she will be up to next. 

"I cannot be driven by the optics of this. I cannot let anger or hurt be my engine.

"I need to move with the big picture always on my mind and the kids first and foremost."

Last year was quite disastrous for Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck.

Not only was it alleged that Ben had an affair with the nanny (which he probably was because he treated her to dinners and private jets), but the pair also divorced which was going to become a major legal battle.

But hold the phone a moment, the divorced couple are currently on holiday in Montana.

Yep, the pair are on a cosy ski vacay with Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, and their kids.

A source at the resort said that the pair are getting on really well, chatting and laughing and drinking into the early hours.

"They had some serious apres-ski and shut the bar down. They started drinking bloody marys," the source said.

"There were no nannies in sight, but Jen doesn't look like she's harbouring any resentment. Jen and Ben weren't lovey-dovey at all, but were super friendly and happy," they added.

So, does this mean the superstar couple might be getting back together? Only time will tell.

Our emotions just cannot take any more of this!

Jennifer Garner and soon-to-be (possibly, maybe not?) ex-husband Ben Affleck are apparently seeing a marriage counsellor.

According to People magazine, the pair who have been spotted out and about together recently, are working on figuring out the next step in their relationship.

The Hollywood A-List duo announced their split in June. Just recently however they have been spotted leaving a family counselling centre in Los Angeles.

People reports that before their separation they were attending weekly counselling sessions but stopped going completely in the months leading to the announcement of their break up.

This week, the pair were seen leaving the centre all smiles, although neither were wearing their wedding rings.

The “amicable exes” said in a statement to media outlet at the time that they were planning to “go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children."

The pair spent the summer in Atlanta, where Jennifer was filming her latest film Miracles from Heaven.

The family have since returned to L.A with Jen taking residence in the family home with children Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.

Apparently, she's been inundated with offers of lucrative reality TV slots and highly-paid tell-all interviews

And while there's no word yet on what Christine Ouzounian's next move is, it seems the former nanny of Ben Affleck and 44-year-old Jennifer Garner has a €900,000 pay-cheque in the offing – if she fancies turning to porn.

Yes, the 28-year-old – who is rumoured to have had an affair with 43-year-old Hollywood superstar Ben – has a parody XXX Batwoman role with her name on it.

Mr Affleck, of course, is the next Batman, with his Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice being released next year.

TMZ says it has exclusively learned that porn parody producer and director Axel Braun is offering Christine $1million (€880,000) to to play the female caped crusader: she'd have to act for two weeks and do three sex scenes.

There is as yet no word on whether Christine is interested in more risque projects, but she's reportedly chasing fame anyway,

According to PageSix, the young woman is certainly hoping her newfound notoriety will make her a household name.

Earlier this month, the same site revealed she's looking for a Hollywood agent and has her sights firmly set on getting a high-profile reality TV show.

The goal is to be cast on The Bachelorette or Dancing With The Stars, it was claimed – and she wants to make sure she secures a six-figure fee at the same time.

The Ben-and-Jen divorce drama just keeps getting seedier.

Earlier this week, rumours that Ben Affleck was dating his children's former nanny Christine Ouzounian escalated after the 28-year-old was pictured on a private jet headed to Vegas, with Ben and footballer star Tom Brady also believed to be on board.

And rather than working to quell the rumours, Ben's long-time friend Matt Damon seems delighted that his friend is no longer married. Speaking at the premiere of HBO's Project Greenlight earlier this week – which Ben also attended – Matt said his Good Will Hunting co-star was doing "great," adding, "He's got a big smile on his face."

Ben and his wife of ten years Jennifer Garner announced they were divorcing at the end of June, though they had been unofficially separated since the early spring.

Despite the complications of dissolving a ten-year marriage and working out custody agreements, the pair have been working hard to keep things amicable for the sake of their children, even heading to the Bahamas together with all three kids 24 hours after making their divorce announcement.

However it's rumoured that it was during that very trip that Jennifer first discovered something was going on between Ben and Christine… so we can't imagine the former couple will be planning any more joint holidays in the near future.

Ben Affleck’s nanny seemed to be have a great time on a recent trip to Las Vegas.

Christine Ouzounian, 28, was photographed on board the luxury air craft playfully posing with some impressive looking bling.

Friend of Ben, Tom Brady a four time Superbowl winner, obviously didn’t mind sharing some of his hardware with the former Affleck family nanny. 

The trio appeared to be off on a trip that was kept quiet in late June, after the Affleck family took their trip to the Bahamas. Ben and Christine took a trip to Sin City to attend a poker tournament, according to Page Six.

In the photograph, first published by The Post, Christine looks quite comfy sporting some white jeans and a navy tank top while relaxing with her shoes kicked off on broad the private jet.

Apparently Ben, who has been known to gamble in the past, asked Christine to come with him back to LA from the Bahamas while Jen and their three children stayed behind.

A source told Hollywood Life that “he assured her it was OK. Technically, he was her boss’’.

Apparently “along the way, he convinced her to go to Las Vegas with for a poker tournament,” the insider continued saying, “While in Vegas Ben hid Christine the entire time.”

The photograph was reportedly taken only three days before the announcement came that Ben and wife Jennifer Garner were getting a divorce.

Christine has been spotted a number of times, with and without Ben since the news of his split broke – including during one late-night rendezvous in which she handed him a bottle of champagne at his rented home.

However, reps for the Argo actor has dismissed rumours that Christine and Ben were involved romantically leading up the separation, they said the rumours were "shameful".
