It's been a good week for Leonardo DiCaprio. The actor sued a French magazine who claimed he was having a baby with Rihanna… and he won.

A court ordered the company behind Oops magazine to pay out €8,000 in damages and legal fees, and also to print a retraction in an upcoming issue which notes that Leo won a case against them.

Back in May, Oops printed a cover story with the (translated) headline, "Rihanna: Pregnant with Leonardo! He doesn't want the baby." The salacious story would most likely have escaped Leonardo's notice had he not been in France for the Cannes Film Festival at the time. Awks. 

In the court papers filed by Leo's legal team, the actor sought the maximum amount in damages for such a case, which by French law is €18,000.

In response to the filing, Oops' co-owner Frederic Truskolaski told Gossip Cop, "We didn’t know [if Rihanna was pregnant]… We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course." 

Back in January, Leo and Rihanna were indeed rumoured to be dating, after various sources reported seeing them kissing at a Playboy Mansion party. However the actor later released a statement via his rep to say he was "single" and had been "for some time."

The French court found that Oops had violated France's strict privacy laws by publishing details about Leo's personal life and also by using two paparazzi shots of him on the street.

This is not the first time in recent memory that a celebrity has taken a magazine to court in Europe. Back in October 2014, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel sued the European edition of Heat in Dublin after an unfounded report claimed Justin had been seen with other women at a club in Paris.

The couple reportedly chose an Irish court because they felt Irish libel law offered the best legal protection. In the end a settlement was reached before the trial began.

This is just too cute.

Just over a week after welcoming their first child, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have released the first photo of their adorable son, Silas Randall Timberlake.

Justin posted a photo to Instagram yesterday of his wife cradling their baby, along with the caption: “The Timberlakes are ready!!! GO GRIZZ! #GritNGrind #Playoffs #BabyGrizzROAR”

Silas looked adorable in a Memphis Grizzlies jersey, Justin’s favourite basketball team.

"Jessica sees herself as a mom of boys, so it worked out perfectly," a source told Us Weekly.

The source claimed: "Justin is so excited, he doesn't know what to do with himself!"

Jessica gave birth recently after a very private pregnancy.

Justin had only confirmed the pregnancy news on his birthday when he posted a picture kissing Jessica’s bump.

The couple plan on bringing up their son in Montana.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are celebrating this weekend, after becoming parents for the first time.

A rep for the couple confirmed today that Jessica has given birth to the couple’s first child, a son, whom they have named Silas Randall.

It sounds like we’re going to have a mini-Justin on our hands –how adorable!

The representative didn’t give away any further details, aside from the fact that the new parents are “ecstatic” over the arrival of their little bundle of joy.

Jessica and Justin were incredibly private throughout the pregnancy, with a friend confirming the news early on.

Suit and Tie singer Justin only recently confirmed that they were expecting, on his birthday, sharing a picture of himself kissing Jessica’s blooming bump.

We are over the moon for Jessica and Justin, and can’t wait to get a look at their new bundle of joy.

Could Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel be any more adorable right now?

The couple are currently expecting their first child together, and Justin paid tribute to his gorgeous wife with a sweet post on Instagram in honour of her 33rd birthday yesterday.

Sharing a picture of the couple with huge grins on their faces, Justin wrote, "Happy Bday to the sweetest, most GORGEOUS, goofiest, most BAD-ASS chick I know. You make me smile 'til it hurts. I love you like crazy! –Your Huz."

Can he be our Huz too?!

Jessica, who is due next month, currently has a hectic schedule on the set of her New Orleans film The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, where Justin joined her yesterday for some celebrations.

The actress kept things low-key on her big day, sharing a cute picture of her and the couple's pitbull Tina with the caption, "Birthday smooch. Thanks everyone for all the good wishes! #tuesdayswithtina."

Congratulations are in order this morning, as former Seventh Heaven actress Beverley Mitchell has welcomed her second child into the world!

A rep for Beverley yesterday confirmed that little Hutton is already two weeks old, having been born on on January 28th, but the star also took to social media to announce the news herself.

The actress revealed the happy news with a post on Twitter, writing, "Kenzie is proud to announce the arrival of her sweet baby brother, Hutton! Thank you for all the love and well wishes!" The post linked to an adorable picture on Beverley's WhoSay account of one-year-old Kenzie kissing her new baby brother.

How cute are they?!

Beverley and her actor husband married in 2008 and welcomed their first child together in April 2013.

The 34-year-old actress announced back in September that the couple were expecting a new addition to their brood, posting a family photo with the caption, "#tbt to the place where Michael asked me to marry him, and this past year we stood as a family of three! Can’t believe in 2015 we will be a family of 4!!!”

Late last year the couple confirmed that they were expecting a little boy.

Speaking about the adjustment to motherhood, Beverley recently said that it has turned her world upside down. "[It's] definitely a trip. It's the best thing I've ever done! It's amazing how your life gets shifted," she told Us Weekly. "You think you've got life figured out and you've got a great perspective, you have a child and then you're like, 'Okay, none of that stuff matters!'" 

Beverley's Seventh Heaven co-star Jessica Biel is also preparing to welcome a little one with husband Justin Timblerlake – we sense a Seventh Heaven playdate will be on the cards!

Rumours have been flying for the last couple of months about Jessica Biel's pregnancy, and now it seems they've been confirmed once and for all.

Although neither Jessica or her husband Justin Timberlake have addressed the news publicly, we don't reckon they'll have to now!

Justin's 'N Sync bandmate Joey Fatone let slip about the happy news in a recent interview, admitting the pair are indeed having a child.

Speaking about Justin's news to InTouch magazine, Joey said, "He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut… But now I can talk about it!" Hmmm… we can't imagine JT was too happy about the news coming out that way!

Joey said he knew Jessica and Justin were going to love being parents. "Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart… [They'll have] fun," he said.

It seems Justin's pal has really been getting great mileage out of the news – just last week he gave another interview to People about the Cry Me A River singer, saying, "I think he's going to be a great dad… He's always been great with kids in general. He's going to be great. I think he'll be very hands-on."

Joey's not the only one who has had trouble keeping the news under wraps – back in October a mystery friend confirmed the news online, saying, "Jessica is at least three months pregnant,.. And she’s due in April."

Just a week later, InStyle editor Ariel Foxman sent and then quickly deleted a tweet to Jessica, saying, "Congrats @jessicabiel on your impending motherhood … Looking forward to the red carpet maternity style pix to come #tbt." Awkward!

Now all we're waiting for is that first picture of Jessica's bump!

First Ashton Kutcher, now Justin Timberlake – it seems like all of our teenage crushes are becoming dads!

After speculation earlier this month that Justin and wife Jessica Biel were expecting their first child, a friend has confirmed the happy news to Radar Online.

"Jessica is at least three months pregnant,” the source said. “And she’s due in April!”

We're delighted! The insider also revealed that Jessica's pregnancy journey hasn't been easy – which is why she has been staying quiet so far.

"Jessica has had tense times in the past when it comes to having a baby, so it is not surprising that she is staying mum on confirming the news publicly yet," said the friend.

Pregnancy rumours began when Jessica was pictured on holidays in Hawaii earlier this month with what appeared to be the beginnings of a baby bump:

We hope the couple themselves confirm the news soon so that we can start getting really excited!

October's been a good month all round for JT and Jessica – the pair celebrated their second wedding anniversary on October 19th. Justin marked the occasion by posting a picture of his wife on social media for the very first time:

It has been reported that a pregnancy announcement will soon be on the way for Jessica Biel and her husband of two years, Justin Timberlake. 

While rumours the actress was pregnant were rampant during the week, they seem to be getting stronger than ever as many claim an announcement is imminent from the couple. 

Jessica has been spotted out and about with what many claim to be a baby bump – although if they saw us after a big meal they may say the same thing…

The Total Recall actress spoke about having children last year, saying that nothing was planned yet, but it was something she would love in the future: “I don’t know. I’m not quite sure about sooner or later, but definitely at some point.”

Hmm, this is exciting – could there be a mini-Timberlake on the way?! We hope so!

The baby rumours come not long after Justin and Jessica won a high-court case in Dublin regarding a false story about their marriage in Heat magazine.

Actress Beverley Mitchell is no doubt stocking up on all things blue, after getting the news that her second child will be a boy!

Beverley, who is due early next year, first announced her pregnancy back in September.

And yesterday the Seventh Heaven star confirmed the sex of her baby with a cute family snap on her WhoSay account:

The picture was captioned, "So excited that Kenzie is going to have a little BROTHER! Yep, it's a boy! We are thrilled and looking forward to a lifetime of adventures!" Aaaaw!

The 33-year-old welcomed daughter Kenzie last year with her husband of six years, Michael Cameron. Speaking about her first pregnancy, Beverley said, "We didn’t think we were ready, but at the same time, what does that mean… It happened exactly when it should have for us."

The actress has also opened up about how much she is enjoying motherhood. "I think what’s been surprising is just how natural and how amazing it is, and how I really don’t want to do anything else." Despite being content as a full-time mum, Bev is also doing occasional film work – she stars in the upcoming film Toxin alongside Vinny Jones and Danny Glover.

Beverley and her husband wed in a simple ceremony back in 2008, with Seventh Heaven co-stars Jessica Biel and Mackenzie Rosman as bridesmaids. We wonder if they'll be showing up to the baby shower, too!

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have reached a settlement in their high court case against the European edition of Heat magazine.

The case was settled in a Dublin court after Bauer Consumer Media – who publish Heat – apologised to the Hollywood actors for an article published in September which questioned Justin’s fidelity: “The article was based on an unfounded report regarding Justin Timberlake’s alleged behaviour at a club following a performance in Paris … the defendant accepts that the article was false and withdraw any interferences that questioned the state of Justin and Jessica’s marriage.”

However, the couple also issued a warning through their lawyer saying they will not hesitate to take similar legal action if claims about their marriage are made again: “The couple will not be making any further comment in relation to this matter but will not hesitate to take similar legal action if false allegations regarding the state of their marriage are repeated.”

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have filed legal proceedings against Heat magazine in Dublin’s High Court it has been reported this morning.

Heat is sold throughout Europe and is published by a company in Germany.

The Hollywood couple have filed two separate but related defamation proceedings against the magazine.

The proceedings against the magazine are in relation to photos and quotes alleged to be from Jessica, and the couple said they have been defamed by the article.

Paul Tweed, lawyer for the married couple confirmed the legal proceedings which is said will come before the court in the next list.

Anyone who watched RTÉ of a Sunday afternoon as a kid will remember Seventh Heaven as the ultimate sign that the weekend was coming to a close.

Moral Christian values, family scandal, teenage angst – the Camdens taught us a lot.

That's why we were only delighted to find out that the cast had a giant reunion last night… they're still best pals!

Beverley Mitchell posted a picture of the group dinner to her WhoSay account earlier today:

Though she kept quiet about the reason for the reunion, we're guessing it could be a little celebration for Bev's recently announced second pregnancy.

The caption read "Something truly amazing happened last night and my heart is overflowing! Love these peeps more than I can ever explain! we were just missing Mack!"

Mack, of course, being Mackenzie Rosman, who played the adorable Ruthie – though now she's more at home doing Maxim photoshoots:
