They may have split up over a year ago now, but one half of the Justin-and-Selena pairing is not ready to give things up just yet.

Justin Bieber took to Instagram yesterday to share a "crazy throwback" that was most definitely just his way of letting ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez know he was thinking about her.

The photo was posted just hours after news broke that Selena and 1D's Niall Horan had been spotted kissing at Boosty Bellows nightclub in LA.

Coincidence? We think not.

Since ending things with Justin last year, Selena Gomez has been very public about her desire to move on – she admitted last month that she was "tired of talking about" her time with Justin, and never wanted her love life to become a "tabloid story."

She was seeing singer Zedd briefly in the early stages of this year, and now seems to have found happiness again with Niall – indeed, the pair have been pictured on several lunch dates in LA in recent months, long before their public PDA session over the weekend.

But Justin seems much more reluctant to forget about his first love, saying in a recent interview that it was "magical" to feel that way about someone.

"When it was hard, I was just like, 'I want to stick this out'. So it was on again, off again, on again, off again," he told i-D magazine of the tumultuous four-year relationship.

You’ve let us down, Biebs.

And it’s certainly not the first time.

Yep, our favourite Canadian pop star has been uttering the 's' word left, right and centre this week after he cancelled TWO live performances due to 'personal reasons.'

Justin was due to tape a live rendition of his recent singles yesterday to be aired during the MASSIVE CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade. He was also meant to perform on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert but pulled out. 

At least, he said sorry though.

Hmm, these apologies sound familiar and it is not just because he went and wrote a song solely about being sorry. 

Turns out that Justin Bieber has been sorry many MANY times. 

1)  The Biebs was sorry when he refused to finish a performance because the crowd would not let him clean up a spillage on stage. 

So this happened.

During a recent live performance in Norway, Justin Bieber dramatically stormed offstage all over some spilt liquid and apologised to his fans on Instagram. 

2) He was also sorry when he was two hours late to start a performance in London due to 'technical difficulties' 

Back in 2013, Justin was extremely late for a performance in London's O2 arena and many of the younger beliebers had to leave because it was a school night. 

We can only fathom the devastation but of course, but at least you can always say sorry (even if you underestimate how late you were). 

3) He was kind of sorry when he posted a picture of his bare bum to social media 

He definitely didnt need to say sorry to us, but the Biebs apologised to his younger fans for a naked picture he posted to Instagram. It was quickly deleted but poor Biebs had to explain himself to the 'littles'. 

4) He was very sorry when he got caught making racist jokes 

Back in 2014, an old video surfaced of the Biebs making some pretty questionable jokes and of course, the internet lost it. 

However, being an expert in apologies at this stage, Justin's sorry came fast and swift in a public statement. 

"I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance."

"Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I'm very sorry."

5) He was really REALLY sorry for being a bit of an idiot 

At the beginning of this year and on the cusp of his career re launch, Justin made a Facebook video apologising for basically all of his bad behaviour.

Selena Gomez is certainly the lady of the moment!

Just days after Justin Bieber publicly serenaded her at a bar in LA, Selena, 23, was spotted with another major male pop star. 

And this time it was One Direction's Niall Horan. Yep, the Mullingar man reconnected with Selena after the AMAs and the duo went out for a cosy dinner with Selena's parents. 

Dinner with the parents? Very interesting! 

Selena, Niall and Mr and Mrs Gomez went to Malibu hotspot, Nobu, but Us Weekly reports that the Niall and Selena are just good friends. 

It was just three days before that the Good For You singer had a reunion with her ex Justin, 21. And they certainly had tongues wagging when pictures surfaced of them spending time together in Beverly Hills. 

But Niall and Justin aren't the only men Selena has been spending time with as she was also spotted two weeks ago having dinner with Gigi Hadid's BFF, Samuel Krost – and they looked particularly cosy. 

All we want to know is who will Selena choose, or will she choose any of them at all.

Selena Gomez absolutely slayed the AMAs with her latest single, Same Old Love, last night, but it seems that wasn't the only thing on the singer's mind. 

The 23-year-old rocked a sheer black sequined bodysuit and black cloak as she took to the stage, but as the song took hold she shrugged the cloak off and strutted her curves around with extreme confidence. 

And while every inch of Selena was captured on camera, fans would have loved to see Justin Bieber's reaction to her sexy dancing as the pair were seen out on a date in California over the weekend. 

Fans had even hoped the pair would walk the red carpet together, but Selena turned up solo instead. 

The on/off couple did look cosy on Friday night, which has everyone wondering, ARE they back together?! We kinda hope they are!

What is going on?

On-again, off-again (but we were almost certain definitely off-again) couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted hanging out together in the bar of the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on Friday.

A fan saw the pair and quickly posted two videos to Instagram showing Justin, 21, serenading Selena, 23, with the Temptations' classic, My Girl and his own single Sorry.  

"@JustinBieber singing my girl to @SelenaGomez….is this real? Pure magic," she captioned one video.

She then wrote, "When you're having a drink at an empty hotel bar and @JustinBieber appears out of nowhere and begins to sing on the piano #LOSINGMYS–––."

The duo is supposed to perform this weekend at the American Music Awards. So perhaps they were rehearsing?

Fans have now gone into absolute meltdown at the thoughts of the two stars reuniting, at least on stage. One excited Bieber fan wrote:

“I thought I was excited for AMAs already BUT NOW I am expecting Justin and Selena on the damn carpet TOGETHER we NEED carpet jelena to rise.”  

This should be a very interesting weekend indeed.

Of course the first thing you would think of doing if you happened to come into an extra few euro would be to track down Justin Bieber and throw your money at him.

The Biebs is having something of a renaissance these days, and naturally that means that an international tour is imminent. 

Tickets for his Purpose World Tour are currently available on a pre-sale basis right now. The Ultimate #Purpose Experience however is causing some unhappiness amongst the Beliebers- or at least their parents.

He is offering his fans the chance to purchase a selfie with him for a mere €1,800. 

Now, to be fair, you do get more than just a selfie out of the deal. There is a plaque up for grabs with your name on it!

Oh, and a backstage tour.

If you're on a budget, there is the the "I'll Show You" VIP #Purpose Experience bundle for €868.

It's a steal, coming in just under €1000 before taxes and Ticketmaster fees. Which this purchase you will get a group photo with Biebs — but there are no details about just how many people will be in that group. 

So it could be you and 50 random other Justin fans.

Then there is the "Where Are You Now" VIP #Purpose Experience, which is basically just a good spot at the show and a merchandise bundle. Coming in a €305, which is pretty pricey for a t-shirt with Justin’s face on it, no? 

Fans took to social media to express their devastation using the hashtag #justiceforbrokeliebers. 

They began using the singer’s own song lyrics against him as they called attention to their plight. Clever, and also hilariously snarky.

The videos were released in the exact same order as Purpose's 13 tracks and each vid makes up a small part of a larger project – Purpose: The Movement.

But something the app doesn't have is an effective search feature for finding the famous names you want to follow, let alone a method for marking them as verified, which means we usually have to scroll through countless accounts to find the right one.

But not anymore, as SC has finally taken a step to change this. 

Now, you won't see any Facebook/Twitter/Instagram-esque blue ticks next to celeb usernames, instead the social app is rolling out a new feature they're calling, Official Stories (We're still a little unsure as to whether the account is what's official or if it's just the story??).

As some of you may have noticed while scrolling through your Stories feed, a little emoji now appears next to the username of some of the app's most popular stars.

Selena Gomez recently revealed that she is enjoying life as a single lady these days, even though Justin Bieber has hinted (MANY times) that they might get back together.

But now another man has been thrown into the mix as Selena was spotted on a dinner date on Monday night.

Ms Gomez enjoyed the cosy dinner with Gigi Hadid's best friend, Samuel Krost at the high-end Cipriani restaurant in New York City. 

On arrival to the restaurant the pair were spotted holding hands and walking arm in arm.

The singer was even seen getting closer to her rumoured new flame half-way through the night as she made her way over to Samuel, took a seat on his lap and draped her arm over his shoulder. 

This news comes a day after Ellen Degeneres asked Justin Bieber if he hopes they will ever get back together.

"Maybe, I mean we have a lot of history together so I'm sure it could possibly happen."

"I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we might make an awesome duo… or, you know, she'll find someone else and I'll find someone else."

Unfortunately for the Biebs, it seems like Selena has found someone else and he will have to move on. 

Selena's romantic date followed the 2015 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards which took place in Carnegie Hall and recognised the individual achievements of such women as Reese Witherspoon, Victoria Beckham and Caitlyn Jenner.

It seems like Justin Bieber is having a particularly bad few weeks. 

First, he stormed off a Spanish radio show when the hosts asked him a line of awkward questions and then he ran off stage at one of his concerts because a fan annoyed him.

But that wasn't the end to the 21-year-old's bad behaviour as new footage of him flipping a chair over in a crowded restaurant has just emerged.

Growing up as the only child of a young single mum, Justin Bieber was always incredibly close to his mother, Pattie Mallette.

When he made it big after being discovered on YouTube by Scooter Braun, Pattie left her home in Canada to go on the road with her young son.

But fast-forward seven years and the superstar singer admits his relationship with his mother is "pretty non-existing."

Justin blames the breakdown of the relationship on his excessive partying over the last few years. 

As well as two arrests for reckless driving – with alcohol and drugs suspected as the cause – Justin was charged with vandalism in 2014, a conviction which cost him €75,000 plus probation, anger management and community service.

The 21-year-old admits he avoided contact with Pattie during his lowest points because he didn't want to face up to his mistakes.

"I was distant because I was ashamed," he tells Billboard.

"I never wanted my mom to be disappointed in me and I knew she was. We spent some time not talking, so it takes time to rebuild that trust."

Even as far back as 2013, Pattie had begun to take issue with some of her son's lifestyle choices – most notably his growing collection of tattoos.

"That's one of those things that I don't necessarily have to like," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

"He's going to make his own decisions."

Pattie now lives in Hawaii, and though Justin is based in Los Angeles full-time, the pair have tentatively started talking again of late.

"It’s hard, but getting better," he says. "She’s an amazing woman and I love her."

Is this the relationship news that EVERYONE has been waiting for?

Justin Bieber has just revealed that he is still not over his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez. 

According to an interview with Access Hollywood, the 21-year-old admitted that some of the material written on his new album, Purpose, is about his past love.

When Access Hollywood's Billy Bush asked Justin just how much of the album was about her, Justin replied, "A lot of it, dude." He then went on to explain that three songs on Purpose were written specifically for her. #Swoon.

He also said that he and Selena need some time to do some individual "soul-searching" so they can figure themselves out, but the singer didn't deny that they might get back together some day, noting that they still keep in touch.

"[She] is someone I love dearly. I'm never going to stop loving her. I'm never going to stop checking in on her. 

"I don't think if you end a relationship, you should end that, unless it was super toxic and you guys were hurting each other physically or mentally," he said.

"We always respected each other and we still respect each other."

Now, we don't know about you, but if Selena got back together with the Biebs, he just might tone down his crazy antics. Only time will tell.
